ENGLISH: Important information
Please read instructions carefully before proceeding and keep them for future
reference on the inside of the control system door.
Safety
• Control systems KFX 110/120 are intended for use by persons with the relative
experience and knowledge and who have been given instruction concerning use of
the product by a person responsible for their safety.
• The installer must instruct the owner in the function of the control system includ-
ing resetting of alarms and position of data plate and instructions.
• The data plate is placed on the inside of the door of the control system.
• Children must not be allowed to play with the control system.
• When resetting alarms, be sure not to touch conductive parts.
• When resetting alarms, make sure that no body parts can get caught in the win-
dow when reactivated.
Product
• The control system has been designed for use with genuine VELUX products. Con-
nection to other products may cause damage or malfunction.
• The control system is in conformity with the provisions of the Low Voltage Direc-
tive and the EMC directive for use in household, trade and light industry.
• When installed, the control system complies with protection degree IP 20.
• The control system can operate smoke ventilation windows with a total power
consumption of 8 A (KFX 110) and 16 A (KFX 120) respectively.
• Electrical products and batteries must be disposed of in conformity with national
regulations for electronic waste and not with household waste.
• The packaging can be disposed of with usual household waste.
Installation
• Installation must be carried out by a certified person in accordance with current
national regulations.
• The control system must be connected directly to the mains supply in accordance
with national regulations. Ensure that the mains supply cannot be disconnected un-
intentionally. It is recommended that disconnection is only possible using the mains
switch or a key switch. At least one of these means for disconnection must be
incorporated in the fixed wiring in accordance with national wiring requirements.
Maintenance and service
• Disconnect from mains supply and back-up batteries before carrying out any
maintenance or service work to the smoke ventilation system and ensure that they
cannot be reconnected unintentionally during this time.
• The smoke ventilation system must be tested after installation, service work and
alterations to the system. It must be inspected by qualified personnel at least once
a year. Tests and inspections must be documented in accordance with national
regulations.
• During the annual inspection, the scissor support arms of smoke ventilation win-
dow CSP must be checked for grease.

DEUTSCH: Wichtige Informationen
Vor Montagebeginn bitte sorgfältig die gesamte Anleitung lesen und für spätere
Verwendung auf der Innenseite der Frontplatte der Steuerzentrale aufbewahren.
Sicherheit
• Steuerzentrale KFX 110/120 ist für die Nutzung durch Personen mit ausreichenden
Erfahrungen und Kenntnissen bestimmt, die vor der Nutzung der Steuerzentrale
eine ausführliche Anweisung durch eine für ihre Sicherheit verantwortliche Person
erhalten haben.
• Der Elektroinstallateur muss den Eigentümer in die Funktion der Steuerzentrale
einweisen, einschließlich des Zurücksetzens von Alarmsignalen und der Platzierung
von Typenschild und Anleitung.
• Das Typenschild ist auf der Innenseite der Frontplatte der Steuerzentrale platziert.
• Kinder dürfen nicht mit der Steuerzentrale spielen.
• Beim Zurücksetzen der Alarme stromführende Teile nicht berühren!
• Beim Zurücksetzen der Alarme sicherstellen, dass niemand im Fenster festge-
klemmt werden kann.
Produkt
• Die Steuerzentrale ist für den Betrieb mit original VELUX Produkten konstruiert.
Der Anschluss an Produkte anderer Hersteller kann Schäden oder Funktionsstörun-
gen verursachen.
• Die Steuerzentrale entspricht der Niederspannungsrichtlinie und der EMV-Richtlinie
bei Anwendung im Haushalt und im Kleingewerbe.
• Nach der Montage erfüllt die Steuerzentrale die Schutzart IP 20.
• Die Steuerzentrale kann Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsfenster mit einem Gesamtleis-
tungsaufnahme von 8 A (KFX 110) bzw. 16 A (KFX 120) betreiben.
• Elektrische Produkte und Batterien sind nach nationalen Bestimmungen als elektro-
nischer Müll zu entsorgen und dürfen nicht in den Hausmüll gelangen.
• Die Verpackung kann mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Montage
• Die Installation ist von einer autorisierten Fachkraft nach geltenden nationalen
Bestimmungen auszuführen.
• Die Steuerzentrale ist nach geltenden nationalen Bestimmungen direkt an die
Netzspannung anzuschließen. Bitte sicherstellen, dass die Netzspannung nicht
unabsichtlich wieder ausgeschaltet werden kann. Eine etwaige Ausschaltung
sollte nur durch einen Hauptschalter oder einen Schlüsselschalter möglich sein.
Mindestens einer dieser Schalter muss in Übereinstimmung mit den nationalen
Verdrahtungsrichtlinien in der festen Verdrahtung installiert werden.
Wartung und Service
• Bei Wartung und Service der Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlage zuerst die Netz-
spannung und die Notstrombatterien ausschalten und sicherstellen, dass diese
nicht unabsichtlich wieder eingeschaltet werden können.
• Die Rauch- und Wärmeabzugsanlage muss nach Montage, nach etwaigen Ser-
vicearbeiten und nach Änderungen der Anlage geprüft werden. Sie ist mindestens
einmal pro Jahr von einer geeigneten Fachfirma zu überprüfen. Prüfungen und
Besichtigungen sind nach geltenden Vorschriften zu belegen.
• Bei der jährlichen Wartung sind die Scherentragarme des Rauch- und Wärmeab-
zugsfensters CSP auf Schmiermittel zu überprüfen.

Lire attentivement la totalité de la notice avant l'installation, et la conserver à l'intérieur
de la porte du coffret du système de commande pour une utilisation ultérieure.
Sécurité
• Le système de commande KFX 110/120 doit être utilisé par des personnes ayant
l'expérience et les connaissances appropriées, et qui ont reçu des instructions relatives
à l'utilisation de ce produit par une personne responsable de leur sécurité.
• L'installateur doit expliquer la fonction journalière du système de commande compre-
nant le rebranchement des alarmes et indiquer la position de la notice et de la plaque
d'identification.
• La plaque d'identification est placée à l'intérieur de la porte du système de commande.
• Les enfants ne doivent pas être autorisés à jouer avec le système de commande.
• Lors du rebranchement des alarmes, faire attention à ne pas toucher de zones
conductrices.
• Lors du rearmement des alarmes, s'assurer qu'aucun corps ne risque d'être coincé par
la fenêtre lors de la réactivation.
Produit
• Le système de commande a été conçu pour fonctionner avec des produits de marque
VELUX. Toute connexion à des produits d'une autre marque peut endommager le
produit ou entraîner un dysfonctionnement.
• Le système de commande est en conformité avec les dispositions de la Directive Basse
Tension et la Directive CEM pour utilisation dans le ménage, le commerce et l'industrie
légère.
• Une fois installé le système de commande est conforme à la classe de protection IP 20.
• Le système de commande peut commander les fenêtres exutoires de fumées pour une
consommation de 8 A (KFX 110) ou 16 A (KFX 120) respectivement.
• Les produits électriques/électroniques et les batteries doivent être mis en décharge
conformément à la réglementation sur les déchets électroniques en vigueur et ne
doivent en aucun cas être jetés aux ordures ménagères.
• L'emballage peut être jeté aux ordures ménagères.
Installation
• L'installation doit être réalisée par une personne qualifiée conformément à la régle-
mentation nationale correspondante.
• Le système de commande doit être branché directement sur l'alimentation secteur
conformément à la réglementation nationale correspondante. S'assurer que l'on ne
puisse pas débrancher l'alimentation par inadvertance. Il est recommandé que la
déconnexion ne puisse se faire qu'en utilisant l'interrupteur principal ou un système à
clef. Au moins un de ces moyens de déconnexion doit être incorporé au câblage fixe en
conformité avec les règles nationales de câblage.
Maintenance et service après-vente
• Débrancher l'alimentation et les batteries de secours avant tous travaux d'entretien
ou de réparation et s'assurer que l'on ne puisse pas les rebrancher par inadvertance
pendant ces opérations.
• Le système d'exutoire de fumées doit être testé après l'installation, une opération de
maintenance ou après modifications. Il doit être inspecté au moins une fois par an
par du personnel qualifié. Les tests et inspections doivent être documentés selon la
réglementation locale.
• Lors de l'inspection annuelle, les bras de support ciseaux de la fenêtre exutoire de
fumées CSP doivent être vérifiés et graissés.

