This user manual contains a description of the medical device and important guidelines to ensure a correct and safe
usage of the product. It is important prior to use to read this manual carefully. It is especially important to read the safety
requirements and follow these.

Intended Usage, Indications & Contraindications
Intended usage:
The walker has been designed as an assistance walking tool for the people who have mobility problems with standing
or walking independently. Thanks to the device those persons can stand, and walk easily. The main purpose of this
product is providing balance during the gait pattern giving a safe feeling and though allowing a partial unloading of the
upper limbs. The support of the person is performed by two under arm supports which can be height adjusted. Thanks
to its construction which includes those special underarm supports the device is especially dedicated for those users
who have problems with hand grip on usual push handles. Such walker offers more balance and stability than regular
rollators. The device may be used indoor only. Any other usage is prohibited.
Indications:
Individuals who, (because of the wide variety of possible health problems) require additional
stable support during walking. Individuals who need to revalidate after a surgical operation on their leg, foot or hip.
Contraindications:
The device must not be used by persons who have serious problems with body balance or whose muscle strength is
too low to be able to stand and walk, even with extra support of a walker. The need and possibility of usage of a walker
by patient should be always estimated an indicated by a physician or physical therapist.

Security requirements
Make sure that this user’s manual is read by all persons who use the device. The manufacturer doesn’t take any
responsibility for damages and/or injuries, caused by the fact that the user’s manual has not been followed.
Limitations for usage
• The device must not be loaded with more than 150 kg.
• The device is dedicated to be used only indoors on fl at surfaces.
• The brakes MUST be in the locked position before entering or leaving the device unattended.
Avoiding the accidents
• Use the device only for the purpose it is intended for.
• Use the device only in good technical condition.
• Avoid making constructive changes on the device, unless you have the manufacturer’s written acceptance
for such modifi cations.
• During different adjustments which are possible on the device the user must take care not to squeeze the
fi ngers or other body parts between two moving elements of the device
• All wheels MUST be in contact with the fl oor at ALL TIMES during use. This will ensure the device is properly
balanced and should avoid accidents.
• When using the device in a stationary position, the hand brakes MUST be locked.

Be careful. Fingers or other body parts of a user or/and assistant can be trapped between
device’s elements during assembling, disassembling or adjusting of the device. Be extremely
careful when adjusting the device’s characteristics. Observe the dimensions of gaps between
device’s elements to avoid trapping your fi ngers or other body parts.
Delivery, assembly & product general description
Description
The Walker is four wheel walker with rigid frame made from powder coated aluminium and hi underarm supports for
user’s safety and comfort equipped with push handles and brake handles. The product is made of aluminium, so it is
light. The device offers great manoeuvrability, stability and its supports are height adjustable for a user fi t. Walker is
equipped with 4 parking brakes and 2 manoeuvre brakes activated by hand levers.
Delivery
Walkers are supplied in cartons, disassembled - for easier transportation. The contents of a package are:
• 1 bottom frame with 4 wheels and brake handles
• 1 vertical supporting frame with 2 assembly bolts tighten in the bottom
• 1 set of underarm supports with 2 push handles
• 1 height adjustment gas spring with release lever
• 1 set of assembly tools (10 mm hexagonal ranch, 6 mm hexagonal ranch, 13 mm standard ranch)
• 1 user’s manual
Initial Check
In the fi rst place take all elements of the device out of the box and check with the list above if nothing is missing. If you’d
discover at that stage that some part is missing or damaged, do not continue assembly process. Contact your supplier
of the product right away.
Assembly
We recommend you to follow assembly instruction steps shown on drawings in the last page of this manual. With
looking at those the device should be assembled easily in quite instinctive way.

Usage
With looking at above picture and below description usage of the device should become easy in quite instinctive way.
After assembly or adjustments and before usage make sure, that all locking knobs and levers are securely locked, so
that the device is stable and solid. Assure there are no unintended movements.Failure to follow this warning can result
in personal injury.
Adjusting the height of underarm supports
- Loosen 2 position locking knobs located on support columns;
- Unlock the red height adjustment lever by pulling it up,
- Make adjustment to your desired height by pushing the underarm supports down or letting them to move up
freely.
- Release the red height adjustment lever
- Tighten 2 locking knobs.
The correctly adjusted underarm supports should be located on the height of user’s elbows when standing with arms
directed downwards.
Adjusting the width of underarm supports
- Loosen 2 position locking knobs located under the underarm supports;
- Make adjustment of the supports to your desired width by sliding them outwards or inwards;
- Tighten 2 locking knobs.
Adjusting the length and angle of push handles
- Release the locking levers located under the push handles ,
- Make adjustment to your desired length and angle, so it is easy and comfortable to grab the handles.
- Tighten the levers.
Using the hand brakes
- TO STOP THE WALKER simply pull the brake handles rearwards towards hand grips.
- TO REMAIN STATIONARY hold brake handles in the ‘REAR’ position.
- TO START MOVING release the brake handles. They will move to the front automatically and
brakes will be released.
Locking/Unlocking the hand brakes
- To lock the brakes push the brake handles to the front until you can hear the ‘click’ sound.
- To unlock the brakes pull the brake handles to the back until you can feel them loose.
Locking/Unlocking the pedal parking brakes
- To lock the brakes press with your foot on the brake pedal located at the wheel assembly until it locks.
Repeat that for all 4 wheels.
- To unlock the brakes pull the brake pedal from the bottom with a nose of your foot until it unlocks.
Repeat that for all 4 wheels.
• When using the device in a stationary position, the pedal brakes MUST always be locked.
• You should always engage the brakes when you don’t plan to move the device.
• Never leave device on slopes without brakes engaged!

Cleaning description
General:
• Regularly clean the device and keep it clean..
• Lighter dirt and dust can be removed with a wet cloth.
• Larger parts can be removed with a non-corroding, mild washing agent and warm water.
• Do not use harsh abrasives or bleach based cleaners, which may cause damage or discolouration.
• Dry parts with soft cloth.
Wheels:
• Clean wheels with warm water and mild cleanser. Dry with clean rag. For smooth operation remove any
condensation of dirt, that may accumulate between wheels and forks.

Transport description
The device is not a foldable product convenient for transportation. If it is necessary to transport it, we recommend to use
vehicle large enough, so there is no need to disassemble the device. If it is necessary to disassemble the device follow
the assembly instruction from the last page, but in reverse order. The device should be transported and secured in the
way that it is stable and there is no risk of sudden and dangerous movements of the transported product.
Maintenance
• Ensure that every part of the device is fi xed and secured at ALL times.
• Check all screws for tightness. If not, tighten if necessary
• Replace any broken, damaged or worn parts immediately.
Reuse
This medical device can be reused by another owner if the original owner of the product doesn’t need it anymore.
Before reuse the device must be carefully inspected by authorized technical staff.
Following elements should be checked:
• rigidity of the structure,
• tightness of bolts and nuts,
• condition of soft elements,
• condition of wheels and ball bearings,
• effi ciency and condition of brakes.
If any of above elements are torn or broken, they should be replaced with new parts. It is specially recommended to
install new wheels when the device changes ownership. All lose bolts and nuts must be tightened. The product must
be precisely cleaned and disinfected
WARNING! It is forbidden to reuse device if main frame is bent or broken.
Every new owner must receive the device with this user’s manual attached.
How to deposit the product
The device should not be deposited with normal garbage. It should be delivered to the deposit station for reuse or
recycling.
Warranty
The producer offers 2 years of guarantee for errors in production. The guarantee is not valid by not-intended use of
the product.
