UHF Wireless Microphone Systems
UR12L/UR12H
Telex ProStar® UHF wireless microphone
systems give you exceptional fidelity, range and
freedom. There’s much less traffic in the UHF band
to interfere with your music or message, and the
innovative UR12 receiver is loaded with features
that maximize the quality of your sound.
The UR12L lapel or UR12H headworn mic systems
are perfect for drummers, keyboardists, exercise
instructors, speakers, lecturers and anyone else who
needs hands-free amplification. The
UR12L system comes with a Telex WLM-10
mic and the lightweight, convenient UB12
beltpack transmitter. The UR12H features the new,
Special Projects SCHS-745 super cardioid electret
headworn mic with the UB12 beltpack.
Telex’s legendary performance and reliability are built
into every system. So you won’t have to worry about
those ever-present hazards of the road — like
drop-outs and interference. Plus you get the ultra-high
performance benefits of a UHF system at VHF prices.

UR12D
Whether you’re taking the stage in a coliseum, or
performing in a coffee house, Telex ProStar can deliver
your words and music with accuracy and authority.
The UR12D includes a well-balanced transmitter/mic body
with a Telex H-12D neodymium dynamic cartridge. The
H-12D has a classic frequency response, with a slight
mid-range peak that’s great for vocals.
The UR12 receiver guarantees that your voice will
come through with crystal clarity, thanks to Telex’s
advanced design based on decades of wireless experience
and excellence.
UR12E
If you like the accuracy and brilliant presence of an
electret mic, then the UR12E system with Telex H-12E
condenser cartridge is your ticket to sonic nirvana. And
thanks to Telex’s squelch circuitry, your nirvana won’t
be disturbed by unwanted RF intrusions. The squelch
circuitry works automatically to suppress background
noise and keep stray signals at bay. All you have to do is
concentrate on your performance, ProStar will do the rest.
With ProStar you get the microphones you love, without
the wires you hate.

UGR12S
Many wireless guitar systems are
re-packaged microphone systems. The
ProStar UHF guitar system was
designed from the ground up for
guitar, and you can really hear the
difference. From the apocalyptic
roar of a solid body to the delicate
tones of a classical, the UGR12S
goes the distance.
The UGR12S lets you throw away
your guitar cord and still keep the thunderous lows,
crunching mids and top-end sizzle that your guitar
can blast out. The heart of the ProStar guitar system is
the UGR12 receiver, with an intelligent companding
circuit that gives you an extremely wide dynamic
range of 96dB and a low-end that goes all the way
down to 20Hz.

VR12D
Going wireless has never been more affordable. The ProStar
VHF wireless systems are built around the VR12 receiver. It’s
rugged, reliable and made to the most exacting standards in
the industry.
The VR12D system features the VR12 receiver and a
VH12D dynamic mic with a Telex H-12D neodymium
dynamic cartridge. The engineers at Telex designed a very
innovative built-in antenna that eliminates interference
and substantially increases the range of the system.
VR12E
If it’s wireless freedom you’re after, with condenser mic
performance, look no further than the VR12E. It’s hard to
beat the performance and price. All ProStar systems are
designed with the highest reliability in their class, and clean
drop-out free performance every time you power up. And
in the unlikely event your system needs repair, an
industry-best, one year parts/labor warranty backs all
ProStar systems.
VR12L/VR12H
On the highway, a straight line is the shortest distance
between two points. In the ProStar, the audio signal is
processed by the fewest possible components. The signal
follows a virtual “straight line,” producing pure and natural
sound. The VR12L lapel mic or VR12H headworn mic
systems give you the freedom to move — at a conference,
aerobics class, or on a concert stage.
VGR12S
Take the fast lane to sonic freedom. The VGR12S
system — like its UHF brethren — was conceived,
designed, and constructed for one instrument only
— the guitar. The VGR12S captures everything from
the window-rattling lows and searing highs of a
solid body, to the subtlety and nuances of a jazz
guitar or acoustic/electric.