Læs hele vejledningen grundigt igennem før montering og opbevar den på indersiden
af styresystemlågen.
Sikkerhed
• Styresystem KFX 110/120 er beregnet til blive brugt af personer med passende er-
faring eller viden og som har fået den nødvendige vejledning i brugen af produktet
af en person, som har ansvaret for deres sikkerhed.
• Installatøren skal sikre, at ejer er instrueret i styresystemets daglige funktion,
herunder nulstilling af alarmer og placering af typeskilt og vejledning.
• Typeskiltet er placeret på indersiden af lågen til styresystemet.
• Børn må ikke lege med styresystemet.
• Vær opmærksom på, at der ved nulstilling af alarmer ikke må røres ved strømfø-
rende dele.
• Vær opmærksom på, at man ved nulstilling af alarmer skal sikre sig, at ingen kan
komme i klemme i vinduet.
Produkt
• Styresystemet er konstrueret til brug sammen med originale VELUX produkter.
Tilslutning til andre produkter kan medføre skader eller funktionssvigt.
• Styresystemet er i overensstemmelse med Lavspændingsdirektivet og EMC-direkti-
vet ved anvendelse i bolig, erhverv og let industri.
• Når styresystemet er installeret, overholder det kapslingsklasse IP 20.
• Styresystemet kan betjene brandventilationsvinduer med et samlet strømforbrug
på hhv. 8 A (KFX 110) og 16 A (KFX 120).
• Elektriske produkter og batterier må ikke smides ud med husholdningsaffald, men
skal bortskaffes i henhold til nationale regler for elektronisk affald.
• Emballagen kan bortskaffes sammen med almindeligt husholdningsaffald.
Montering
• Installation skal udføres af en autoriseret person i henhold til gældende national
lovgivning.
• Styresystemet skal tilsluttes direkte til den faste installation i henhold til gældende
national lovgivning. Vær opmærksom på, at netspændingen ikke uforvarende kan
blive afbrudt. Det anbefales, at en evt. afbrydelse kun kan foretages på hovedaf-
bryderen eller via en nøgleafbryder. Mindst en af disse afbrydere skal i henhold til

Vedligeholdelse og service
• Ved vedligeholdelse og service af brandventilationsanlægget skal netspænding og
nødstrømsbatterier være afbrudt, og det skal sikres, at de ikke uforvarende kan
tilsluttes igen.
• Brandventilationsanlægget skal afprøves efter installation, service og ændringer
af anlægget. Det skal efterses af faguddannet personale mindst en gang om året.
Afprøvning og eftersyn skal være dokumenteret i henhold til gældende national
lovgivning.
• Ved det årlige eftersyn skal saksene på brandventilationsvindue CSP tjekkes mht.
smøremiddel.

