INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing this product!
For installation, maintenance and assurance of a long life
of this product, please follow this manual.
CONTENT IN BOX
TOOLS REQUIRED
Regular tools required for installation.
• Tools for mounting, e.g. 13 mm wrench – to fasten the
mounting bracket to the structure, and adjust the angle
of the lamp.
• 30mm wrench to loosen and tighten the cable glands.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
The floodlight should be inspected according to Company
routines.
The manufacturer suggests regular check for water intru-
sion in the housing.
When cleaning, use only mild detergents. Alcohol or petro-
leum based products may damage the gaskets.
APPLICATIONS
• Area lighting for ships
• Suitable for harsh environments

Note that changes to the product and /or installation of
components which do not conform to the approval, may
be a safety violation. The manufacturer will not under any
circumstances be held responsible for such activity. For
your health and safety, always use safety gear suited for
the task. Be certain to follow codes, regulations and /or
specific procedures that are related to the installation.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Only qualified personnel are allowed to perform installation
and maintenance tasks to this product.
The equipment is ready for installation when leaving the
production facilities of R. Stahl Tranberg AS. Check the
condition of the equipment and the contents when unpack-
ing. Any damage done to the equipment during transporta-
tion is not the responsibility of R. Stahl Tranberg AS. If the
content is not complete, file a claim to the manufacturer
immediately.
The TEF 2580 is delivered with a standard mounting brack-
et. The floodlight must be mounted on a flat surface coinci-
dent with the mounting bracket.
Any damage caused by the use of an incorrect combination
of cable and cable gland is not the responsibility of R. Stahl
Tranberg AS and is not covered by warranty.
The luminaire can be adjusted into desired angle within a range of 185°.

INSTALLATION
Electrical termination
Only qualified electrical personnel may install and start up the QPD components.
For correct electrical termination please follow the Phoenix user manual, Appendix 1 in the end of this user manual.
Below is an excerpt of the Phoenix user manual describing the main points of the procedure.
Please note that the dust caps mounted on lights connector sockets are not IP rated and will not protect against water
intrusion.
Cable termination
• Cable diameter: Ø6-11 mm or Ø9-16 mm.
Part # 2880***0* delivered as standard with terminal nut for Ø6-11 mm cable. All other variants delivered with terminal nut
for Ø9-16 mm cable.
Wire cross section: 1.0 mm2to 2.5 mm2.
Connections
1. Strip approx. 60 mm off the cable.
2. Loop the PE conductor around the live conductors
(1). As a result, the PE conductor will be pulled out of
the terminal block last if strong tension is exerted on
the cable.
3. Insert the cable into the terminal nut.
4. Fix the wires in the conductor support of the splice
body (2).
5. Cut off the wires with a diagonal cutter flush on the
splice body (3).
6. When connecting the terminal nut to the light connec-
tor socket, make sure that their markings are aligned.
7. Screw the terminal nut together with the light con-
nector socket (4). For this, we recommend using ei-
ther the socket wrench, a wrench, or a pliers. Screw
the terminal nut as far as it will go, or with the speci-
fied torque. It must not be possible to unscrew the
terminal nut again by hand.
8. Seal off any non-allocated connections using a
protective cap.

Ground bonding screw
The floodlight is equipped with an external M6 ground
bonding screw. Connect to ground where national or
company regulations require it.

