To operate the Motorised Roller Blinds, select the channel required relating to the blinds required to be
operated, then simply press on the switch control in the direction of the arrow, to either raise or lower the
blinds. The one switch / control unit in each area, will operate all blinds in the room. There should be no necessity
to tamper with the blinds themselves, and this may void the warranty offered, should any unauthorised works
be attempted.
When operating the Motorised Roller blinds, check for obstructions on sills or floor, before raising or lowering
blinds. Avoid lowering blinds at open windows or doors to reduce the risk of damage.
All curtains are operated by grabbing the edge of the curtain and pulling gently to both open and close. Do not
yank on the curtain, or pull hard at the tracks as this may cause damage to the system.
General maintenance or cleaning of Motorised Roller Blinds with a feather duster, or soft bristle brush
attachment on a vacuum cleaner, to remove any dust collection, should be carried out a minimum of
every 3 months.
Do not crush the fabric, as this will leave permanent marks in the fabric which cannot be removed. When
windows are being cleaned, ensure that the blinds are raised, and avoid any overspray of cleaners solutions
coming in contact with the blinds as cleaners solutions often have harsh chemicals which can permanently
damage the fabric on these blinds.
Fabric marks caused by clients are not covered under warranty.
In addition to the above maintenance, the battery in the remote control should be changed periodically.
Batteries are not covered by this warranty.
Repairs or service to your product, should only be undertaken by experienced technicians.
Repairs done by a party other than Ecliptic Installations or a technician approved by Ecliptic Installations may
void the product warranty. For after sales service, the consumer should contact Ecliptic Installations who
supplied and installed the product.
Tracks are generally maintenance free. Should the curtain not travel smoothly along the track, firstly check for
any obstructions or damage to the track. Check also that the curtain itself is not fouling on some obstruction.
If the track appears to be clear, undamaged and the curtain is clear also, we would suggest a light spray of
silicone lubricant may rectify the problem. If the problem still remains, contact our Office on (07) 5456 2334
during business hours.
Curtains - General cleaning of curtains with a soft bristle brush attachment to a vacuum cleaner, will remove
any excessive dust build up. Attached to the back of the curtain at the heading, there is a label attached, which
tells the fabric content of the curtain (eg. polyester/cotton), whilst the other label tells the care and washing
instructions.
Should any of the blinds cease to operate, firstly check for obstructions fouling on the blinds. If everything
appears to be in order, and the blinds are still inoperative, please contact our Office on (07) 5456 2334 or send