NEDERLANDS: Belangrijke informatie
Lees de instructies aandachtig door voordat u verder gaat en houd deze bij de hand aan
de binnenzijde van de deur van het bedieningssysteem.
Veiligheid
• Bedieningssysteem KFX 110/120 is bedoeld om gebruikt te worden door personen
met relevante ervaring en kennis en die instructies ontvangen hebben van mensen die
verantwoordelijk zijn voor hun veiligheid.
• De installateur moet de eindgebruiker instrueren over het dagelijks gebruik van het
bedieningssysteem, inclusief het resetten van alarmmeldingen en de plek van het
typeplaatje en de instructies.
• Het typeplaatje bevindt zich aan de binnenzijde van de deur van het bedienings-
systeem.
• Laat kinderen niet met het bedieningssysteem spelen.
• Zorg ervoor dat u de geleidende onderdelen niet aanraakt tijdens het resetten van het
alarm.
• Let er bij het resetten van het alarm op dat er geen lichaamsdelen tussen het raam
komen zodra deze geactiveerd wordt.
Product
• Het bedieningssysteem is ontwikkeld om aan te sluiten op VELUX producten. Aanslui-
ting op andere producten kan leiden tot beschadiging of minder goed functioneren.
• Het bedieningssysteem is in overeenstemming met de Richtlijn voor Lage Voltage en
de EMC Richtlijn voor het gebruik in huishoudens en in licht industriële omgevingen.
• Wanneer geïnstalleerd voldoet het bedieningssysteem aan beschermingsgraad IP 20.
• Het bedieningssysteem kan rookafvoersystemen (lichtkoepels en dakramen) bedienen
met een totaal respectievelijk stroomverbruik van 8 A (KFX 110) en 16 A (KFX 120).
• Elektrische producten en batterijen moeten worden afgevoerd in naleving van de
nationale regelgeving voor elektronisch afval en niet via het huisvuil.
• De verpakking kan samen met het gewone huisvuil weggegooid worden.
Installatie
• Installeren moet worden gedaan door een gecertificeerd persoon, rekening houdend
met de geldende nationale normen.
• Het bedieningssysteem moet conform de geldende nationale normen aangesloten
worden op de stroomtoevoer. Verzeker u ervan dat de hoofdstroom niet per ongeluk
uitgeschakeld kan worden. Wij raden ook aan om voor het uitschakelen van de stroom
gebruik te maken van de hoofdschakelaar. Er moet een mogelijkheid voor ontkoppeling
geïntegreerd worden in de vaste bedrading die voldoet aan de nationale norm voor
bedrading.
Onderhoud en service
• Sluit de hoofdstroom en noodaccu's/noodstroomvoorziening af voordat u begint met
service of onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het rookafvoersysteem. Verzeker u ervan
dat de stroomvoorziening niet per ongeluk aangezet kan worden.
• Het rookafvoersysteem moet na installatie, onderhoud en aanpassingen worden
getest. Het systeem dient minstens éénmaal per jaar door een vakkundig persoon
geïnspecteerd worden. Inspecties moeten volgens de lokale regelgeving worden
gedocumenteerd.
• Tijdens de jaarlijkse inspectie dienen de schaarscharnieren van het rookventilatiekoepel
CSP gecontroleerd te worden of er voldoende vet op zit.

controllo incluso il reset degli allarmi, il posizionamento della targhetta identificativa e
le istruzioni.
• La targhetta identificativa si trova sulla parte interna della porta del sistema di

dai regolamenti del proprio paese relativamente al materiale elettrico e non con i rifiuti
domestici.
• L'imballo può essere smaltito assieme ai normali rifiuti domestici.
Installazione
• L'installazione deve essere effettuata da personale qualificato in conformità ai regola-
menti nazionali in materia.
• Questo prodotto deve essere connesso direttamente all'alimentazione di rete in con-
formità alla normativa vigente. Assicurarsi che l'alimentazione di rete non possa essere
inavvertitamente disconnessa. Si raccomanda che la sconnessione della tensione di
rete possa avvenire solo tramite interruttore generale od interruttore a chiavetta.
Almeno uno dei sopra menzionati sistemi di disconnessione dalla rete dovrebbe essere
inserito nell'alimentazione principale.
Manutenzione e servizio
• Sconnettere l'alimentazione di rete e le batterie tampone prima di iniziare qualsiasi
operazione di manutenzione al sistema di evacuazione fumi. Assicurarsi che non possa

• Il sistema di evacuazione fumi deve essere testato dopo l'installazione e ispezionato