Einbauanleitung für das QUICKON-
Installationssystem QPD
Es stehen unterschiedliche Komponenten zur Verfügung, die je-
doch alle auf die gleiche Weise angeschlossen werden ():
1 Sicherheitshinweis
Nur elektrotechnisches Fachpersonal darf die QPD-Komponen-
ten installieren und in Betrieb nehmen.
2 Montage
• Manteln Sie die Leitung ca. 60 mm ab ().
• Schlingen Sie den PE-Leiter um die spannungsführenden
Leiter (). Bei einem gewaltsamen Zug auf die Leitung wird
so der PE-Leiter als Letztes aus der Klemme gezogen.
• Führen Sie die Leitung in die QUICKON-Mutter ein.
• Fixieren Sie die Adern in der Leiteraufnahme vom Spleißbody
().
• Schneiden Sie die Adern mit einem Seitenschneider bündig
am Spleißbody ab ().
• Achten Sie beim Zusammenführen von QUICKON-Mutter
und QPD-Komponente darauf, dass deren Markierungen in
einer Linie sind.
• Verschrauben Sie die QUICKON-Mutter mit der QPD-Kom-
ponente (). Wir empfehlen dazu entweder den Steck-
schlüssel QSS..., einen Schraubenschlüssel oder eine
Zange zu verwenden.
Verschrauben Sie die QUICKON-Mutter bis zum Anschlag
oder mit dem angegebenen Drehmoment. Die QUICKON-
Mutter darf nicht mehr von Hand lösbar sein.
• Verschließen Sie nichtbelegte QUICKON-Anschlüsse mit ei-
ner Schutzkappe.
QUICKON-Steckverbinder
Der QUICKON-Steckverbinder wird wie beschrieben ange-
schlossen. Er ist mit einem voreilenden PE-Kontakt ausgestat-
tet, gegen Fehlstecken polarisiert und nach DIN EN 50274
fingerberührgeschützt.
WARNUNG: Stecken und lösen Sie die Steckverbinder
nur spannungsfrei.
3 Demontage
WARNUNG: Lösen Sie die Leitung nur, wenn diese
spannungsfrei ist.
• Zum Lösen der Leitung schrauben Sie die QUICKON-Mutter
vollständig ab (Lösedrehmoment 5 Nm).
• Halten Sie Wanddurchführungen vom Typ QPD W ... mit ei-
nem Schraubenschlüssel gegen.
• Ziehen Sie den Spleißbody ohne Werkzeug heraus.
4 Wiederanschluss
• Der QUICKON-Anschluss darf mit gleichem Leitungsquer-
schnitt maximal 10-mal wiederbeschaltet werden. Dazu müs-
sen Sie die Leitung abschneiden und den Anschluss neu
herstellen.

Different components are available. However, they are all con-
nected in the same way ():
1 Safety note
Only qualified electrical personnel may install and start up the
QPD components.
2 Assembly
• Strip approx. 60 mm off the cable ().
• Loop the PE conductor around the live conductors (). As
a result, the PE conductor will be pulled out of the terminal
block last if strong tension is exerted on the cable.
• Insert the cable into the QUICKON nut.
• Fix the wires in the conductor support of the splice body
().
• Cut off the wires with a diagonal cutter flush on the splice
body ().
• When connecting the QUICKON nut and QPD component,
make sure that their markings are aligned.
• Screw the QUICKON nut together with the QPD component
(). For this, we recommend using either the socket
wrench QSS..., a wrench, or a pliers.
Screw the QUICKON nut as far as it will go, or with the spec-
ified torque. It must not be possible to unscrew the QUICK-
ON nut again by hand.
• Seal off any non-allocated QUICKON connections using a
protective cap.
QUICKON connector
The QUICKON connector is connected as described. It is
equipped with a capacitive PE contact, polarized to prevent
mismatching, and features touch-proof protection according to
DIN EN 50274.
WARNING: Always de-energize the connector before
connecting or disconnecting it.
3 Dismantling
WARNING: Only detach the cable when it is de-ener-
gized.
• To detach the cable, completely unscrew the QUICKON nut
(loosening torque 5 Nm).
• Hold the panel feed-throughs of type QPD W ... with a
wrench.
• Pull out the splice body without using a tool.
4 Reconnection
• The QUICKON connection may be rewired up to 10 times
maximum with the same conductor cross-section. For this,
you must cut the cable and re-make the connection from
scratch.

