(a) Video Mode
Switch the mode switch to VIDEO. The green status LED flashes as
soon as motion detection (PIR) is triggered. Videos are stored on
the inserted MicroSD card. Stop taking videos after 20 seconds
when there is no more movement. If during 20 seconds there is still
movement the video clip will continue recording. When the MicroSD
card is full, the oldest recording will be deleted and restored with the
newest recording. Light turns on with video in darkness, when
motion detection is triggered.
Note: Night videos drain more power resulting in shorter battery life.

(b) Photo Mode
Switch the mode switch to PHOTO. The green status LED flashes
as soon as motion detection (PIR) is triggered. Photos are stored
on the inserted MicroSD card. Stop taking photos after 20 seconds
when there is no more movement. If during 20 seconds there is still

shining for 20 seconds. Light goes on only in darkness to conserve
battery life.
(d) OFF mode
The OFF mode is the safe mode when any action must be taken,
e.g. replacing the MicroSD card/the batteries or transporting the
device. No video, photo or light will be turned on in this mode.

PIR detecting range
Remark: The PIR detection area is split in for different distances
with different detection angles. Moreover, the PIR detecting range is
affected by the environment temperature (25°C is the best
temperature).
Ground Mounting holder
With the ground mounting holder* (*included) you can you use the
device as path light with camera or as path light in your garden.
Battery life
It is depending on the mode you select as a default. Long battery
life is one of the most important requirements. There are several
variables that will determine the battery life (type of batteries,
temperature outside, frequency of activity, etc.) Night video and
photo frequency (light and record) will result in shorter battery life.
Different brands of batteries may also perform better than others, so
please experiment to find what works best for you.
Attention: If RED status LED blinks, insert new batteries. Notice:
Should battery fluid leak from a battery, wipe the battery case with a
soft cloth dry and put in a new batteries.