Lea atentamente las instrucciones antes de comenzar. Consérvelas para su uso
posterior dentro de la puerta del sistema del control.
Seguridad
• Por su seguridad el sistema de control KFX 110/120 debe de ser utilizado por
personas con experiencia y conocimiento del uso del mismo.
• El instalador debe mostrar al dueño el funcionamiento diario del sistema de control
incluyendo el reiniciado de alarmas y la posición de la placa de identificación e
instrucciones.
• La placa de identificación está situada dentro de la puerta del sistema del control.
• No debe permitirse que los niños jueguen con el sistema de control.
• Cuando reinicie las alarmas, asegúrese de no tocar las conexiones.
• Cuando reinicie las alarmas, asegúrese que no existe riesgo de daños materiales o
lesión a personas cuando se reactive la ventana.
Producto
• El sistema de control ha sido diseñado para su uso con productos originales VELUX.
Su conexión a otros productos puede causar averías o funcionamiento incorrecto.
• El sistema de control está en conformidad con las disposiciones de la Directiva de
Baja Tensión y la directiva sobre compatibilidad electromagnética EMC para el uso
doméstico, comercial y en la pequeña industria.
• Una vez instalado, el sistema de control cumple con el grado de protección IP 20.
• El sistema de control puede accionar ventanas de evacuación de humos con un
potencia eléctrica de 8 A (KFX 110) y 16 A (KFX 120) respectivamente.
• Los productos eléctricos y baterías deben eliminarse de acuerdo con la normativa
sobre productos electrónicos y no con la basura doméstica.
• El embalaje puede eliminarse como basura doméstica.
Instalación
• La instalación debe ser realizada por un técnico cualificado de acuerdo con la
legislación nacional vigente.
• El sistema de control debe ser conectado al suministro de red eléctrica de acuerdo
con la legislación nacional vigente. Asegúrese de que no pueda desconectarse acci-
dentalmente. Se recomienda que la desconexión se haga solo usando el interruptor
principal. Como mínimo un interruptor de desconexión debe estar incorporado al
cable fijo de acuerdo con la normativa correspondiente de cableado.
Mantenimiento y servicio
• Desconecte la corriente y baterías de seguridad antes de llevar a cabo cualquier
operación de mantenimiento o reparación sobre el sistema de extracción de humos
y asegúrese de que no puedan conectarse accidentalmente.
• El sistema de extracción de humos debe probarse después de la instalación, de
tareas de servicio o de alteraciones en el sistema. Debe ser sometido a inspección
por personal cualificado al menos una vez al año. Las pruebas e inspecciones deben
documentarse de acuerdo con la normativa nacional vigente.
• Durante la inspección anual, los brazos telescópicos de la ventana de evacuación de
humos CSP deben engrasarse.

Před instalací si pozorně přečtěte návod. Návod uschovejte na vnitřní straně dvířek
řídicího systému pro budoucí vyhledávání informací.
Bezpečnost
• Řídicí systém KFX 110/120 je určen pro provoz osobami s odpovídající zkušenos-
tí a znalostmi, které byli k používání výrobku proškoleny osobou zodpovědnou za
jejich bezpečnost.
• Osoba pověřená instalací musí instruovat majitele o základních funkcích řídicího
systému včetně resetování alarmů a umístění dat a návodu k obsluze.
• Identifikační štítky s hodnotami jsou umístěny na vnitřní straně dvířek řídicího
systému.
• Řídicí systém držte mimo dosah dětí.
• Při resetování alarmů se nedotýkejte vodivých částí.
• Při resetování alarmů se ujistěte, že žádná část lidkého těla nemůže být zachyce-
na oknem při deaktivaci.
Výrobek
• Řídicí systém byl navržen pro použití s originálními výrobky VELUX. Spojení s
jinými výrobky může způsobit poškození nebo špatnou funkci.
• Řídicí systém je v souladu s nařízeními směrnice pro elektrická zařízení nízkého
napětí i směrnice EMC pro použití v obytných budovách, komerčních prostorách
a lehkém průmyslu.
• Po instalaci splňuje řídicí systém stupeň ochrany IP 20.
• Okna s předinstalovanou motorickou jednotkou pro systém odvodu tepla a kouře
jsou ovládány pomocí řídicího systému, který má celkovou spotřebu energie 8 A
(KFX 110) respektive 16 A u (KFX 120).
• Elektrické výrobky a baterie musí být likvidovány v souladu s národními směrni-
cemi pro elektrický odpad a ne s domovním odpadem.
• Obal může být likvidován společně s běžným domovním odpadem.
Instalace
• Instalace musí být provedena kvalifikovanou osobou v souladu s platnými
národními směrnicemi.
• Řídicí systém musí být zapojen k hlavnímu přívodu el. energie v souladu s ná-
rodními směrnicemi. Ujistěte se, že nemůže být hlavní přívod nečekaně odpojen.
Doporučujeme provádět odpojení pouze za použití hlavního nebo klíčového
spínače. Prostředek pro odpojení musí být zapojen ve stávající elektroinstalaci v
souladu s národními směrnicemi pro elektroinstalaci.
Údržba a servis
• Před započetím veškeré údržby nebo servisu systému pro odvod tepla a kouře
odpojte zařízení od zdroje el. energie a záložních baterií a ujistěte se, že nemohou
být během této doby znovu náhodně zapojeny.
• Systém pro odvod tepla a kouře musí být vždy po ukončení instalace, servisu
nebo případných změnách v systému zkontrolováno. Kontrola musí být prová-
děna kvalifikovanou osobou nejméně jednou za rok. Zkoušky a kontroly musí být
zdokumentovány v souladu s národními směrnicemi.
• Během každoroční kontroly systému musí být zkontrolována rovněž nůžková
zvedací konstrukce okna jestli je dostatečně promazána.