tallation QUICKON QPD
Il existe différents composants disponibles, mais ils doivent
tous être raccordés de la même manière ():
1 Consigne de sécurité
Seul un personnel électrotechnique spécialisé est autorisé à
installer et à mettre les composants QPD en service.
2 Montage
• Dénuder le câble sur environ 60 mm ().
• Enrouler le fil PE autour des fils conducteurs de tension ().
Ainsi, en cas de traction brutale sur le câble, le fil PE sera le
dernier à être arraché du bloc de jonction.
• Insérer le câble dans l'écrou QUICKON.
• Fixer les fils dans les logements du corps d'épissure ().
• Couper les fils à ras du corps d'épissure à l'aide d'une pince
coupante diagonale ().
• Veiller à ce que les repérages respectifs soient alignés lors
de l'assemblage de l'écrou QUICKON et des composants
QPD.
• Vissez l'écrou QUICKON et les composants QPD ().
Nous recommandons d'utiliser la clé à douille QSS..., une
clé ou une pince.
Visser l'écrou QUICKON jusqu'en butée ou au couple pres-
crit. L'écrou QUICKON ne doit plus pouvoir être desserré à
la main.
• Obturer les raccordements QUICKON non utilisés avec
cache de protection.
Connecteur QUICKON
Le connecteur QUICKON est raccordé comme décrit ici. Il équi-
pé d'un contact PE avancé, est polarisé de manière à éviter les
erreurs de connexion et protégé des contacts fortuits avec les
doigts conformément à la norme DIN EN 50274.
AVERTISSEMENT: enficher et déconnecter lop es
connecteurs uniquement lorsqu'ils sont hors tension.
3 Démontage
AVERTISSEMENT : ne déconnecter le câble que s'il
est hors tension.
• Pour déconnecter le câble, dévisser complétement l'écrou
QUICKON (couple de desserrage 5 Nm).
• Maintenir en place les traversées de paroi de type QPD W ...
à l'aide d'une clé.
• Extraire le corps d'épissure sans outil.
4 Nouveau raccordement
• Le raccordement QUICKON peut être recâblé jusqu'à
concurrence de 10 fois lorsque la section des conducteurs
est identique. Pour ce faire, il est nécessaire de sectionner
le câble et de renouveler le contact.

Istruzioni per il montaggio del sistema d'in-
stallazione QUICKON QPD
Per questo sistema esistono svariati componenti, ma tutti quan-
ti vengono collegati allo stesso modo ():
1 Indicazioni di sicurezza
Le operazioni di installazione e messa in servizio dei compo-
nenti QPD devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da perso-
nale elettrotecnico specializzato.
2 Montaggio
• Spelare il cavo di circa 60 mm ().
• Intrecciare il conduttore PE attorno ai conduttori di tensione
(). Così facendo, tirando con forza il cavo, il conduttore PE
viene estratto per ultimo dal morsetto.
• Introdurre il cavo nel dado QUICKON.
• Fissare i conduttori negli alloggiamenti del corpo di giunzio-
ne ().
• Tagliare i conduttori a filo sul corpo di giunzione utilizzando
un tronchese a taglio laterale ().
• Quando si congiungono dado QUICKON e componente
QPD, verificare che le rispettive marcature si trovino sulla
stessa linea.
• Avvitare il dado QUICKON con il componente QPD (). Si
consiglia di utilizzare la chiave a tubo QSS..., una chiave in-
glese o una pinza.
Avvitare il dado QUICKON fino a battuta o con la coppia di
serraggio indicata. Non deve esser possibile allentare ma-
nualmente il dado QUICKON.
• Tappare con un cappuccio di sicurezza le connessioni QUI-
CKON non utilizzate.
Connettore QUICKON
Per il collegamento del connettore QUICKON procedere come
descritto. Questo connettore è equipaggiato con un contatto PE
anticipato. La struttura dei poli è concepita per evitare inserzioni
errate. Inoltre il conduttore è dotato di protezione dal contatto
con le dita a norma DIN EN 50274.
AVVERTENZA: collegare e scollegare i connettori sol-
tanto in assenza di tensione.
3 Smontaggio
AVVERTENZA: scollegare il cavo solo se in assenza di
tensione.
• Per scollegare il cavo, svitare completamente il dado QUI-
CKON (coppia di svitamento: 5 Nm).
• Tener fermi i passaparete tipo QPD W ... con una chiave in-
glese.
• Estrarre il corpo di giunzione senza utilizzare utensili.
4 Ricollegamento
• Grazie alla connessione QUICKON i conduttori con sezione
uguale possono essere ricollegati per un massimo di 10 vol-
te. Per far ciò è necessario tagliare il cavo ed eseguire nuo-
vamente la connessione.

