Using the Wave Duo
1. To turn on the Wave Duo, rmly press and hold the
power button for 1-2 seconds.
2. Press the main button to increase speeds. After the
highest speed, if the button is pressed again the Wave
Duo will come back to the lowest speed.
3. Place the device under the treatment area gradually
applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
4. To turn o the Wave Duo, rmly press and hold the
power button until the device turns o.
Your Wave Duo is a smart device enabled
with Bluetooth connectivity, designed to
pair seamlessly with the Therabody app.
When you download the app, you’ll be
guided through a step-by-step setup and
shown how to pair your device.

Charging the Wave Duo
1. The Wave Duo is USB-C enabled. Plug the cable
into your USB adapter of choice for charging. The
Wave Duo is fast charging enabled and can be
charged directly through a USB-C charger (sold
separately) for a faster charging experience.
2. The LED light on the power button will flash until
fully charged.
3. Charging is complete when the LED light on the
power button is solid green.
4. Battery level is continuously displayed on the LED
light of the power button when the device is on.
To view battery level when the device is o, briefly
press the power button and the LED battery light
will flash to indicate the battery level.
Avoid applying alcohol-based cleaner.

Verwenden des Wave Duo
1. Um den Wave Duo einzuschalten, halten Sie den Netzschalter 1-2

Aufladen des Wave Duo

des Netzschalters angezeigt, wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet
ist. Um den Batteriestand bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät
anzuzeigen, drücken Sie kurz den Netzschalter. Die LED-
Batterielampe blinkt, um den Batteriestand anzuzeigen.

Reinigungsmitteln auf Alkoholbasis.

Utiliser le Wave Duo
1. Pour allumer le Wave Duo, appuyez sur le bouton marche pendant 1 à

4. Pour arrêter le Wave Duo, appuyez fermement sur le bouton marche
pendant plusieurs secondes jusqu’à ce que l’appareil s’éteigne.

Charger le Wave Duo
1. Le Wave Duo dispose d’un port USB de type C. Connectez le câble

Uso di Wave Duo

Carica di Wave Duo

Utilización del Wave Duo

Gebruiksaanwijzing Wave Duo
1. Om de Wave Duo in te schakelen houdt u de aan- uitknop 1-2

De Wave Duo opladen
1. De Wave Duo is geschikt voor USB-C. Sluit om op te laden
de kabel aan de USB-adapter van uw keuze. De Wave Duo
is geschikt voor snel opladen en kan rechtstreeks worden
opgeladen via een USB-C-lader (apart verkrijgbaar) voor
een snellere oplaadervaring.
2. Het LED-lampje op de aan-uitknop knippert tot het
apparaat volledig is opgeladen.
3. Het opladen is voltooid wanneer het LED-lampje op de
aan-uitknop groen brandt.
4. Het batterijniveau wordt continu weergegeven op het
LED-lampje van de aan-uitknop wanneer het apparaat is
ingeschakeld. Om het batterijniveau te bekijken wanneer
het apparaat is uitgeschakeld, drukt u kort op de aan-
uitknop en het LED-batterijlampje knippert om het
batterijniveau aan te geven.
