ADVERTENCIAS
WARNINGS
- El incumplimiento con todas las instrucciones y limitaciones relativas a la utilización de esta máscara para la cara o el no utilizarlo durante todo el
periodo de exposición puede reducir el nivel de protección y, por lo tanto, aumentar el tiempo de exposición al contaminante, con el riesgo de

lentes incompatibles con el equipo.
- El equipo no debe utilizarse en entornos donde el nivel de oxígeno es inferior a 19.5%.
- Si se observa alguna de las características del contaminante; olor, sabor, irritación o el aumento de la resistencia a la respiración, abandone el área
inmediatamente.
- Lea siempre las etiquetas de los cartuchos antes de usarlos, a fin de asegurarse de que los cartuchos o filtros que tiene le proporcionarán la

- The equipment must not be used in environments where the level of oxygen is lower than 19.5%.
- If you observed any characteristic of the contaminant; odour, taste, irritation or any increase in breathing resistance, leave the area immediately.
- Always read cartridge labels prior to use, to ensure that the cartridges or filters that have will provide the protection you need. Filters that,

LIMITACIONES
LIMITATIONS
El equipo no suministra aire respirable, en cambio, purifica el aire existente cuando pasa a través del filtro.
Es importante determinar la siguiente información antes de su uso:
- Identificar la naturaleza de las sustancia(s) que puede(n) estar en el entorno de trabajo.
- La concentración máxima de las sustancias tóxicas que pueden estar en el entorno laboral.

- El valor límite umbral (TLV) para cada sustancia identificada.
- La cantidad de tiempo necesario con el conjunto de máscara-filtro.
Nunca se quite el respirador por ninguna razón mientras se encuentre en el área de trabajo. Abandone el área de
trabajo inmediatamente si el sello entre la máscara y el rostro se rompe por alguna causa, como por ejemplo:

The mask and filter set is designed for entering polluted environments with an oxygen content of over 19.5%. The set does not supply breathable air,
instead, it purifies the existing air when it passes through the filter. It is important to determine the following information before use:
- Dentify the nature of the substance(s) that may be in the work environment.
- The maximum concentration of toxic substances that may be in the work environment.
- That there is enough oxygen in the work area.
- The threshold limit value (TLV) for each substance identified.
- The amount of time the mask-filter set will be required.
The respirator for any reason will not remove while you are in the work area. Leave the work area immediately if the seal between the mask and the
face is broken for any reason, such as:
a. The mask slips due to excessive sweating or excessive head movements performed.
b. The mask falls from a blow.
c. Sneeze or cough while wearing the mask.

e. Any other activity that would break the tight seal of the mask.
- Before re-entering the work area must recreate the seal between the mask and the face and perform a fit test in a place that does not pose any risk.
COLOCACIÓN Y AJUSTE
PLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
Para el correcto uso, el respirador debe adaptarse a la forma
de la cara: sostenga la mascarilla de tal forma que la parte
estrecha del triángulo de la nariz apunte hacia arriba (1),
tome las dos correas que cuelgan de la parte inferior del
respirador y engánchelas detrás del cuello (2) coloque la

For correct use, the mask should fit the shape of the face: hold the mask so that the narrow part of the triangle of the nose points up (1), take the two

Prueba de presión positiva

Positive pressure test
- Lock the exhaust grille with the palm of the hand and slowly exhale with sufficient force to cause a slight positive pressure within the inside of the
mask. If the mask is slightly inflated and not detects any leakage between the face and the mask, has obtained a proper fit.
Negative pressure test

GARANTÍA:
La garantía no será válida si el filtro no está en su embalaje original sellado o no se ha almacenado
en las condiciones especificadas. Si tenemos en cuenta que los filtros gradualmente se saturaron, el
usuario puede decidir cuando han expirado; en el caso de los filtros químicos: cuando cualquier
característica del contaminante se percibe a través del gusto, olor, picor, etc. En el caso de filtros
mecánicos: el aumento de la resistencia a la respiración.
WARRANTY:

MANTENIMIENTO:

MAINTENANCE:
Proper maintenance is essential to ensure the half mask
works correctly and provides the appropriate level of

deformations. The valve discs must be movable; the

LIMPIEZA Y DESINFECCIÓN:

temperatura ambiente. NO sumerja la mascarilla en agua. La válvula y el filtro deben ser retirados antes
de realizar cualquier operación de este tipo. Recomendamos que el respirador sea utilizado por una sola
persona, pero si va a ser utilizado por más de una persona, debe ser desinfectado antes de su uso; por
inmersión en una solución de 4,63 g / l de ácido carbólico; 1,54 g / l de tetraborato de sodio; 0,79 g / l de
carbonato sódico y 1,31 g / l de glutaraldehído durante 15 minutos. Se debe limpiar con agua y jabón
neutro. Nunca se debe utilizar derivados del petróleo, líquidos clorados o disolventes orgánicos básicos.
Enjuague con agua limpia. Seque completamente las partes. Limpie la caja del filtro con un paño seco.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTING:
Clean the mask after each workday and keep in Its bag. To clean the area where the mask touches the face, wipe with a cloth
moistened with lukewarm soapy water and let dry at room temperature. DO NOT submerge the face mask in water. The valves and
the filter must be removed before carrying out any such operation. We recommend that the set be used by one person only. If it is
going to be used by more than one person, it must be disinfected before use, by immersing it in a solution of 4.63 g/l of carbolic acid;
1.54 g/l of sodium tetraborate; 0.79 g/l of sodium carbolate and 1.31g/l of glutaraldehyde, for 15 minutes. It must be cleaned using
neutral soapy water. You must never use petroleum derivatives, chlorinated fluids or basic organic solvents. Rinse with clean water. Dry
the parts completely. Clean the filter casing with a dry cloth.