de instalación QUICKON QPD
Hay disponibles diferentes componentes, los cuales, sin em-
bargo, se conectan de la misma manera ():
1 Indicaciones de seguridad
Solo personal especializado en electrotecnia está autorizado
para instalar y poner en servicio los componentes QPD.
2 Montaje
• Pele el cable aprox. 60 mm ().
• Haga pasar el conductor PE alrededor de los hilos de co-
rriente (). De esta forma, en caso de un tirón violento del
cable, el conductor PE es el último en salir del borne.
• Introduzca el cable en la tuerca QUICKON.
• Fije los hilos en su alojamiento en el cuerpo de empalme
().
• Corte los hilos con unos alicates de corte diagonal a ras con
el cuerpo de empalme ().
• Al unir la tuerca QUICKON y los componentes QPD, asegú-
rese de que sus marcas estén alineadas.
• Enrosque la tuerca QUICKON en el componente QPD ().
Para ello, recomendamos la llave de tubo QSS..., una llave
de boca fija o unos alicates.
Enrosque la tuerca QUICKON hasta el tope o con el par de
apriete especificado. La tuerca QUICKON no debe poder
ser soltada con la mano.
• Cierre con un capuchón las conexiones QUICKON no usa-
das.
Conector QUICKON
El conector QUICKON se conecta como se ha descrito más
arriba. El conector dispone de un contacto PE anticipado, el
cual está polarizado para evitar una inserción equivocada y
protegido contra contactos físicos fortuitos según
DIN EN 50274.
ADVERTENCIA: Enchufe y desenchufe los conectores
solo en estado libre de tensión.
3 Desmontaje
ADVERTENCIA: El cable solo debe soltarse en estado
libre de tensión.
• Para soltar el cable, desenrosque completamente la tuerca
QUICKON (par de desapriete: 5 Nm).
• Para ello, sujete el pasamuros del tipo QPD W ... con una
llave de boca fija.
• Extraiga el cuerpo de empalme sin usar herramientas.
4 Reconexión
• La conexión QUICKON puede realizarse un máximo de
10 veces con una misma sección de cable. Para ello se
debe cortar el cable y volver a establecer la conexión.

QUICKON-Steckverbinder

fingerberührgeschützt.
WARNUNG: Stecken und lösen Sie die Steckverbinder
nur spannungsfrei.
3 Demontage
WARNUNG: Lösen Sie die Leitung nur, wenn diese
spannungsfrei ist.
• Zum Lösen der Leitung schrauben Sie die QUICKON-Mutter
vollständig ab (Lösedrehmoment 5 Nm).
• Halten Sie Wanddurchführungen vom Typ QPD W ... mit ei-
nem Schraubenschlüssel gegen.
• Ziehen Sie den Spleißbody ohne Werkzeug heraus.
4 Wiederanschluss
• Der QUICKON-Anschluss darf mit gleichem Leitungsquer-
schnitt maximal 10-mal wiederbeschaltet werden. Dazu müs-
sen Sie die Leitung abschneiden und den Anschluss neu
herstellen.

