003 – ASSEMBLING BASE FRAME
Take one ALUMINIUM PROFILE of 450 mm (17.7") out of t e box.
Take two ALUMINIUM PROFILES of 416 mm (16.4") out of t e box.
Take t e bag labelled wit 14 out of t e box. You s ould ave 14 ANGULAR MOUNTS:

Slide 2 of t ese ANGULAR MOUNTS in eac side of t e ALUMINIUM PROFILE of 450 mm (17.7").

Slide an ALUMINIUM PROFILE of 416 mm (16.4") on eac side of t e ALUMINIUM PROFILE of 450 mm (17.7").

Tig ten all t e bolts firmly and make sure all angles are 90° and all ALUMINIUM PROFILES are flus .

You s ould ave t is:

Take t e bag labelled wit 15 out of t e box. You s ould ave t ese parts:
Take t e bag labelled wit 16 out of t e box. You s ould ave a bag wit 34 square nuts:

There should already be an M5 nut on the bolt. Screw a regular M5 nut, an M5 flat was er and a square M5 nut on
t e foot. Repeat t is 4 times. o not tighten these nuts.
Slide t ese assemblies into t e ends of eac 416 mm (16.4") ALUMINIUM PROFILE.

Tig ten t e nuts firmly as in t e picture below:
