The fixing positions for the two top brackets are measured at
100mm down from the top of the collector and 100mm up from
the bottom of the collector (please see diagram opposite).
In order to accurately mark the bottom bracket fixing positions
we recommend you mark, fix and level the two top brackets first.
Then hang the radiator, ensuring it is vertically level and manually
hold the bottom brackets in position while marking.
PLEASE NOTE :
It is essential that all brackets are level to
ensure a vertical alignment for connecting the
pipework.

With the brackets sleeves rmly xed and level, slot the radiator into
the sleeves and rmly x by tightening the grub screws.
When securing the brackets, we suggest positioning the sleves in a
way which the top bracket’s gurb screw is facing upwards, and the
bottom bracket’s grub screw is facing down. This will improve the
aesthetics of the raditor and avoid any screws being seen.
Please Note:
In accordance with Part L1 2006 of the Building Regulations and
BS7593:1992 code of practice for the treatment of hot water
and central heating systems, we strongly recommend flushing
the heating system post installation of new radiators and then
adding the correct quantity and type of inhibitor for use with
your radiator and system to prevent corrosion. Damage caused
to systems not protected by a suitable inhibitor will not be
covered by manufacturer’s guarantee.