Different components are available. However, they are all con-
nected in the same way ():
1 Safety note
Only qualified electrical personnel may install and start up the
QPD components.
2 Assembly
• Strip approx. 60 mm off the cable ().
• Loop the PE conductor around the live conductors (). As
a result, the PE conductor will be pulled out of the terminal
block last if strong tension is exerted on the cable.
• Insert the cable into the QUICKON nut.
• Fix the wires in the conductor support of the splice body
().
• Cut off the wires with a diagonal cutter flush on the splice
body ().
• When connecting the QUICKON nut and QPD component,
make sure that their markings are aligned.
• Screw the QUICKON nut together with the QPD component
(). For this, we recommend using either the socket
wrench QSS..., a wrench, or a pliers.
Screw the QUICKON nut as far as it will go, or with the spec-
ified torque. It must not be possible to unscrew the QUICK-
ON nut again by hand.
• Seal off any non-allocated QUICKON connections using a
protective cap.
QUICKON connector
The QUICKON connector is connected as described. It is
equipped with a capacitive PE contact, polarized to prevent
mismatching, and features touch-proof protection according to
DIN EN 50274.
WARNING: Always de-energize the connector before
connecting or disconnecting it.
3 Dismantling
WARNING: Only detach the cable when it is de-ener-
gized.
• To detach the cable, completely unscrew the QUICKON nut
(loosening torque 5 Nm).
• Hold the panel feed-throughs of type QPD W ... with a
wrench.
• Pull out the splice body without using a tool.
4 Reconnection
• The QUICKON connection may be rewired up to 10 times
maximum with the same conductor cross-section. For this,
you must cut the cable and re-make the connection from
scratch.

Il existe différents composants disponibles, mais ils doivent

1 Consigne de sécurité
Seul un personnel électrotechnique spécialisé est autorisé à
installer et à mettre les composants QPD en service.
2 Montage
• Dénuder le câble sur environ 60 mm ().
• Enrouler le fil PE autour des fils conducteurs de tension ().
Ainsi, en cas de traction brutale sur le câble, le fil PE sera le
dernier à être arraché du bloc de jonction.
• Insérer le câble dans l'écrou QUICKON.
• Fixer les fils dans les logements du corps d'épissure ().
• Couper les fils à ras du corps d'épissure à l'aide d'une pince
coupante diagonale ().
• Veiller à ce que les repérages respectifs soient alignés lors
de l'assemblage de l'écrou QUICKON et des composants
QPD.
• Vissez l'écrou QUICKON et les composants QPD ().
Nous recommandons d'utiliser la clé à douille QSS..., une
clé ou une pince.
Visser l'écrou QUICKON jusqu'en butée ou au couple pres-

Per questo sistema esistono svariati componenti, ma tutti quan-
ti vengono collegati allo stesso modo ():
1 Indicazioni di sicurezza
Le operazioni di installazione e messa in servizio dei compo-
nenti QPD devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da perso-
nale elettrotecnico specializzato.
2 Montaggio
• Spelare il cavo di circa 60 mm ().
• Intrecciare il conduttore PE attorno ai conduttori di tensione
(). Così facendo, tirando con forza il cavo, il conduttore PE
viene estratto per ultimo dal morsetto.
• Introdurre il cavo nel dado QUICKON.
• Fissare i conduttori negli alloggiamenti del corpo di giunzio-
ne ().
• Tagliare i conduttori a filo sul corpo di giunzione utilizzando
un tronchese a taglio laterale ().
• Quando si congiungono dado QUICKON e componente
QPD, verificare che le rispettive marcature si trovino sulla
stessa linea.
• Avvitare il dado QUICKON con il componente QPD (). Si
consiglia di utilizzare la chiave a tubo QSS..., una chiave in-
glese o una pinza.
Avvitare il dado QUICKON fino a battuta o con la coppia di
serraggio indicata. Non deve esser possibile allentare ma-
nualmente il dado QUICKON.
• Tappare con un cappuccio di sicurezza le connessioni QUI-
CKON non utilizzate.
Connettore QUICKON
Per il collegamento del connettore QUICKON procedere come
descritto. Questo connettore è equipaggiato con un contatto PE
anticipato. La struttura dei poli è concepita per evitare inserzioni
errate. Inoltre il conduttore è dotato di protezione dal contatto
con le dita a norma DIN EN 50274.
AVVERTENZA: collegare e scollegare i connettori sol-
tanto in assenza di tensione.
3 Smontaggio
AVVERTENZA: scollegare il cavo solo se in assenza di
tensione.
• Per scollegare il cavo, svitare completamente il dado QUI-
CKON (coppia di svitamento: 5 Nm).
• Tener fermi i passaparete tipo QPD W ... con una chiave in-
glese.
• Estrarre il corpo di giunzione senza utilizzare utensili.
4 Ricollegamento
• Grazie alla connessione QUICKON i conduttori con sezione
uguale possono essere ricollegati per un massimo di 10 vol-
te. Per far ciò è necessario tagliare il cavo ed eseguire nuo-
vamente la connessione.

