(FOR ROUND 8 INCH SPEAKER ASSEMBLIES IN RETROFIT APPLICATIONS)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The V-9912P-12 plastic ring can be used in retrofit gypsum (sheetrock) ceilings. This product must
be ordered in multiples of 12 (to receive 12 plastic support rings, order 12 of the V-9912P-12).
The V-9912P-12 may be conveniently installed from ground level by cutting a 12 inch (305mm)
diameter hole in the ceiling.
Attach four J-nuts to the inside diameter of the ring and line them up with the holes.
Snap the ring at the break-slot and maneuver it up through the hole to rest above the ceiling.
Attach the speaker grille to the J-nuts of the ring with screws.
