Note:Determinetheleftandrightsidesofthemachinefromthenormaloperatingposition.
Shutofftheengineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
InstallingtheRollbarSupports
Completethefollowingstepsforbothleftandrightrollbar
supports.
Note:Ifpreferred,therearwheelsmayberemovedfor
easieraccesstothebrace.
1.Looselysecurethebraceandseatbeltbrackettothe
framewithabolt(1/2x1-1/4inches)andlocknut
(Figure1)allowingittoswingfreely.

3.Attachthebracetotherollbarsupportwithabolt(1/2
x3-1/2inches),washer,andhexnut(Figure1).
Note:Notetheorientationofthereinforcingbracket.
4.Attachtheseatbeltassemblytotheseatbeltbracket
withaange-headboltandlocknut(Figure1).
AttachingthePivotBrackets
AssemblethepivotbracketstotherollbarasshowninFigure
2.Leavetheboltslooseenoughthatthepartsarefreeto
shiftaround.
Note:Ensurethatthelocknutsareontheinsideofthe
supporttube.

2.Ifnecessary,installbothsmallrubberbumpers.Press
thesmallangeonthebackofeachintotheholeson
thebackoftherollbarsupports(Figure1).
3.Removethepivotpinsandensurethattherollbar
pivotsfreelyupanddown.Ifitdoesnot,remove

therollbarandverifythatthecylindricalspacersare
correctlyinstalledaspreviouslydescribedinAttaching
theRollbar(page2).
4.Iftheconicalrubberbumpersarenotpre-installed
dothefollowing:
Unlocktherollbarandputitinthedown
position.Installtheconicalrubberbumpersinsidethe
cutoutatthetopoftherollbarsupportsasshownin
Figure6.Securethebumpersusingtheangenuts
(5/16inch).

pins.Usethehairpinsattheendofeachlanyardto
securethepivotpins(Figure5).
Important:Youmustinsertthehairpinsatthe
endofbothlanyardsintotheholesonthestraight
endofeachpivotpinuntiltheylockinplace.

UsingtheRolloverProtection
System(ROPS)
WARNING
Thereisnorolloverprotectionwhentherollbaris
inthedownposition,andinjuryordeathmayresult.
•Keeptherollbarintheraisedandlocked
positionandweartheseatbelt.
•Lowertherollbaronlywhenabsolutely
necessary.
•Donotweartheseatbeltwhentherollbaris
inthedownposition.
•Driveslowlyandcarefully.
•Raisetherollbarassoonasclearancepermits.
•Checkcarefullyforoverheadclearances(i.e.
branches,doorways,electricalwires)before
drivingunderanyobjectsanddonotcontact
them.
Important:Lowertherollbaronlywhenabsolutely
necessary.
1.Toraisetherollbar,removethehairpincotterand
removethelockingpins.
2.Raisetherollbartotheuprightposition(Figure7).
