Battery installation / Setting your security code
1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the keypad.
2. Insert 2 x AA batteries, observing the polarity markings - the red LED will ash on the front of the keypad for
45 seconds.
3. Ret the battery cover.
4. Before the red LED stops ashing enter the factory default code “0000” followed by the “ ” button - you will
hear a single “beep”.
5. Then enter your new 4-8 digit security code followed by the “ ” button - you will hear a double “beep”.
6. Wait for the red LED to stop ashing before you continue.
Keypad alarm

Fitting the alarm
1. Fit a single screw to the wall, then insert the screwhead into the keyhole on
the back of the keypad and slide down.
2. The keypad can then be tted more permanently by inserting a further two
screws through the keypad (the holes are located either side of the speaker
at the bottom of the keypad) - this is recommended to avoid accidental
movement of the keypad and therefore problems setting the alarm.
3. The magnetic contact can be mounted either side of the keypad using the
adhesive pad, it must be adjacent and the arrowheads on each unit must
line up - ensure the space between the keypad and magnetic contact is
10mm or less.

Setting the alarm
1. Open the door - the red LED will ash on the front of the keypad for 45 seconds.
2. Before the LED stops ashing enter your security code followed by the “#” button - the red LED will stop
ashing.
3. Exit the building and close the door - there is an exit delay of 30 seconds, the red LED will illuminate
momentarily before going off to conrm the alarm is armed.
Disarming the alarm
1. Open the door - a rapid succession of “clicks” will sound for 10 seconds (entry delay).
2. Before the “clicks” stop enter your security code followed by the “#” button - the red will start ashing and you
will not be able to set the alarm again until it stops.
3. Failure to enter the correct security code within 10 seconds will trigger the loud siren. The siren will continue
to sound until it is disarmed using your security code.
Safety warning
This product is designed to help deter burglars. It does not guarantee protection and should be used in conjunction with
other security measures. Keep out of reach of children. For indoor use only. Remove batteries if the product is not going
to be used for an extended period. Do not mix new and used batteries. Do not mix different types of batteries. Exhausted
batteries must be removed immediately. Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in re, electric shock, injury
or damage to persons, product or property and will invalidate the guarantee.

This product uses 2 x AA batteries. They must be removed prior to disposal.
Help the environment by disposing of your product and batteries responsibly.
Guarantee
This product is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against faulty parts or workmanship. It does not cover
batteries or physical damage to the unit. Proof of purchase required. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Panic button
1. Press the red “PANIC” button on the front of the keypad to immediately activate the siren.
2. To turn the siren off enter your security code followed by the “#” button.
I have forgotten my security code?
1. Remove the batteries from the keypad - the security code will reset to the factory default code “0000”.
2. Follow the Battery installation / Setting your security code section overleaf.
Troubleshooting
Low battery warning
The yellow LED on the front of the keypad with ash to indicate when batteries need replacing.
