Step 1
Install the two tires ontothe uncoiler base axles and
secure in place with cotter pins.
Step 3
Tighten the set screw to secure the silver collar onto
the reel support arm shaft as shown in the photo.
Step 2
Attach the reel supportarm ontothe uncoiler base at
the spindle. Insert the small pin (attached to the chain)
into the pivot hole.
Step 4
Attach the handle with a bolt and locking hex nut.
Secure the handle with the other small pin (attached
to the chain).

Introduction
The Uponor Select Uncoiler (E6062000) facilitates the uncoiling of 5⁄16"to 1" Wirsbo hePEX™ plus, Wirsbo AQUAPEX®,
Wirsbo AQUAPEX plus or Uponor multi-layer composite tubing (formerly MultiCor®).
The uncoiler features an adjustable reel to allow for either horizontal or vertical uncoiling. Refer to the following
instructions to properly assemble the Select Uncoiler.

Step 5
Insert a nylon washer onto the reel axle.
Step 7
Slide the brake pad, painted washer and plated flat washer
onto the axle. Secure in place with the knurled handle.
Step 6
Place the reel with the support hub onto the axle.
Step 8
Screw the four coil support rods onto the attached reel.
Step 9
Attach the second reel onto the coil support rods and
secure with four wing nuts.
Step 10
To change the reel position, pull the quick-release pin at the
spindle and rotate the reel. Insert the pin back through the
appropriate alignment hole once the reel position is set.
