PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Mini pipe Cutter is Designed for tight Spaces and small diameter metal
surfaces, it is a necessity in any plumber's tool kit,With a cutting capacity
of 1/8" to 1-1/8", it can cut a variety of metal types such as hard copper,
aluminium, brass and plastic pipes, making it a must-have in any
plumber's toolbox.

WORK AREA
1. Operate in a safe work environment. Keep your work area clean, well-lit

3. Store unused tools properly in a safe and dry location to prevent rust or
damage. Lock tools away and keep out of the reach of child

PERSONA L PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
1. Always wear impact safety goggles that provide front and side
protection for the eyes. Eye protection equipment should comply with CSA
Z94.3-07 or ANSI Z87.1 standards based on the type of work performed.
2. Wear gloves that provide protection based on the work materials or to
reduce the effects of tool vibration.
3. Wear protective clothing designed for the work environment and tool.
4. Non-skid footwear is recommended to maintain footing and balance in
the work environment.
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS
Control the tool, personal movement and the work environment to avoid
personal injury or damage to tool.
1. Do not operate any tool when tired or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or medications.
2. Avoid wearing clothes or jewelry that can become entangled with the
moving parts of a tool. Keep long hair covered or bound.
SPECIFIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Use the correct tool for the job. This tool was designed for a specific

purpose.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stick the cutter in the appropriate position of the steel pipe to be cut off,
twist the feed to adjust the rotation of the cutter in the rotation of the
cutting pipe is a little resistance, can easily rotate should not be too tight,
so as not to damage the blade of the cutter, affect the service life of the
knife.
2. When the pipe is cut, the resistance is felt. Turn 3-4 turns step by step,
twist the feed to adjust and rotate once until the pipe is cut off.

Please warm up the pipe and the cutter blade before the cutting if it
is at a low temperature.
It is not suggested that cut cold pipes as the plastic pipes can be
very fragile in cold temperatures.
Please note that the blade is consumables. Spare blades can be
purchased separately.
It is recommended that apply anti-corrosion coating (oil etc.,) to the blade
after use. Please note that the pipe cutter is suitable for most plastic pipes,
PVC pipes, PPR pipes, PP pipe, and PE pipes but it may be not suitable
for plastic pipe if metal layer inside.
Please wear safety goggles when using the pipe cutter.
Please keep the PVC cutter in the place away from children.
MAINTENANCE/ SERVICE
Have your tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical
replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the tool is maintained.
A dusty, damp or corrosive environment can cause damage to the mini
pipe Cutter.
In order to prevent any possible failure or fault of this mini pipe Cutter,
clean the dust regularly with clean and dry cleaning cloth.
Please note that: Lack of maintenance may result in warranty cancellation.
The guarantee of this tool will be void if the machine has been modified, or
you attempt to take apart the machine or open the factory-made sealing of
the machine without the consent of an authorized representative of the
manufacturer.
DISPOSAL
This products should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local authority.

overall period of warranty coverage.
