Please read instructions carefully and thoroughly before assembling. Check parts against
the parts list to make sure you have all the parts needed for proper assembly. Familiarize yourself
with the inventory of parts and the accompanying illustrations to ensure safe and proper assembly.
Failure to tighten bolts may cause injury. Do not force components and over tighten the nuts during assembly.
Place table on a non-abrasive flat surface to prevent scratching.

Remove all protective mate-
rial carefully. Avoid cutting
the surface of the furniture while
removing the packaging mate-
rial.
Loosely secure table legs (B) to
table top connection tube hole
(A) by the bolts (E) through lock
washers (D), flat washers (C)
using wrench (G).
As shown in figure 1.
DO NOT TIGHTEN BOLTS AT
THIS POINT.

Check the alignment of all
table legs (B), and adjust if
necessary. Once the alignment
is correct and all bolts (E) are in
place, tighten all bolts (E) using
Allen wrench (F).
With the help of another person,
carefully turn the table to the up-
right position. The table is now
ready for your enjoyment.

GENERAL RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
We warrant all our residential use furniture frames for seven (7) years from the date of the original purchase by the residential owner. The warranty
applies only to the original purchaser. If your frame fails structurally during normal usage we will repair, refinish or replace the frame at manufac-
turer’s discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) without charge. Damage as a result of dropping, breaking or misuse for the intended
use of a cast part other than a weld is not covered under this warranty. Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes the color of a replacement
item(s) may not match exactly.
GENERAL COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
We warrant all our commercial use furniture frames for one (1) year on the frame and two (2) years on the finish from the date of purchase. Com-
mercial use is defined as use in any public area. If your frame fails structurally during normal usage within one (1) year, or if the finish peels, cracks
or blisters within two (2) years from the date of purchase, we will repair, refinish or replace the frame (with same or similar product if discontinued)
without charge. Damage as a result of dropping or breaking a cast part other than a weld is not covered under this warranty. Use of the product in
the common area of a condominium, cooperative or planned use development property is considered commercial use. Due to the unique nature of
hand-applied finishes the color of a replacement item(s) may not match exactly.
FRAMES
Frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 7 years (one (1) year for commercial use). Damage to
frames or welds due to improper assembly or exposure to water and sub-freezing temperatures is not covered. Breakage that is a result of the prod-
uct being misused, dropped, acts of nature, acts of war, and vandalism are not covered.
FINISH
The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering for a period of two (2) years provided the product has not been scratched or abraded.
Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered. Fading resulting from exposure to elements is not covered. Stains as a
result of chemical spills and certain food items are not covered.
CUSHIONS AND FABRICS (IF APPLICABLE)
Cushions and fabrics are warranted for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase, against seams separating or tearing. Fading or dis-
coloration resulting from exposure to the elements, chemicals, or from spills is not covered.
TERRAFAB* (IF APPLICABLE)
TerraFab dining and occasional table tops are warranted for a period of two (2) years from original date of purchase against fading, discoloration,
peeling or cracking. Scratches and chips resulting from normal wear and tear are not covered.
*TerraFab material is a proprietary blend of stone powder, inert minerals and brine with a curing process that simulates natural materials (ie: stone,
wood, wicker etc.).
VINYL STRAPS (IF APPLICABLE)
Straps are warranted for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase against breaking, separation or tearing. Fading or discoloration
resulting from exposure to the elements, chemicals, or from spills is not covered.
WICKER (IF APPLICABLE)
All weather wickers are warranted for a period of three (3) years from original date of purchase against breaking, tearing or fading. Fading or discol-
oration resulting from chemicals or spills is not covered.
UMBRELLAS
Umbrella frames are warranted for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase, against defects in material and or workmanship. Fabrics
on umbrella canopies are covered for one (1) year or five (5) years, as listed above in Fabrics. Damage resulting from high winds or other acts of
nature is not covered.
FIRE PITS
All Veranda Classic gas and wood burning fire pits are warranted for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase, against defects in mate-
rial and/ or workmanship. Rust is not covered on steel parts.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Clean furniture frame with wet towel using mild soap and water solution. Dry completely with soft towel. Clean cushions and sling seat material with
a mild solution of soap and water and hang cushions to drip dry completely. Store them in a clean dry area of your home. Do not machine wash or
dry. Do not use bleach or strong solvents to clean any of your patio furniture. It will harm both fabrics and metal finishes. Caution should be used
when using oils, lotions and other chemicals such as chlorine or repeated exposure to extreme weather conditions (including heat), which may
cause permanent discoloration to the fabric. To maintain and protect the furniture, always cover it with an outdoor furniture cover or store in a safe
area when not in use for long periods of time.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
7 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

STONE TOPS
All stone tops are warranted for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase against defects in material and or workmanship. Breakage,
discoloration, staining, and/or any other weather related issues are not covered. Because stone is a natural and porous material it is expected that
some discoloration and/or fading will occur over time. Natural stone tops must be re-sealed on at least an annual basis with a good stone sealant in
order to maintain their luster and color; this warranty does not cover stone tops that have not been re-sealed annually. Proof of compliance is re-
quired.
PORCELAIN TOPS
All porcelain tops are warranted for a period of one (1) year from original date of purchase against defects in material and or workmanship. Break-
age, discoloration, staining, and/or any other weather related issues are not covered.
GLASS
Glass is not covered by warranty. The table frame is covered for seven (7) years, as noted above, against defects in material and/or workmanship.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The manufacturer will pay shipping and handling charges within continental North America on warranty claims for a period of one (1) year from the
original date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges after one (1) year are the consumer's responsibility. Shipments outside continental North
America are not covered at any time or for any reason.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use. Furniture that were clearance items, display models or items purchased in an “as is” condition,
freight damage, furniture damaged by acts of nature, vandalism, fire, abuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or improper assembly; straps and
fabric against normal fading or discoloration from exposure to elements, oils, spills, fluids or chemicals; table top against breakage; hardware against
corrosion or rusting; buckling or splitting of tubing resulting from exposure to water and freezing temperatures; glass table tops, purchased or re-
placement parts; plastics. Also excluded: loss of use of time and/or inconvenience, money, travel, packaging or any other consequential or incidental
damages. In no event shall Foremost Groups Inc. responsibility exceed the value of the replacement product.
Warranty is to the original purchaser when items are purchased from one of our authorized retailers and is not transferable. Displays and/or Floor
Models sold “AS IS” are not covered. All warranty claims must be submitted with a dated register receipt within the warranty period. Should replace-
ment of the warranted item be unavailable, Foremost Groups Inc. reserves the right to substitute items of our choice similar in style, color and qual-
ity. For quality control purposes and verification, we reserve the right to request photographs of the damaged item(s). The terms of this warranty are
