Troubleshooting
Pulsing Blue Light: Unwyre is in standby mode.
Solid Blue Light: Unwyre is wirelessly charging a phone.
Flashing Red Light: A foreign object is detected or the phone is too
close to the charger. The phone may not be
aligned properly.
Why isn’t Unwyre charging my phone?
Check that the make & model of your phone is wireless charging
enabled.
Check there is a minimum of 15mm distance between phone and
charger. Unwyre will not work if phone is placed directly on the
charger.
Remove your phone case if you have one installed. It may contain
metal and cause charging to fail. Remove other objects from the
charge area.
Align the phone in multiple locations above Unwyre. Phones have
charging coils installed in different places and must be correctly
aligned with Unwyre to commence charge..
Wait 5 sec. before attempting to charge the phone in a new location.
Product Safety
Unwyre will stop charging automatically when a metal or foreign
object is in the charging area. This will be signied by a red ashing
light. Remove the object to continue charging.
If charging stops for an unknown reason, remove the phone and wait
at least 5 sec. before replacing onto the charging area.
Do not install Unwyre onto a metal desk or place metal objects or
digital IC cards in the charging area.
To avoid damage, do not install Unwyre in a wet, hot or cold
environment.
Do not install Unwyre in direct sunlight or close to any heating
equipment. Do not disassemble, throw, press or puncture the device.
Unwyre may interfere with some medical devices such as pacemaker,
cochlear implants and hearing aids.
Use only the supplied power adapter with Unwyre devices.