de instalación QUICKON QPD
Hay disponibles diferentes componentes, los cuales, sin em-
bargo, se conectan de la misma manera ():
1 Indicaciones de seguridad
Solo personal especializado en electrotecnia está autorizado
para instalar y poner en servicio los componentes QPD.
2 Montaje
• Pele el cable aprox. 60 mm ().
• Haga pasar el conductor PE alrededor de los hilos de co-
rriente (). De esta forma, en caso de un tirón violento del
cable, el conductor PE es el último en salir del borne.
• Introduzca el cable en la tuerca QUICKON.
• Fije los hilos en su alojamiento en el cuerpo de empalme
().
• Corte los hilos con unos alicates de corte diagonal a ras con
el cuerpo de empalme ().
• Al unir la tuerca QUICKON y los componentes QPD, asegú-
rese de que sus marcas estén alineadas.
• Enrosque la tuerca QUICKON en el componente QPD ().
Para ello, recomendamos la llave de tubo QSS..., una llave
de boca fija o unos alicates.
Enrosque la tuerca QUICKON hasta el tope o con el par de
apriete especificado. La tuerca QUICKON no debe poder
ser soltada con la mano.
• Cierre con un capuchón las conexiones QUICKON no usa-
das.
Conector QUICKON
El conector QUICKON se conecta como se ha descrito más
arriba. El conector dispone de un contacto PE anticipado, el
cual está polarizado para evitar una inserción equivocada y
protegido contra contactos físicos fortuitos según
DIN EN 50274.
ADVERTENCIA: Enchufe y desenchufe los conectores
solo en estado libre de tensión.
3 Desmontaje
ADVERTENCIA: El cable solo debe soltarse en estado
libre de tensión.
• Para soltar el cable, desenrosque completamente la tuerca
QUICKON (par de desapriete: 5 Nm).
• Para ello, sujete el pasamuros del tipo QPD W ... con una
llave de boca fija.
• Extraiga el cuerpo de empalme sin usar herramientas.
4 Reconexión
• La conexión QUICKON puede realizarse un máximo de
10 veces con una misma sección de cable. Para ello se
debe cortar el cable y volver a establecer la conexión.

