1.1.3. This charger is designed for lead-acid type batteries only.
1.1.4. Make sure the charger leads are connected to the correct terminal.
1.1.5. When the charger is in use, it will heat up slightly, this is normal.
1.1.6. Avoid operating the charger in hot conditions. If needed, provide additional fan
cooling.
1.1.7. Disconnect the AC power cord when charging is completed
1.2. Instructions
1.2.1. Connect the polarized clips to the appropriate battery terminal.
1.2.2. Connect the charger to main power, and turn charger on. At this point, the
Orange LED light turns on.
1.2.3. Charging will be complete when the Green LED turns on.
2. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem and Symptoms Possible Reason Solution
If power LED indicator is off and no output
voltage when charger is plugged in 1. No AC input
2. Charger malfunction 1. Check AC power source
2. Notify charger supplier
If AC power is normal, but charging LED is
off when charging 1. The charger connections may
be reversed
2. The output connection may be
open
3. The fuse socket may be loose

If AC power is normal but charging LED is
lit for a long time 1. Battery malfunction
1.The battery is not charging
normally. Stop charging and
replace battery.
2.Notify charger supplier
If the charging indicator turns to fully
charged immediately 1. Battery is fully charged
2. Battery malfunction Indicates battery is not fully
charged – and may be defective.
