The Tower Glass Soup Maker is ideal for chunky
and smooth soup that serves up to 4 people.
Auto functions allow you to stand back as
healthy nutritious meals are made for you in
under 30 minutes and the blend function means
your soup can be perfected to your taste.
1. Begin by washing your vegetables, and
peeling any with hard skin (i.e. potatoes,
carrots).
2. Chop your ingredients into pieces no larger
than 1.5 – 2.5cm.
3. Remove the lid of your Tower Soup Maker
and add all ingredients into the serving jug.
Top up the ingredients with cold water. Ensure
all of your ingredients do not surpass the soup
max ll line on the glass jug.
4. To reach the minimum soup ll line, you
will need 250g of chopped vegetables and
17 oz liquid. For the maximum amount of
soup, add 400g chopped vegetables and
41 oz of liquid.
5. Note: You can use the pulse button at the
end of cooking to ensure your soup is made
to your desired consistency.
6. Once all of your ingredients have been
added to the Soup Maker, place the lid
back on the serving jug, making sure it is
securely in place.
7. Plug the Soup Maker in. When the Soup
Maker is plugged in, a beep will sound.
Select the Start/Stop button, the lights on
the control panel will now begin to ash.
8. Choose your desired function. The Soup
Maker will work automatically. When the
soup has cooked, a series of beeps will be
emitted.
9. Unplug the Soup Maker and remove the lid,
being careful to avoid any steam that it may
omit. Using the handle, pour the soup into
bowls to serve.
4Functions:
There are three program buttons and a pulse
function. The program buttons are chunky soup,
smooth soup, simmer/boil. Pulse is a manual
function, with many uses ranging from creating
smoothies to blending your soup to the perfect
consistency.
ChunkySoupFunction
The Chunky Soup function gives you wholesome
thick soups in under 23 minutes.
1. Pre-wash any vegetables required for the
recipe. Fill up the serving jug according to
your recipe, ensuring it does not exceed
the maximum volume. Add water to top
up, keeping well within the min and max ll
limits.
2. Plug your Soup Maker in and press the start
button. Select the Chunky Soup function.
The Soup Maker will now begin to heat your
ingredients to a temperature of 98
o
C.
3. Once the temperature has been reached
(after approximately 10 mins at full
capacity), the soup maker will pulse once.
It will continue cooking the soup and
pulsing for another 10 minutes.
4. Just before the soup is nished, the Soup
Maker will pulse the soup 2-3 times in quick
succession. A series of beeps will sound
once your soup is ready.
