Réaliser l’étanchéité à l’aide de pâte
+ fillasse entre la connexion et le
corps.
Realize the tightness with paste and
hemp between connection and body.
Le bouchon de la sortie basse est collé –

Encastrer le mitigeur, relier les canalisations eau chaude et eau
froide.
Couper ensuite le tube plastique au raz du mur.
Embed the mixing valve, connect the canalization hot and cold
water. Cut the plastic tube raze to the wall
Mettre en place la plaque, visser le tube fileté.
Recouper le tube fileté à 5mm du fond du cadran
dans les parties non filetées.
Ebavurer correctement le tube fileté avant de le
remettre en place.
Place the plaque, screw the threaded tube. Cut the
threaded tube : 5 mm from bottom of the face-
part which is not threaded.
You have to debur the threaded tube before put it
in place
Mettre en place le tube carré en le guidant correctement.
Faire une marque de découpe du tube près de la douille.
Retirer le tube, le couper et l’ébavurer.
Remettre en place le tube en le guidant correctement.
Place the square tube, by guiding it correctly. Mark the place where you have to cut it, near the
socket. Cut the tube, deburr it, and replace the tube by guiding it correctly

Visser l’écrou de liaison sur le tube fileté afin de maintenir la plaque
contre le mur
Screw the tighten-plaque against the threaded tube in order to
maintain the plaque against the wall.
Etalonnage de la température
Mettre en position 40°C et mesurer la
T°C de l’eau.
Si un réglage s’impose, démonter la
garniture et tourner l’axe de la cartouche
jusqu’à obtention de 40°C.
Temperature calibration:
Place in position 40°C and measure the
temperature of the water. If a calibration
is necessary, remove the trim and turn
the axis of the cartridge untill you obtain
40°.
Positionner le bouton de
réglage de température, l’ergot
en face de 40°C,
attention les 4 vis pointeaux
doivent être parfaitement
desserrées.
Place the button which
indicates the temperature, the
lug in front of 40°C.
Caution : the 4 cone point
screws have to be perfectly
loosened.
Bloquer les 4 vis pointeaux et
installer le croisillon.
Lock the 4 cone point screws and
place the cross handle.

CAUSES / REMEDES
L’eau ne coule pas à la bonne temperature
The water which flows is not the correct T°
- Vérifier qu’il y a de l’eau aux arrivées, que les tuyauteries sont bien
raccordées
- L’étalonnage a-t-il été effectué
Check the inlets and the connections of the pipes.
Is the calibration correctly done ?
L’eau mitigé arrive mais insuffisament.
The flow rate of the mixed water is not sufficient
- La production d’eau chaude ou d’eau froide est insuffisante
- Trop de difference de pression entre eau froide et eau chaude
- Filtres bouchés
Production of cold and hot water is not sufficient.
Too much difference between the pressure cold and hot water
The filters are clogged.
A la mise en service d’un appareil neuf, l’eau arrive que
chaude ou froide.
During the put in service of a new unit, water is only cold
or hot
- Les arrivées d’eau sont inversées
The water inlets are reversed
La temperature de l’eau mitigée suit la position de la
manette graduée mais avec un certain décalage
The temperature of the mixed water follows the position of
the graduated handle, but with a little bit lag.
- Le système de commande est déréglé
- Refaire l’étalonnage
The control system is out of adjustment.
Repeat the calibration
L’eau mitigée ne sort pas de l’appareil ou ne le fait que
pour une position extreme de la manette.
The mixed water doesn’t flows from the equipment or does
only from an extreme position of the handle.
