OIL AND FUEL INFORMATION
Be sure to read these instructions carefully before attempting to start or operate this
product.
Improper oil and fuel mixture will result in engine damage, which will make the
engine warranty invalid.
The Scooter has a 2-stroke engine that requires oil to be mixed with the petrol.
Please use high quality 2-stroke oil.
OIL AND FUEL MIXTURE INSTRUCTIONS
For proper engine operation and maximum reliability, pay strict attention to the oil
and fuel mixing instructions. Fuel/oil ratio should be at 25: l
,
and by not using this
ratio correctly damage can be caused to the engine.
The following method will ensure complete mixing:
(I)
put a little fresh petrol into a clean 2.5 liter fuel can;
(II)
add 0.1 liter of 2-stroke oil;
(III)
fill the remainder of the fuel can with petrol;
(IV)
screw the fuel cap tightly and SHAKE the can for 30 seconds to
mix the solution.
FUELLING AND PRE-OPERATIONAL PROCESS
(a)
Petrol is extremely flammable and its vapours can explode so be
sure to stop the engine and make it cool before fuelling. Do not
smoke whilst fuelling.
(b)
Choose a clean, well ventilated area to fuel. Avoid spillage when mixing
the oil and wipe up any spilled fuel immediately. Allow any spillage
to dry completely before starting the engine.
(c)
Move the unit at least 3m (1 0f t) from the fuelling point before starting
the engine.
(d)
Loosen the fuel tank cap slowly to relieve the pressure in the tank.
(e)
Store petrol and oil in specially designed containers.

NOTES
BEFORE you ride, thoroughly inspect the machine to ensure that no parts are
loose or damaged. Do not use it until adjustments or repairs have been made.
New engine break-in period is a couple of hours and avoid full throttle operation
during this period.
Position your feet in a comfortable location and balance your body with the left
leg slightly behind the right leg and bearing most of your weight, lean back
slightly and your Scooter will move like the smoothness of water skiing! When you
accelerate or climb hills you will need to lean forward to keep the front wheel on
the ground. When sudden brakes occur you will need to lean to keep the rear wheel
on the ground. Do not touch the muffler or cylinder. These parts are extremely hot
after operation and remain hot for a short time after the equipment is turned off.
PLEASE INJECT LUBRICATING OIL INTO THE OIL HOLE LOCATED IN
THE TOP OF THE PLASTIC CHAIN COVER TO PROTECT THE CHAIN
BEFORE YOU RUN THE ENGINE.
SAFETY DRIVING
Although the engine noise has been reduced, it is difficult to hear approaching
vehicles so you must take care before turning. The rider has been designed to
operate on any dry, hard and smooth surfaces. Wet, oily and uneven surfaces
should be avoided at all times.
STARTING
BEFORE riding, you should start the engine firstly by pulling the "pull start" lead,
with one foot placed on the deck. This may require a few "pulls" to get the engine
started. When the engine has started you may accelerate slightly and at the same time
place your other foot onto the deck. This process may need practice at first until you
have mastered your balance.

The seat can be used on the Scooter once the rod has been put through the frame
and through the seat column. The locking pin must then be clipped into position
before riding.
MAINTENANCE AND PARTS
Only use the manufacture's original parts when repairing this unit. All frame parts
are available through the distributors.
The use of non-standard parts, or other accessories and attachments not designed
for this unit could result in serious injury to the user and damage to the product.
HOW TO ADJUST THE CHAIN
The chain may become loose because of frazzle and elongation after some time, so
it needs to be adjusted. Simply loosen the nut of the rear wheel shaft, pull the rear
wheel backwards, and then lock the adjustment nuts as well as the nut of the rear
wheel shaft. Do not tighten the nuts too much-of you will hear increased noise.
