■ Do not touch the power plug with wet hands. Otherwise,
you may get an electric shock.
■ It is forbidden to use the value exceeding the specified
value of power supply or connected equipment. Only
AC100~240V power supply can be used. The use of
universal sockets or equipment exceeding the specified
value may lead to overheating and fire accidents.
■ Do not damage the power cord and power adapter.
Using damaged wires and power adapters may lead to
electric shock, short circuit or fire accident. Do not bind
the power cord when using the product.
■ When unplugging the plug of the power adapter, you
should hold the plug and do not pull the power cord. If
the power cord is pulled directly, it may cause short
circuit or damage to the power cord, resulting in fire or

■ It is forbidden to cut, modify, excessively twist, twist and

pipeline. But it is best to be close to the kitchen sink for
installation and maintenance.
■ Maintenance valves should be installed between the product and
the main water inlet meter and the back-end wading equipment.
■ Installation operation space shall be reserved during installation.
■ The installation position should be far away from acid-base
substances or gases to avoid corrosion.
■ In cold areas, the equipment and connecting pipe fittings should
be insulated to prevent the products and connecting pipe fittings
from cracking.
■ In case of water cut-off, the product should be stopped and the
power supply should be turned off.
■ When the product is not suitable for a long time or the user goes
out, the main water valve should be closed.
■ Unplug the power adapter when the product is not suitable for a
long time or the user goes out.
■ If the product is not used for a long time, please slowly open the
main water valve before resuming use. And run a sewage
flushing on the product. And then use it.
■ Spare parts and wearing parts that do not match the product
without inspection will affect the use function.
■ Installing unauthorized components, changing or modifying
equipment without approval will affect the operation safety and
narrow the warranty scope.
■ When replacing parts, only original parts from viessmann or
licensed spare parts are allowed. Repairing components with
safety function will affect the safe operation of equipment.

failure, and can be used normally after 30 seconds of

Installation Step
1. Turn Off the Water Main Valve
2. Install the Three-Way Ball Valve
■ Select the location of installing the three-way ball valve on the water supply pipeline.
■ Wrap the water stop around the outer teeth of the three-way ball valve.
■ The outer teeth of the three-way ball valve are connected with the water point pipeline and screwed tightly, otherwise it will
cause water leakage.
■ The three-way ball valve hitch is connected to the water supply pipeline and screwed tightly. There is a water stop pad in the
hitch, so please don't lose it. The water stop pad should be placed flat in the union. Otherwise it will cause water leakage.
3. Install Faucet
The faucet accessories package includes: Faucet body, LED ring seat, sealing ring, fixed steel sheet, fixed rubber pad, limit nut,
fixed nut and PE water pipe quick connector. Select the installation position of the faucet.
■ If there is a soap dispenser hole in the stainless steel basin, the soap dispenser hole can be used as the installation hole of
the water purification dragon. If there is no soap dispenser hole in the stainless steel basin, please use a hole opener with a
diameter of not less than 30mm in the selected position.
■ If it is an artificial stone or marble basin, please select the opening position on the countertop.
■ Use a hole opener with a diameter not less than 30mm to open the hole.
■ Drill mounting holes in the mounting position on the table top.
■ Install the sealing ring under the faucet LED ring seat.
■ Insert the screw rod of the faucet into the installation hole.
■ A fixed rubber pad, a fixed steel sheet, a limit nut and a fixed nut are sleeved on the screw rod passing through the table in
sequence, and are tightened and fixed by a wrench.
■ Insert PE water pipe quick connector into the screw rod of faucet.
4. Connection Between Three-Way Ball Valve and Product
■ Measure the distance from the PE pipe connection port of the three-way ball valve to the product inlet, and then cut the PE
pipe with the measured length. The length of PE pipe should ensure that there is enough moving length to ensure the
maintenance of water purifier in the future.
■ Insert one end of the PE pipe into the PE pipe connection port of the three-way ball valve.
■ Insert the other end of the PE pipe into the water inlet on the product.
5. Connection Between Product And Faucet
■ Measure the distance from the product outlet to the water inlet of the water purification faucet, and then cut the PE pipe with
the measured length. The length of PE pipe should ensure that there is enough moving length to ensure the maintenance of
water purifier in the future.
■ Insert one end of the PE pipe into the water outlet of the water purifier.
■ Insert the other end of the PE pipe into the quick connector on the screw of the water purification faucet.
6. Placement of Products
The product is installed in the cabinet, or it can be installed in the designated position.

