TRACTOR CONNECTION
1. Hydraulics
Red pipe > Supply (30-35lpm)
Blue pipe > Return (Free flow return!!)
2. Electrics
A. Connect 12V supply to 3pin plug
B. Connect wrapper harness to controller
ENTERING THE WORKING POSITION
1. Remove the wrap arm transport lock.
2. Position the safety arms into the working
position by removing the retaining pin.
3. Adjust the roller arm stops. This is done by
adjusting the position of the pin. This should
be done for different size bales.
4. Install the roll of film and attach the film to
the Cut & Start.

OPERATION
1. “A” on the center of the display
indicates that the controller is set in
Automatic mode.
2. With the rollers in the open position,
bring the machine into the bale.
3. Press “Rollers in” (a) to load the bale.
4. Press “Auto start” (b) to begin the
wrapping cycle.
I. The wrap arm will first unfold to the
straight position.
II. It will then complete the target number of
wraps.
III. On the last half revolution the wrap arms
will return to the folded position, and
then come to a stop after bringing the
film into the cutter.
IV. The wrap arms will then reverse to the
center.
5. Press “Rollers out” (c) to unload the
bale.
6. To manually interrupt the wrapping
cycle, press the “Pause” (d) button
which will bring wrapping to a
controlled stop.
7. Press “Resume” (e) to continue the
Auto-wrap cycle from where it
stopped.
Note: “Rollers in” & “Rollers out”
functions can be operated by “one touch”
meaning that the operator does not need
to keep the button pressed. To activate
“one touch” increase “Rollers in” &
“Rollers out” time in the Operator Menu.

EXPERT CONTROLLER OPERATION
OPTIONAL RF REMOTE OPERATION
The RF (Radio Frequency) remote is required if you wish to operate the 1540EH
wrapper statically.

ENTERING THE TRANSPORT POSITION
1. Fully close the loading rollers.
2. Rotate the wrap arm until it is behind
the Cut & Start.
3. Insert the wrap arm transport lock.
4. Lock the safety arm into the transport
position.