• Centrale sterujące KFX 110/120 mogą być obsługiwane przez osoby z odpo-
wiednią wiedzą i doświadczeniem, które zostały przeszkolone w zakresie obsługi
produktu przez osobę odpowiedzialną za bezpieczeństwo ich użytkowania.
• Instalator musi poinstruować właściciela o funkcjonowaniu centrali sterującej
włącznie z resetowaniem alarmów i umiejscowieniem tabliczek znamionowych i
instrukcji.
• Tabliczki znamionowe umieszczone są na wewnętrznej stronie drzwiczek centrali
sterującej.
• Zabrania się dzieciom operowania tym centralą sterującą.
• Podczas resetowania alarmów upewnij się, że nie dotykasz części będących pod
napięciem.
• Podczas resetowania alarmów upewnij się, że żadna część ciała nie może być
zaczepiona przez okno w trakcie uruchamiania.
Produkt
• Centrala sterująca została zaprojektowana do użytku z oryginalnymi produkta-
mi VELUX. Podłączenie innych produktów może spowodować uszkodzenie bądź
wadliwe działanie.
• Centrala sterująca spełnia warunki dyrektywy dotyczącej niskich napięć (LVD)
oraz dyrektywy kompatybilności elektromagnetycznej EMC dla produktów do
użytkowania w domu, handlu oraz przemyśle lekkim.
• Po zainstalowaniu centrala sterująca posiada stopnień bezpieczeństwa IP 20.
• Centrala sterująca może sterować oknami oddymiającymi VELUX o maksymal-
nym zużyciu prądu odpowiednio 8 A (KFX 110) i 16 A (KFX 120).
• Baterie i odpady elektroniczne nie mogą być wyrzucane razem z odpadami z
gospodarstwa domowego, ale zgodnie z odpowiednimi przepisami.
• Opakowanie można wyrzucić wraz z codziennymi odpadami gospodarstwa
domowego.
Instalacja
• Instalacja musi być przeprowadzona przez osobę uprawnioną zgodnie z obecnie
obowiązującymi przepisami krajowymi.
• Centrala sterująca musi być podłączona bezpośrednio do głównego zasilania
zgodnie z przepisami krajowymi. Upewnij się, że główne zasilanie nie może zo-
stać odłączone w sposób przypadkowy. Rekomenduje się, żeby odłączenie było
możliwe tylko przez użycie wyłącznika głównego lub przełącznika. Przynajmniej
jeden z tych środków odłączania musi być włączony w stałe okablowanie zgod-
nie z krajowymi przepisami dotyczącymi prowadzenie przewodów elektrycznych.
Konserwacja i serwis
• Przed podejmowaniem jakichkolwiek czynności konserwacyjnych bądź serwiso-
wych system oddymiający musi zostać odłączony od głównego źródła zasilania.
Należy upewnić się, że w tym czasie system nie może być powtórnie podłączony
w sposób niezamierzony.
• System oddymiający musi zostać przetestowany po instalacji, pracach serwi-
sowych oraz modyfikacjach systemu. Inspekcja musi zostać wykonana przez
wykwalifikowany personel, co najmniej raz w roku. Testy i kontrola muszą być
udokumentowane zgodnie z regulacjami obowiązującymi w danym kraju.
• W trakcie corocznej kontroli należy sprawdzić nasmarowanie nożycowych ramion
wspomagających okna oddymiającego CSP.
