1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch
Der CP−Feldbusknoten 11 ist ausschließlich für den Einsatz
als Teilnehmer am DeviceNet bestimmt. Hierbei sind die
angegebenen Grenzwerte der technischen Daten einzuhal
ten.
Ausführliche Informationen finden Sie in der Beschreibung
P.BE−CP−FB11−E...
Warnung
SSchalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckver
binder zusammen stecken oder trennen (Funktions
schädigung).
SVerwenden Sie ausschließlich Stromquellen, die eine
sichere elektrische Trennung der Betriebsspannung
nach IEC/DIN EN 60204−1 gewährleisten. Berücksich
tigen Sie zusätzlich die allgemeinen Anforderungen
an PELV−Stromkreise gemäß IEC/DIN EN 60204−1.
SSchließen Sie einen Erdleiter mit ausreichendem Lei
tungsquerschnitt an den mit dem Erdungssymbol
gekennzeichneten Anschluss an.
SNehmen Sie nur ein komplett montiertes und ver
drahtetes CP−System in Betrieb.
Stellen Sie bei Verwendung als explosionsgeschütztes
Betriebsmittel sicher, dass:
Selektrische Anschlüsse nicht unter Spannung ge
trennt werden.
Sdie komplett installierte Ventilinsel mit allen verwen
deten Steckern, Adaptern und Schutzkappen minde
stens die Schutzart IP64 aufweist

3 Konfiguration
Vorsicht
Der Knoten enthält elektronisch gefährdete Bauele
mente. Berühren der Kontaktflächen an Steckverbin
dungen und Missachtung der Handhabungsvorschriften
für elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente können
den Knoten zerstören.
Gehen Sie beim Konfigurieren wie folgt vor:
1. Spannungsversorgung abschalten.
2. Schalterabdeckung öffnen.
3. Mit den Dreh−/DIL−Schaltern einstellen
(siehe Abschnitt 4):
 Stationsnummer
 Feldbus−Baudrate
 Falls gewünscht: Kompatibilität einstellen.
4. Schalterabdeckung wieder festschrauben.
5. Ist das CP−System erster oder letzter Feldbusteilneh
mer, muss der Abschlusswiderstand installiert werden
(siehe Abschnitt 2):
Warnung
SPrüfen Sie, mit welchen Maßnahmen Sie Ihre Anlage
im NOT−AUS−Fall in einen sicheren Zustand versetzen.

The CP field bus node 11 is intended exclusively for use as
a slave on the DeviceNet. The maximum values specified in
the section Technical specifications" must be observed
here.
Detailed information can be found in the manual
P.BE−CP−FB11−E...
Warning
SSwitch off the power supply before connecting or
disconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead to
functional damage).
SUse power supplies which guarantee reliable electri
cal isolation of the operating voltage as per IEC/DIN
EN 60204−1. Consider also the general requirements
for PELV circuits in accordance with IEC/DIN EN
60204−1.
SConnect an earth conductor of sufficient cross−sec
tional area to the terminal marked with the earth
symbol.
SCommission only a CP system which has been fitted
and wired completely.
If to be used as an explosion−protected operating de
vice, make sure that:
Selectrical contacts are not disconnected under ten
sion
Sthe completely fitted valve terminal with all plugs,
adapters and protective caps complies at least with
protection class IP 64.

3 Configuration
Caution
The node contains electrostatically sensitive compo
nents. The node will be damaged if you touch the con
tact surfaces of the plug connectors or if you do not
observe the regulations for handling electrostatically
sensitive components.
Proceed as follows when configuring:
1. Switch off the power supply.
2. Open the switch cover.
3. Use the rotary/DIL switches to set the following
(see section 4):
 Station number
 Field bus baud rate
Ifdesired: set compatibility.
4. Screw the switch cover tight again.
5. If the CP system is the first or last field bus slave, a
terminating resistor must be fitted (see section 2):
Warning
SCheck the measures required for putting your system
into a safe status in the event of an EMERGENCY
STOP.
