1.Safety Precautions
Please read the following instructions carefully to avoid possible dangers during use:
➢Keep the machine away from rain, damp or direct sunlight;
➢Avoid the ingress of any liquid substance into the machine;
➢DO NOT place the IFP near any heat sources such as heaters or radiation sources;
➢Please cut off power supply after use of the IFP;
➢Power off the IFP prior to cleaning, and DO NOT use any corrosive liquid to wipe the machine
surface; (TRIUMPH BOARD CLEANING PADS are recommended)
➢When using the plug, be careful not to force the plug into the port. When connecting the
machine, ensure that the port is free from chips, that the plug matches the port and that the
direction of the plug corresponds to that of the port;
➢During use, heat generated inside the machine is dissipated via the air inlets/outlets on the
back of the machine. DO NOT use any other object to cover the machine; keep each air inlet
and outlet unblocked so that heat generated inside the machine can be dissipated outward
via the heat dissipation channel;
➢This machine contains no user-serviceable components except operation software. DO NOT
attempt to disassemble the machine. If the IFP needs repair, please consult the
accompanying service and support information to know how to contact our authorized service
providers for service. Unauthorized disassembly of the machine may cause damage to the
machine; such damage is not covered under warranty.

LED indicator
The LED light is lit in green during normal operation, and in red during standby

3.2 Block Diagram of IFP
➢MSD6A828 signal board: Controls signals from/to all output and input ports, effectively decodes
input audio/video signals, and send V-by-One signals to T-CON board, thus to allow control of core
chassis functions;
➢Power board: Supply voltage to MSD6A828 signal board, speaker and OPS PC (12V);
➢LCD module: Displays picture;
➢Touch frame: Enables touch function;
➢Front adapter board: Front extended OPS PC-USB port, front extended HDMI port, front extended
Touch-USB port, front extended MEDIA-USB port, extended MIC port, extended headset port;
➢Rear adapter board: Extended OPS PC-USB port, rear extended Touch-USB port;

➢Light sensor board: Acquires the value of ambient light and sends it to the mainboard;
➢Touch frame adapter board: Converts serial port signals to USB signals to provide touch signals for
Android mainboard;
➢IR board: Receives remote control signals from the remote control and sends them to the
mainboard;
➢Keyboard: Acquires button signals and sends them to the mainboard;
➢OPS adapter board: OPS port to HDMI port, USB port and power port.

MP600S-K is a multi-output power board with the total output power of 502.5W; it outputs voltages of

4.Disassembly Steps
4.1Tool Preparation
You will need: screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, slotted screwdriver (needle-nose pliers and slotted
screwdriver are used in case of any stripped screw or breaking off hexagonal copper pillar).
4.2 Disassembly Procedure
➢Step 1: Remove the rear shell

1）Remove speaker
Remove Φ3×6mm Plated black zinc mechanical screw with meson head (Φ7mm)* 8PCS, release the
speaker bracket and rear shell，and then pull out the cable of speaker;
2）Remove Φ3×6mm Plated black zinc mechanical screw with meson head (Φ7mm) *7PCS, release
the rear shell and the IO baffle;

3）Remove Φ3×6mm Plated black zinc mechanical screw with meson head (Φ7mm)*4PCS, release
the rear shell and the power strip shield;
4）Remove M4*6 black zinc plated cross-recessed small button-head product screw*14PCS, release
the rear shell and the face frame;

5）Remove M4*6 black zinc plated cross-recessed small button-head product screw*11PCS, release the
rear shell and the panel;
6）Remove 6pcs of M3 11mm cross-head screws.

7）Remove M6*18 B headband cushion (the thickness of the cushion 1.4) plated black zinc mechanical
screw*4 PCS, release the handle and the face frame;
8）Manually remove the M4 25mm cross-head screws - 4 Pcs, release the rear shell and the Corner decorative cover；

➢Step 2: Remove boards
The rear cover of this product consists of 12 components, including Mainboard, Power board, OPS
adapter board, Touch frame adapter board, RS232 adapter board, T-CON board, rear adapter board,
front adapter board, IR board, Keyboard, light sensor board, speaker. Tidy up the cable before removing
the boards. See the figure below:
