Jangan menyentuh stop kontak pada saat tangan basah

karena dapat menyebabkan sengatan listrik.

Jangan menggunakan power supply yang tidak sesuai

sumber tegangan 220 V AC. Penggunaan soket atau

mengakibatkan panas berlebih dan kebakaran.

Jangan menggunakan power cord dan power adaptor

yang rusak karena bisa menyebabkan sengatan listrik,

korsleting atau percikan api.

Jangan mengikat atau melekukkan kabel power adaptor

pada saat perangkat ini digunakan.

Pada saat melepaskan power adaptor, jangan menarik

bagian kabelnya. Hal ini bisa mengakibatkan korsleting

dan kerusakan pada power adaptornya.

memelintir dan menarik kabel listrik secara berlebihan

atau meletakkan benda berat di atas kabel dan soket

listrik.

Sebelum menghidupkan produk, masukkan stop kontak

daya ke soket daya dengan benar. Jika stop kontak tidak

terpasang dengan benar ke dalam soket, ini dapat

menyebabkan sengatan listrik atau panas berlebih, atau

bahkan kecelakaan kebakaran.

Jangan gunakan steker adaptor daya yang rusak atau

soket listrik yang longgar.

Harap bersihkan steker adaptor daya secara teratur. Jika

debu menumpuk pada steker, kelembapannya dapat

merusak bagian isolasi steker dan menyebabkan

kecelakaan kebakaran.

Jika perangkat ini tidak digunakan dalam jangka waktu

yang lama, lepaskan power adaptor dari stop kontak.

PERHATIAN SEBELUM PEMASANGAN

PEMAKAIAN DAN PERAWATAN

Perangkat ini direkomendasikan untuk sumber air yang berasal

dari Perusahaan Air Minum & Air Sumur.

Jangan menyambungkan atau menggunakan perangkat ini

dengan sumber air yang tidak direkomendasikan

Produk ini digunakan untuk menyaring air keran dan air olahan

tidak boleh untuk diminum langsung

Perangkat ini bekerja dengan suhu air ideal 1-39OC.

Perangkat ini tidak bisa dipasang disaluran pipa air panas.

Perangkat ini dipasang setelah meteran air utama. Jika ada

utama dan perangkat ini, serta antara perangkat ini dengan

Perangkat dan kelengkapan lainya seperti pipa sambungan

sebaiknya ditempatkan di area yang sejuk untuk mencegah

kerusakan pada perangkat dan kelengkapan lainnya.

Jika perangkat ini tidak digunakan dalam jangka waktu

yang lama, stop kran harus ditutup atau dimatikan.

Lepaskan stop kontak daya jika perangkat tidak digunakan

dalam waktu lama atau pengguna tidak berada di rumah.

Jika perangkat ini sudah lama tidak digunakan, untuk

pemakaian pertama kali mohon buka stop kran secara

digunakan.

Penggunaan spare part yang tidak kompatibel pada perangkat

ini bisa menyebabkan perangkat ini tidak bekerja

dengan baik serta bisa menghilangkan status garansi pada

perangkat tersebut.

Penggunaan spare part yang tidak original atau yang

dengan baik dan menghilangkan status garansi perangkat

tersebut.

Jika ada pergantian spare part, maka pergantian spare part

tersebut harus menggunakan spare part asli dari Viessmann.

DATA TEKNIS

Perangkat dipasang setelah meteran air rumah tangga. Air masuk dimurnikan dan disaring melalui bahan filter

KDF bawaan dan karbon aktif tempurung kelapa. Sistem kontrol elektronik digunakan untuk mengatur siklus

bilas dan waktu pembilasan. Ketika waktu pembilasan tercapai, kotoran yangtersangkut akan dikeluarkan dari

pipa pembuangan

Perangkat dipasang setelah meter air. Jika ada pra-filter, pemurni air sentral, atau perangkat lain yang dipasang di pipa

ujung belakang, pastikan perangkat dipasangsetelahnya. Air dilunakkan dan disaring oleh resinpelembut air bawaan.

Sistem kontrol elektronik digunakan untuk mengatur siklus bilas dan waktu pembilasan. Saat waktu pembilasantercapai,

Initial use and start-up

Backwash

After installation, slowly turn on the valve on the main

water supply line.

Inspect all pipe connections involved in the installation

process for water leakage.

Make sure the circuit system is dry before it is powered.

The standard power adapter is the default device providing

power to the device.

Insert the round plug at the output end of the power

adapter into the power input hole on water purifier.

Connect the power adapter to a power outlet.

When the device is used for the first time, please check all

connecting fittings to make sure there is no water leakage.

Connect to the power supply. The device enters the

working state.

The following operations should be performed by professionals

Slowly turn on water inlet valve tothe1/4 position. Quick

operation will result in loss of filter material. The sound can

be heard because air is slowly emittedwhen water flows

into thevalve. After the air in the compositewrapped

pressure vessel is completely evacuated and water flows

stably, fully turn on the valve.

Rinse for 5 minutes to allow sewagewater to drain fromthe

drain pipe.

Keep the device upward in the process of storage, transport

and installation. Do not place the device horizontally or

upside the device down.

Do not apply external force to the device. Avoid direct

sunlight and keep away from radiation sources.

Please turn off the water inlet valve when the user is

absent from home for a long time.

Please power off the device when the user is absent from

home for a long time.

Please use the device at the temperature of 1-39ºC,

because the Composite wrapped pressure vessel in the

device may be frozen and broken at the temperature below

0ºC. The filter materials in Composite wrapped pressure

vessel will be broken in a cool environment, resulting in

failure.

The automatic regeneration start time is 2:00am by default.

The effluent during regeneration is not softened. At this

moment, water use will affect the normal operation of the

device.

If power failure lasts more than 24 hours, the current time

of the controller should be adjusted again, but other

parameters stored in the controller will not be lost.

After the device is not used for a certain period,

regeneration process should be made manually before

re-use.

When water usage increases sharply (by comparing to

normal water usage) or the hardness of raw water

increases, shorten regeneration cycle and increase

regeneration frequency.

not to affect the normal use of the product and water quality.

Please select “On”, set the number of monitoring days and

smart cleaningperiod.The numberofmonitordaysisevery7days

and each backwashing lasts 10 minutes by default. If water

consumptionis notmonitored for7 consecutive days, a 10-minute

backwashing process will be performed at 02:00 by default at the

next regeneration time to maintain the gap between filter media

and avoid the filter media from agglomeration due to no

use in a long time.

COMPLETE

Regeneration refers to the process of salt absorption,

slow washing, backwashing, flushing and make water

replenishment the filter material after the whole-house

central water purifier is used for a period or a certain flow

rate is used.

During brine draw, the regenerated brine in the salt tank

is sucked through the salt suction valve in the salt well.

The water flow direction is counter-current during the slow

washing of salt, i.e. the regenerated brine flows upward

from the bottom of the tank.

During backwashing, the incoming water enters from the

purification port, then backwashes the dirt on the surface

of the filter element and drains it from the sewage outlet.

During flushing, the incoming water enters from the water

inlet, then backwashes the dirt on the surface of the filter

element and drains it from the sewage outlet.

During water replenishment, water is filled into the salt

tank through the salt suction valve.

Disekitar posisi pemasangan harus di sediakan ruangan

yang cukup, saluran pembuangan, sumber listrik 220V,

dan pastikan tempat rata dan mampu menahan beban

minimal 150kg.

Pemasangannya harus jauh dari zat asam dan basa atau

gas untuk menghindari korosi.

Jika perangkat harus dipasang di ruangaan terbuka,

makaperangkat harus dibuatkan pelindung supaya tida

terkenalangsung sinar matahari, hujan atau ancaman -

ancaman lainnya

Perangkat dan kelengkapan lainya seperti pipa

sambungan sebaiknya ditempatkan di area yang sejuk

untuk mencegah kerusakan pada perangkat dan

kelengkapan lainnya

Harap patuhi peraturan nasional dan lokal tentang

pemipaan, peralatan listrik, dan sanitasi selama

pemasangan.

Disarankan untuk menggunakan alat kelengkapan

pipa yang memenuhi persyaratan yang ditentukan

dalam standar nasional. Spesifikasi Evaluasi Sanitasi

dan Keamanan Alat Distribusi Air Minum dan Bahan

Atur pipa air dan perlengkapannya sedekat mungkin dengan

dinding.

Setelah pemasangan pipa, perbaiki pipa air dan fitting di

dinding dengan klem pipa.

Saat pipa air dan fitting tersambung, perhatikan pengukuran

ketinggian dan sudut.

Tidak ada sambungan dan pipa yang terlalu kencang,

untuk menghindari kerusakan dan kebocoran pipa karena

tekanan selama penggunaan jangka panjang

Ukur jarak antara water inlet pipa air ke water inlet union

bypass valve, kemudian potong pipa air tersebut sesuai

panjang yang diukur.

Pilih pipa sambungan yang sesuai (pipa siku ulir dari unit)

untuk disambungkan dengan pipa air dengan kondisi

sebenarnya.

Hubungkan pipa air yang sudah terhubung dengan alat

kelengkapan kesaluran masuk air dan sambungan saluran

masuk air dari katup bypass.

Ukur jarak antara saluran keluar air dari pipa air ke katup

pintas union outlet air, kemudian potong pipa air dalam

panjang yang diukur.

Pilih pipa sambungan yang sesuai (pipa siku ulir dari unit)

untuk disambungkan dengan pipa air dengan kondisi

sebenarnya.

Hubungkan pipa air yang terhubung dengan alat

kelengkapan ke saluran keluar air dan saluran keluar air

dari katup pintas.

Buka penutup atas dan periksa pengontrol dan katup pintas,

perhatikan panah arah masuk dan keluar air yang ditandai

pada badan katup kontrol.

Masukkan salah satu ujung pipa pembuangan ke saluran

pembuangan pada badan katup. Hubungkan dan kencangkan

dengan kuat pipa pembuangan ke saluran keluar pembuangan

dengan klem pipa

Pipa pembuangan harus dikencangkan, karena air akan

mengalir keluar dari saluran pembuangan dengan laju aliran

tinggi selama pembilasan. Masukkan pipa pembuangan

ke pipa pembuangan vertikal, tapi jangan masukkan sampai

ujung. Segel pipa pembuangan dengan sealant di sekitarnya.

Cobalah untuk memperpendek panjang sambungan pipa

pembuangan sependek mungkin, kurangi kelengkungan dan

pastikan jarak pembuangan tidak melebihi 6m dan jarak

vertikal tidak lebih dari 1m.

permukaan air saluran pembuangan.

Pada saat pemasangan Elbow / pipa siku ulir dr unit ,

pertama-tama tarik klem pengencang pada katup in/out.

Dorong Elbow / pipa siku ulir dr unit ke katup pintas (in/out).

Masukkan klem pengencang ke dalam pengunci katup pintas.

consumption every month. If it is found that salt is not enough,

Do not use edible salt, because the iodine contained in edible

salt may seriously damage the ion exchange resin and make

the resin in failure.

Do not use industrial-grade salt.

Pay attention to check the amount of salt stored in salt tank and

add new salt timely when the height of salt surface is less than

one fifth of the height of salt tank.

In salt tank, a space is formed under salt layer to form a salt

bridge, so that the salt can not be dissolved in water to form salt

solution during regeneration, affecting the regeneration of resin.

Therefore, the device will not produce qualified soft water. Please

frequently check whether there is a salt bridge at the bottom of

salt tank; if yes, smash and break it.

Inspection on installation environment

Installation requirements

The device is suitable for municipal tap water & Ground

well.

Do not connect unsafe or unknown water source to the

device for filtering.

The device is used to pre-filter tap water and the treated

water is not available for direct drinking.

The working water temperature is 1-39ºC. The device can

not be installed on hot water pipeline.

The device is installed at the rear end of the main water

meter. If other wading device is installed at the rear end of

the water meter, please ensure to install the device in the

front of all wading devices.

Maintenance valves should be installed between the

device and main water meter and between the device and

rear wading device.

Sufficient space is required for installation and operation

during installation.

The ground is flat and can bear the load 150kg. Water inlet

and outlet interfaces, drain channels and 220V power

supply shall be provided around the installation position.

The installation should be away from acid and alkaline

substances or gases to avoid corrosion.

If it is required to install the device outdoors, the device

room should be built to avoid the device exposure to sun,

rain, snow and other damages.

The device and connecting fittings should be insulated in

Arrange water pipe and fittings as close to the wall as

When water pipe and fittings are connected, pay attention to

Measure the distance between the water inlet of water pipe

to water inlet union bypass valve, then cut off the water pipe

in the measured length.

Select the appropriate connection pipe (with internal teeth or

elbow) to connect with water pipe by actual condition.

Connect the water pipe connected with fittings to the water

inlet of water pipe and the water inlet union of bypass valve.

Measure the distance between the water outlet of water pipe

to water outlet union bypass valve, then cut off the water pipe

in the measured length.

Select the appropriate connection pipe (with internal teeth or

elbow) to connect with water pipe by actual condition.

Connect the water pipe connected with fittings to the water

outlet of water pipe and the water outlet union of bypass

valve.

Open the upper cover and check controller and bypass valve,

pay attention to the water inlet and outlet direction arrows

marked on control valve body.

Insert one end of drain pipe into the drain outlet on valve body.

Connect and firmly tighten drain pipe to drain outlet with pipe

clamps.

The drain pipe must be fastened, because water will flow out of

the drain at a high flow rate during rinse. Insert drain pipe into

vertical drain pipe, but do not insert it to the end. Seal drain

pipe with sealant around it.

Try to shorten the connection length of drain pipe as much as

possible, reduce curvature and make sure the distance to drain

must not exceed 6m and vertical distance is not higher than

1m.

Do not install various valves in drain pipe. Drain pipe is kept at

a certain distance from the water surface of drain.

When union is mounted, firstly pull out the fixing clamp on

bypass valve.

Push unions into bypass valve.

Insert fixing clamp into the fixing union of bypass valve.

MODE selama 3 detik untuk mengaktifkan. Kemudian tekan dan

tahan MODE selama 5 detik untuk melakukan input parameter

yang diinginkan. Edit parameter dengan menekan tombol naik

dan tombol turun. Kemudian tekan tombol OK untuk

mengkonfirmasi dan masuk ke tahap selanjutnya.

Pilih “ON” untuk mengatur hari dan waktu pembilasan. Julmlah hari

yang di set adalah 7 hari dan setiap pembilasan waktunya selama 10

menit secara bawaan dari pabrik. Jika konsumsi air tidak dipantai

selama 7 hari berturut turut maka proses backwash akan di lakukan

pada pukul 02.00 pada waktu regenerasi berikutnya untuk men

cegah unit tidak digunakan dalam jangka waktu yang lama

Proses regenerasi mengacu pada penyerapan garam, pencucian,

pembilasan, flushing dan dan air yang dihasilkan oleh filter di

gunakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu

Selama penggunaan air garam, air garam yang telah diperbarui

Tutup stop kran disaluran perangkat ini jika anda tidak

Harap matikan perangkat saat pengguna tidak berada di

rumah untuk waktu yang lama.

Harap gunakan perangkat pada suhu 1-39O C, karena

bejana tekan yang dibungkus komposit di perangkat dapat

membeku dan rusak pada suhu di bawah 0OC. Bahan filter

di bejana tekan terbungkus komposit akan rusak di

lingkungan dingin, dan akan mengakibatkan kegagalan

rinse cycle and rinse times. When the rinse time is reached, theintercepted dirt will be flushedout of the drain