Einbauanleitung für das QUICKON-
Installationssystem QPD
Es stehen unterschiedliche Komponenten zur Verfügung, die je-
doch alle auf die gleiche Weise angeschlossen werden ():
1 Sicherheitshinweis
Nur elektrotechnisches Fachpersonal darf die QPD-Komponen-
ten installieren und in Betrieb nehmen.
2 Montage
• Manteln Sie die Leitung ca. 60 mm ab ().
• Schlingen Sie den PE-Leiter um die spannungsführenden
Leiter (). Bei einem gewaltsamen Zug auf die Leitung wird
so der PE-Leiter als Letztes aus der Klemme gezogen.
• Führen Sie die Leitung in die QUICKON-Mutter ein.
• Fixieren Sie die Adern in der Leiteraufnahme vom Spleißbody
().
• Schneiden Sie die Adern mit einem Seitenschneider bündig
am Spleißbody ab ().
• Achten Sie beim Zusammenführen von QUICKON-Mutter
und QPD-Komponente darauf, dass deren Markierungen in
einer Linie sind.
• Verschrauben Sie die QUICKON-Mutter mit der QPD-Kom-
ponente (). Wir empfehlen dazu entweder den Steck-
schlüssel QSS..., einen Schraubenschlüssel oder eine
Zange zu verwenden.
Verschrauben Sie die QUICKON-Mutter bis zum Anschlag

anticipato. La struttura dei poli è concepita per evitare inserzioni
errate. Inoltre il conduttore è dotato di protezione dal contatto
con le dita a norma DIN EN 50274.
AVVERTENZA: collegare e scollegare i connettori sol-
tanto in assenza di tensione.
3 Smontaggio
AVVERTENZA: scollegare il cavo solo se in assenza di
tensione.
• Per scollegare il cavo, svitare completamente il dado QUI-
CKON (coppia di svitamento: 5 Nm).
• Tener fermi i passaparete tipo QPD W ... con una chiave in-
glese.
• Estrarre il corpo di giunzione senza utilizzare utensili.
4 Ricollegamento
• Grazie alla connessione QUICKON i conduttori con sezione
uguale possono essere ricollegati per un massimo di 10 vol-
te. Per far ciò è necessario tagliare il cavo ed eseguire nuo-
vamente la connessione.

Instrucciones de montaje para el sistema
de instalación QUICKON QPD
Hay disponibles diferentes componentes, los cuales, sin em-
bargo, se conectan de la misma manera ():
1 Indicaciones de seguridad
Solo personal especializado en electrotecnia está autorizado
para instalar y poner en servicio los componentes QPD.
2 Montaje
• Pele el cable aprox. 60 mm ().
• Haga pasar el conductor PE alrededor de los hilos de co-
rriente (). De esta forma, en caso de un tirón violento del
cable, el conductor PE es el último en salir del borne.
• Introduzca el cable en la tuerca QUICKON.
• Fije los hilos en su alojamiento en el cuerpo de empalme
().
• Corte los hilos con unos alicates de corte diagonal a ras con
el cuerpo de empalme ().
• Al unir la tuerca QUICKON y los componentes QPD, asegú-
rese de que sus marcas estén alineadas.
• Enrosque la tuerca QUICKON en el componente QPD ().
Para ello, recomendamos la llave de tubo QSS..., una llave
de boca fija o unos alicates.
Enrosque la tuerca QUICKON hasta el tope o con el par de
apriete especificado. La tuerca QUICKON no debe poder
ser soltada con la mano.
• Cierre con un capuchón las conexiones QUICKON no usa-
das.
Conector QUICKON
El conector QUICKON se conecta como se ha descrito más
arriba. El conector dispone de un contacto PE anticipado, el
cual está polarizado para evitar una inserción equivocada y
protegido contra contactos físicos fortuitos según
DIN EN 50274.
ADVERTENCIA: Enchufe y desenchufe los conectores
solo en estado libre de tensión.
3 Desmontaje
ADVERTENCIA: El cable solo debe soltarse en estado
libre de tensión.
• Para soltar el cable, desenrosque completamente la tuerca
QUICKON (par de desapriete: 5 Nm).
• Para ello, sujete el pasamuros del tipo QPD W ... con una
llave de boca fija.
• Extraiga el cuerpo de empalme sin usar herramientas.
4 Reconexión
• La conexión QUICKON puede realizarse un máximo de
10 veces con una misma sección de cable. Para ello se
debe cortar el cable y volver a establecer la conexión.
