SPEED-CHANGING SWITCH AND BRAKE HANDLE
For safety purposes, your scooter uses a speed-changing switch when
released it will return to the "OFF" position. Turn the speed-changing
switch towards your body to raise the speed of the scooter and away from
your body to lower the speed. The brake handle will momentarily shut off
the power and stop the scooter when you press it. To save energy, the
braking system will be used only when needed.
Always keep brake applied when stationary to avoid accidental activation.
POWER SUPPLY SWITCH AND CHARGE SOCKET
The power key switch is located on the left side of the scooter. Use this
switch to avoid accidental starts. To charge the battery, located next to the
key switch is the charge socket. Your charge has two cords on it, one fits
the mains 240 volts voltage and the other fits the charge socket that has a
lug and will only fit one way.
ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET AND SAFETY GEAR

DRIVE BELTADJUSTMENT AND REPLACEMENT
Periodic adjustment of the drive belt will be necessary to maintain proper
tension. If the belt is too loose, it will make a "popping" noise while
accelerating, indicating the need for immediate adjustments. Before adjusting
the belt drive, disconnect the battery power to prevent accidental starts or
shocks. Loosen the rear axle nuts until the wheel can easily move backwards
and forwards by hand. Rotate the belt adjuster on the rear axle until the
proper tension is achieved. Tighten the axle nuts and recheck the belts tension.
Belt needs to be tightened after several hours use when new.
If the belt is broken and needs replacement, use the above procedure, but
remove the rear wheel entirely to install new belt.
ALWAYS DEFLATE THE TYRE BEFORE
DISASSEMBLING THE WHEEL
REPLACING OR REPAIRING TYRES
Remove the wheel from the scooter and deflate tyre. Remove
the four hub bolts. Remove the innerand outer wheel and repair
or replace tyre.
Reassemble the hub being careful not to puncture the inner tyre
between the hub halves.
Inflate tyre to proper pressure (28-32psi)
Reinstall the wheel onto the scooter.
