Safety Measures
1. Prioritize a secure machine installation when utilizing it for the first time.
2. In the event of danger, promptly engage the emergency stop button.
3. Safeguard your eyes with protective glasses during machine operation.
4. Employ a brush to clear debris; avoid using your breath to blow it away.
5. Exercise caution regarding sharpness when engaging with Milling tools or sanding
workpieces.
6. Ensure the robust installation of Milling tools before operation.
7. For tasks such as loading, unloading, knife setting, measurement, and cleaning,
remember to halt the machine prior to proceeding.
8. Refrain from wearing cotton gloves while operating the machine.
9. Keep measuring tools and other miscellaneous items away from the workbench
area.
10. Securely clamp workpieces; refrain from initiating engraving if the piece is loose or
inadequately fastened.

Assembly of TTC450
1. Frame Installation
Required parts:
•1× 2020 Front Crossbeam
•1× 2020 Rear Crossmember
•2× 2020 Bottom Crossmember
•1× 2040 Bottom Crossmember
•4× Rubber Feet
•8× M5X30 Screws
•4× M4X25 Screws
•2,5 Hexagonal Wrench
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
When placing the frame, ensure that the profile
plane is oriented upwards, and be mindful of the
alignment of the 2020 profile on the left side.

2. Platform Installation
Required parts:
•2× Density Plate
•20× M5X20 Screws
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
Position the density plate with its surface facing upwards, and proceed to fasten 20
screws through the density plate into the profile.

3. Y-axis Installation
Required parts:
•1× Left Y-axis Assembly
•1× Right Y-axis Assembly
•8× M5X30 Screws
•2× M5X20 Screws
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
Begin by securing the front left
and right Y-axis assembly using
M5*30 screws initially.
Note: Insert and fasten all M5X30
screws into their respective holes
before final tightening.
Utilize M5X20 screws to secure
both sides at the rear of the
machine.

4. X-axis Motor Installation
Required parts:
•1× X-axis stepper motor
•4× Cup Head M3X6 Screws
•1× Coupling
•2,0 Hexagonal Wrench
Insert the left Y-axis assembly onto
the stepper motor, ensuring that
the motor wiring port is oriented
downwards.
Attach the coupling sleeve onto the
motor shaft, with the headless hexagon
thread pressed against the flat side of
the motor shaft.

5. X-axis Installation –First Step
Required parts:
•1× X-axis Assembly
•4× M5X15 Screws
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
Pay attention to the positioning of the X-
axis, ensuring that the end with the nut
is oriented upwards.

6. X-axis Installation –Second Step
Required parts:
•1× X-axis Assembly
•4× M5X15 Screws
•2,0 Hexagonal Wrench
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
1. Slide the X-axis carriage towards the left to reveal the screw by approximately 5 cm.
2. Rotate the left Y-axis manually to align the left and right Y-axes.
3. Secure the right side of the X-axis profile using an M5X15 screw.
4. Shift the X-axis carriage to the right, insert the screw into the coupling, and grip the
screw using the headless hexagon thread.

7. Z-axis Installation
Required parts:
•4× M5X20 Cup Head Screws
•1× Z-axis Assembly
•2,0 Hexagonal Wrench
•4,0 Hexagonal Wrench
Use a 2,0 hexagonal wrench to loosen
the two headless hexagon threads on
the coupling.
Lower the carriage to expose the screw
hole and secure the screw in place.
Elevate the carriage to reveal the screw
hole, then fasten the screw securely.
Reinsert the screw into the coupling,
ensuring the screw is tightened using
the top of the headless hexagon thread.

8. X-axis Limit Installation
Required parts:
•1× X-axis Limit Switch
•2× M5X15 Screws
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
Thread the M5X6 screw through the X limit fixing plate and into the T-nut.
Place it within the profile slot located at the rear of the Z-axis and proceed to tighten it.

9. X-axis Limit Trigger Plate Installation
Required parts:
•2× M5X6 Cup Head Screws
•2× T-nut 20-M5
•2× X-axis Limit Trigger Plate
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
Secure the M5X6 screws by passing them through the X-axis limit trigger plate and
subsequently threading them into the T-nuts.
Place them within the profile slots located at the bottom ends of the X-axis and proceed
to tighten them securely.

10.Installation of Y-axis Limit Switch
Required parts:
•2× M5X6 Screws
•2× Y-axis Limit Switch
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
After passing through the limit switch, insert and fasten the M5X6 screws into the
profile.
Length of the wire is 60 cm.
Length of the wire is 5 cm.

11. Drag Chain Installation
Required parts:
•5× M3X5 Screws
•2× M4X6 Screws
•2,0 Hexagonal Wrench
•2,5 Hexagonal Wrench
Secure them in the order depicted: picture 1, followed by picture 2, and finally, picture 3.

12.Control Box Installation
Required parts:
•2× M3X5 Screws
•2× M5X6 Screws
•2× T-nut 20-M5
•2× Mainboard Fixing Piece
•2,0 Hexagonal Wrench
•3,0 Hexagonal Wrench
Begin by threading the M5X6 screw through the motherboard fixing piece and
subsequently into the T-nut.
Place it within the profile slot and give it a gentle tightening. Initially secure the M3X5
screw, and then proceed to fully tighten the M5X6 screw.
