CARACTERÍSTICAS
CONOZCA SU HERRAMIENTA
La Remachadora manual URREA UPS15 es una
remachadora de tipo industrial fácil de usar. Con
esta remachadora se pueden unir fácilmente lá-
minas de metal utilizando remaches ciegos o
cualquier otra aplicación que requiera el uso de
remaches del mismo tipo.

La Remachadora manual URREA UPS15 es capaz
de utilizarse con remaches de los materiales y
medidas incluidos en la tabla:

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
OPERACIÓN
1. Seleccione la boquilla para el tamaño de re-
mache ciego a ser utilizado.
2. Remueva y reemplace la boquilla con la llave
incluida en el mango.
3. Mantenga apretado el mango mientras reem-
plaza la boquilla.
4. Inserte el remache en la boquilla mientras el
mango esté abierto.
5. Posicione la remachadora para su operación.
6. Apriete el mango.
7. Cuando libere el mango, el clavo del remache
saldrá de la boquilla.
¡ADVERTENCIA!
· Manténgase fuera del alcance de los niños.
· Use lentes de seguridad mientras opera la he-
rramienta.
· Mantenga niños y espectadores lejos mientras
opera la herramienta.
MANTENIMIENTO
INSTRUCCIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO DE ME-
CANISMO DE CORTE
1. Desatornille el tornillo de la carcasa (6) con
cuidado, el resorte de las mordazas puede salir
disparado (4).
2. Saque todas las partes internas (2,3,4) de la
carcasa (5).
3. Retire cualquier viruta o residuos acumulados
por el corte del clavo del remache.
4. Reensamble de nuevo todas las partes en el
orden correcto.
ATENCIÓN: si quiere mantener el correcto
desempeño de la herramienta, repita este pro-
ceso cada 6 meses o cada 300 usos.
SOLUCIONADOR DE PROBLEMAS
EL REMACHE NO PUEDE SER INSERTADO
No está utilizando la boquilla correcta. Use la
boquilla correcta.
El mango no está liberado. Libere el mango y
luego inserte el remache.
SE REQUIEREN MUCHOS ACCIONAMIENTOS
PARA INSTALAR EL REMACHE
Se utiliza boquilla incorrecta. La boquilla es
para un tamaño de remache más grande. Utilice
la boquilla adecuada.
EL CLAVO DEL REMACHE NO SALIÓ DE LA BO-
QUILLA
El mango no se ha liberado. Libere el mango.

KNOW YOUR TOOL
This URREA UPS15 Hand Riveter is an easy to use
industrial grade hand riveter. With this riveter
you can easily fasten sheet metal or any other
applications with blind rivets.

SPECIFICATIONS
This URREA UPS15 Hand Riveter is capable of
setting rivets of the materials and sizes below:

ALUMINUM, STEEL 3/32" - 3/16" 2.4 mm - 4.8 mm
STAINLESS STEEL
(INOX) 3/32" - 5/32" 2.4 mm - 4 mm
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
OPERATION
1. Select nosepiece for the size of blind rivets to
be used.
2. Remove and replace the nosepiece with the
wrench located in the handle.
3. Hold down the handle while replacing the
nosepiece.
4. Insert rivet into nosepiece while handle is
open.
5. Place the riveter for operation.
6. Press down the handle.
7. When handle be released the rivet stem will
come out.
WARNING!
· Keep out of reach of children.
· Wear safety glasses while tool is being oper-
ated.
· Keep bystanders and children away while tool
is being operated.
MAINTENANCE
CUTTING MECHANISM MAINTENANCE IN-
STRUCTIONS
1. Carefully unscrew the jaw case screw (6).
2. Take out the parts (2,3,4) inside the jaw case
(5).
3. Remove any accumulated burr or scraps due
to rivet stem cutting process.
4. Assemble carefully all the parts in the correct
order.
ATTENTION: if you want to maintain the
correct performance of the tool, repeat this
process every 6 months or when 300 cycles are
completed.
TROUBLESHOOTING
RIVET CANNOT BE INSERTED
Wrong nosepiece is used. Choose the correct
nosepiece.
Handles are not open. Open handles then insert
rivet.
TOO MANY STROKES ARE NEEDED TO SET RIVET
Wrong nosepiece is used. Nosepiece used is for
larger size rivet. Choose the correct nosepiece.
RIVET STEM DID NOT COME OUT
Handle is not opened. Open handles.