Initial Operation
Check the Tightness
After the installation is completed, slowly turn on the water source
main switch, then turn on the three-way ball valve switch, and
check the connections of the water inlet three-way ball valve in
turn according to the order of water inlet and water outlet. The
water purifier is connected with PE pipeline at each inlet and
outlet, and the water purification faucet screw is quickly
connected. Ensure that the above connection points are installed
correctly without water leakage. Make sure that the circuit system
is kept dry before turning on the power.

■ The standard power adapter is the default device to provide
power for the filter.
■ Insert the round plug at the output end of the power adapter
into the power input hole at the back end of the product.
■ Connect the movie adapter to the power outlet.
■ When using for the first time, please check all the connecting
fittings to ensure that the pipes are watertight.
■ After installation, connect the power supply, touch the touch
switch on the machine panel, the filter operation indicator light
will light up, and slowly turn on the water outlet switch of the
water purification faucet.

Power connection problem

This product is used to remove sediment, rust, suspended solids,
microorganisms, residual chlorine, abnormal odor and other
precipitation problems in water. If the water source itself contains
sticky sediments, such as silt and clay, it is necessary to replace the
filter regularly.
Replacement of Filter
Please replace the corresponding filter in time according to the
display prompt or filter life information to avoid affecting the effluent
quality. Pay attention to the difference of inlet water quality, and the
service life of filter will be different.
Close the three-way ball valve of the water purifier, open the faucet,
relieve the pressure of the water purifier and then close the water
purifier faucet.
Turn off the power of the water purifier and unplug the power adapter
from the power socket.

Open the front cover of the water purifier. Hold the upper end of
the filter housing and rotate it counterclockwise, then pull it out.

Replace No.1 Filter:
Hot-pressed polypropylene activated
carbon fiber composite filter
When the water consumption of the No.2 RO filter reaches 3950L,
the display number changes from white to red to remind you to
replace the filter.
Press the reset button for 5 seconds after replacement, and the
water consumption will be cleared, and the displayed number will
change from red to white.
When using the 400G Pro faucet, the color of the luminous seat
of the faucet changes, which is consistent with the number of
the control panel. When the water consumption reaches
3950L, the display halo changes from white to red. After replacing
the filter and resetting, the display halo changes from red to white.
When the water consumption of No.1 polypropylene activated carbon
fiber composite filter reaches 5950L, the display number changes
from white to red to remind you to replace the filter.
Press the reset button for 5 seconds after replacement, and the water
consumption will be cleared, and the displayed number will change
from red to white.
When using the 400G Pro faucet, the color of the luminous seat
of the faucet changes, which is consistent with the number of the
control panel. When the water consumption reaches 6000L, the
display halo changes from white to red. After replacing the filter and
resetting, the display halo changes from red to white.
Replace the No.2 Filter:
RO Filter
Please install the filter according to the position shown in the figure.
The number of the filter is 2 and 1 from top to bottom. Do not install
the No.1 filter at the top.
2. RO filter
1. Hot-pressed polypropylene activated carbon fiber composite filter
■ After the maintenance and replacement of the filter, rotate the
filter back and rotate the upper end of the filter shell clockwise
until it is tightened.
■ Turn on the water outlet switch after cleaning or replacement, and
check whether there is water leakage in each connecting part.
■ After installation, connect the power supply, touch the touch
switch on the machine panel, the filter operation indicator light will
light up, and slowly turn on the faucet water outlet switch.
■ It can be used normally after 30 minutes of discharge.
■ Please turn on the tap and drain the water for 30 minutes before
using the new filter for the first time. When the filter needs to be
replaced, please buy the original filter.
■ Please replace the corresponding filter in time according to the
display prompt or filter life information to avoid affecting the
effluent quality. Pay attention to the difference of inlet water
quality, and the service life of filter will be different.

■ Không chạm vào phích cắm điện khi tay ướt. Làm

■ Nghiêm cấm sử dụng thiết bị vượt quá giá trị quy định

■ Khi rút nguồn, hãy cầm phích cắm thay vì cầm dây
nguồn. Nếu trực tiếp kéo dây nguồn, có thể gây đoản
mạch hoặc làm hỏng dây nguồn, dẫn đến cháy hoặc
giật điện.
■ Cấm cắt, sửa đổi, xoắn, vặn hoặc kéo dây nguồn quá
mức hoặc đặt vật nặng lên dây nguồn và ổ cắm.
■ Trước khi khởi động sản phẩm, vui lòng cắm phích
cắm bộ đổi nguồn hoàn toàn vào nguồn điện. Nếu
phích cắm của ổ cắm không được cắm hoàn toàn vào
ổ cắm, có thể gây điện giật hoặc quá nhiệt hoặc thậm
chí gây ra tai nạn hỏa hoạn.
■ Tuyệt đối không sử dụng phích cắm bộ đổi nguồn bị
hỏng hoặc ổ cắm bị lỏng.
■ Hãy vệ sinh phích cắm bộ đổi nguồn thường xuyên.

■ Nhiệt độ của nước từ 1oC ~ 39oC, không thể lắp đặt trên đường ống
nước nóng.
■ Sản phẩm có thể lắp đặt tại mọi vị trí trên đường ống nước sinh hoạt.
Nhưng tốt hơn là nên ở gần bồn rửa bát để dễ dàng lắp đặt và bảo
trì.
■ Nên lắp đặt các van kiểm tra giữa sản phẩm và đồng hồ đo nước
tổng cũng như giữa thiết bị nước phía sau.
■ Trong quá trình lắp đặt cần để không gian cho các thao tác lắp đặt.
■ Vị trí lắp đặt phải cách xa các chất hoặc khí có tính axit và kiềm để
tránh bị ăn mòn.
■ Ở những khu vực lạnh, thiết bị và phụ kiện đường ống nối phải được
cách nhiệt để ngăn chặn sản phẩm và phụ kiện đường ống nối bị
đứt.
■ Nếu sản phẩm bị mất nước, hãy ngừng sử dụng và tắt nguồn điện.
■ Khi sản phẩm không sử dụng trong thời gian dài hoặc khi người
dùng ra ngoài, hãy khóa van nước tổng.
■ Khi sản phẩm không sử dụng trong thời gian dài hoặc khi người
dùng ra ngoài, hãy rút phích cắm bộ đổi nguồn.
■ Nếu sản phẩm không được sử dụng trong một thời gian dài, vui lòng
mở từ từ van nước tổng trước khi tiếp tục sử dụng. Xả bỏ một lần
nước để làm sạch sau đó tiếp tục sử dụng.
■ Các phụ tùng thay thế và vật tư tiêu hao chưa qua kiểm tra không
phù hợp với sản phẩm sẽ ảnh hưởng đến chức năng sản phẩm.
■ Việc lắp đặt các phụ tùng thay thế chưa được phê duyệt, việc thay
thế hoặc lắp thêm các thiết bị chưa được cho phép có thể làm giảm
mức độ an toàn khi vận hành và thu hẹp phạm vi bảo hành.
■ Khi thay thế phụ tùng, chỉ được sử dụng các phụ tùng chính hãng
của Viessmann hoặc các phụ tùng dự phòng đã được phê duyệt.
Việc sửa chữa các bộ phận có chức năng an toàn có thể ảnh hưởng
đến hoạt động an toàn của thiết bị.

Trong lần sử dụng đầu tiên, sản phẩm phải được vận hành bởi các kỹ

Tổng quan sản phẩm
Sản được lắp đặt phía sau đồng hồ nước tổng trong gia đình, để thực hiện việc lọc sâu thứ cấp đối với nước máy đô thị. Sản phẩm áp dụng công
