Dieser Messort ergibt keine genauen Werte, da der
Temperaturübergang in der Achselhöhle wesentlich
schlechter ist als bei oraler oder rektaler Messung.
Batteriewechsel:
Sobald im Display das Symbol ” ” erscheint, ist die Batterie
erschöpft und muss gewechselt werden.
Ersetzen Sie die erschöpfte Batterie durch eine gleichen
Typs. Gehen Sie dazu folgendermaßen vor:
Entfernen Sie durch Abziehen die Kappe des Batteriefaches.
Die Batterie ist jetzt zugänglich. Entnehmen Sie die
verbrauchte Batterie mit einem spitzen Hilfsmittel (Pinzette,
kleiner Schraubendreher etc.) und setzen Sie die neue
Batterie (LR 41 oder SR 41) ein. Bitte achten Sie auf die
Einbaulage. Batterien erhalten Sie in Uhren- oder
Elektrofachgeschäften.
Entsorgungshinweise:
Entsorgen Sie die Verpackung sortenrein. Zur
sachgerechten Batterie-Entsorgung stehen im
batterievertreibenden Handel sowie den kommunalen
Sammelstellen entsprechende Behälter bereit. Wenn Sie
sich vom Artikel trennen möchten, entsorgen Sie ihn zu den
aktuellen Bestimmungen. Auskunft erteilt die kommunale
Stelle.
Messtechnische Kontrolle:
Eine Überprüfung der Messgenauigkeit des SC 25 ist im
Regelfall nicht erforderlich. Für Geräte, die in der
medizinischen Praxis Verwendung finden, schreibt die
Medizinprodukte-Betreiberverordnung vom 29. Juni 1998
eine messtechnische Kontrolle nach 2 Jahren vor. Sollten
Sie eine kostenpflichtige messtechnische Kontrolle
wünschen, senden Sie das SC 25 bitte gut verpackt und
ausreichend frankiert an die Kundendienstadresse.
Reinigung und Desinfektion:
Reinigen/desinfizieren Sie das Gerät mit einer der unten
angegebenen Reinigungsflüssigkeiten. Wischen Sie das SC
25 mit einem feuchten Tuch, welches eines der nachfolgend
aufgeführten Desinfektionsmittel enthält, ab.
Zur Desinfektion in medizinischen Einrichtungen werden
Mucocit®-F2000 oder Helipur®Hplus empfohlen. Beide sind
wirksam gegen alle Hospitalismus-Erreger und über jede
Apotheke zu beziehen.
Garantie:
Wir übernehmen 2 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum und
garantieren für die einwandfreie Beschaffenheit. In der
Garantiezeit beheben wir kostenlos alle Material- oder
Herstellfehler. Sollten sich wider Erwarten Mängel
herausstellen, schicken Sie bitte den Artikel an den
Kundendienst. Von der Garantie ausgenommen sind
Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßer Behandlung beruhen.

From a medical viewpoint this type of measurement leads to
inaccurate values. It is therefore unsuitable for carrying out
exact measurements.
Changing the battery:
As soon as the” ” symbol appears in the display, the battery
has run out and requires replacement. Always replace the
discharged battery with one of the same type.
To do this, proceed as follows:
Pull the cover off the battery compartment. The battery can
now be accessed in the cover. Remove the used battery with
the help of a pointed object (pincers, small screwdriver etc.)
and put the new battery ( LR 41 or SR 41) in. Please make
sure it is the right way round. You can purchase batteries
from jewellers or electrical shops.
Disposal note
Spent batteries are collected at collection points
provided by battery dealers and the communities.
Dispose of the blood pressure monitor as prescribed.
i.e., at a collection point for electrical scrap.
Measurement checks:
Checking the accuracy of the SC 25 is not necessary in most
cases. The German Medical Product User regulations of 29th
June 1998 stipulate a measurement check every two years
for devices used in medicinal practices. If you require a
measurement check (at your expense), please send the SC
25 to our customer service address. Please make sure it is
well-packaged and that the correct postage stamps are
applied.
Cleaning and disinfection
Please make sure the persons hands are washed before
taking a temperature and that the temperature probe is
disinfected.
The thermometer is watertight, and can therefore be fully
immersed in one of the cleansing fluids listed below for
cleaning.
We recommend the use of Mucocit-F2000 or
HelipurHplus to disinfect the device during use in medical
facilities. Both are effective against all hospital-typical
pathogens and can be purchased from any dispensing
chemist.
Guarantee:
We give a guarantee period of 2 years from the date of
purchase. We guarantee perfect design of this article. We will
rectify all material or manufacturing errors during the
guarantee period. If, contrary to expectations, defects are
found, please send the device back to our customer service
department. The guarantee excludes damages caused by
improper handling and related to the battery
