VIETA EUROPE S.A. garantiza sus productos por un periodo de 24 meses. El periodo de
garantía comienza en la fecha de compra de productos totalmente nuevos y sin usar por
parte del primer usuario final.
Esta garantía cubre los posibles fallos de fabricación para todos los productos Vieta
vendidos en el territorio español por distribuidores autorizados. Los productos Vieta
adquiridos en otros países estarán cubiertos por la garantía que ofrezca el distribuidor local.
Esta garantía tendrá validez solamente cuando se presente la factura de compra en la cual
aparece el nombre del cliente, el centro distribuidor y la fecha en la que se realiza la compra
del producto. VIETA EUROPE S.A. acepta repara durante el periodo de garantía, todos
aquellos productos que presenten anomalías durante su utilización normal tal y como se
detalla en el manual de usuario y siempre que se utilice para el fin de fue diseñado.
Siempre que se realice un cambio de componentes o una sustitución del producto no se
prorroga el periodo de la garantía.
1. El periodo de la garantía exceda del tiempo estipulado.
2. Siempre que el producto presente manipulaciones hechas por centros o personas no
autorizadas por VIETA EUROPE S.A.
3. Siempre que el producto presente daños causados por manipulaciones incorrectas,
utilización del mismo con fines inadecuados para los que no ha sido diseñado y que no
estén contemplados en el manual de usuario, así como roturas de piezas, ralladuras, fisuras,
desgaste de piezas por el uso, daños producidos por restos de pintura, arena, agua, o restos
de comida dentro de la unidad.
4. Esta garantía no cubre los gastos ni los daños derivados del transporte.
5. Pérdidas, robo o accidentes producidos por incendio, líquidos, productos químicos, calor
excesivo, ventilación inadecuada, vandalismo, inundaciones, tormentas eléctricas, tensión
o suministro de voltaje excesivo o incorrecto, rayos, terremotos, impactos, otras fuerzas
externas, radiaciones.
6. Cualquier coste adicional derivado de la instalación o desinstalación del producto.
7. Productos comprados fuera del territorio español o en distribuidores no autorizados.
8. Los datos contenidos en nuestros productos, (archivos de fotos, música, soportes
digitales, etc..) no están en ningún caso cubiertos por la garantía, es responsabilidad del
cliente realizar copias de seguridad antes de entregar el producto.
Así mismo la incorrecta configuración o instalación del software o incompatibilidades con
el hardware de otros equipos incluyendo drivers y controladores.
9. Mantenimiento reparación o sustitución de piezas derivado del uso y desgaste.
10. Baterías recargables y/o desechables (el tiempo de vida depende de la frecuencia de
uso).
11. Fallos menores o variaciones en la calidad del producto que no afecten a su valor o el
propósito para el cual fue creado.

CASOS EXENTOS DE DICHA GARANTÍA

Estimado cliente,
Gracias por adquirir el altavoz Bluetooth VM-BS29. Para asegurar el
funcionamiento correcto, lea atentamente este manual del usuario
antes de utilizar.
Instrucciones de seguridad importantes
- Mantenga el altavoz alejado de cualquier fuente de calor.
- Si no usa este altavoz durante mucho tiempo, por favor cargue al
menos una vez en el plazo de un mes, para evitar que la batería de
litio se dañe debido al consumo excesivo.
- Ajuste el volumen a un nivel adecuado para evitar dañar el altavoz o
la propia unidad.

1. Encendido /apagado
Mantenga presionado el botón durante 2 segundos para
encender / apagar el altavoz.

2. Modo Bluetooth
1) Emparejado Bluetooth
El indicador luminoso parpadea cuando se enciende, Ahora active
la función Bluetooth de sus dispositivos móviles / otros. Y empezar a
buscar dispositivos Bluetooth, el “VM-BS29” si lo encuentra, por favor,
conéctelo. Cuando está conectado, el altavoz le pedirá “Dispositivo
apareado” y el indicador luminoso dejará de parpadear en azul.
Pulse brevemente el botón para entrar directamente en el modo
Bluetooth.
2) Música Bluetooth
Encienda el reproductor de música móvil o de otros dispositivos y el
altavoz reproducirá la música seleccionada.
3) Comunicación Móvil Manos Libres
Responde la llamada
Pulse para atender la llamada
Fin de Llamada
Pulse otra vez para finalizar la llamada
Volver a llamar
Pulse 2 veces para volver a llamar
Private call
Pulse o para cambiar del altavoz al movil
4) Desconectar la conexion actual del bluetooth
Mantenga Pulsado Para desconectar la conexión Bluetooth
actual. El altavoz le pedirá “Dispositivo desconectado”. A
continuación, otros dispositivos Bluetooth pueden encontrar y
emparejar con el altavoz.
5) Función TWS (True Wireless Stereo)
Encienda dos altavoces VM-BS29 y cambie ambos altavoces al modo
Bluetooth.

Pulse Este altavoz buscará en el otro altavoz VM-BS29
(Durante la búsqueda, este altavoz Está bajo luz anaranjada y
la luzazul destella alternativamente). Entonces los dos altavoces
pueden emparejarse automáticamente. Después de conectar
correctamente, Dos altavoces VM-BS29, constante en azul es
el canal izquierdo y su El botón se mantiene parpadeando en
azul. El otro Botón, se mantiene en naranja en el canal derecho,
y su botón en azul.
Ahora, por favor, encienda la función Bluetooth de su móvil / otros
dispositivos. Y empiece a buscar dispositivos Bluetooth, el “VM-BS29”
se encuentra, por favor, conéctelo. Cuando esté conectado, el
altavoz del canal izquierdo le pedirá “Dispositivo emparejado” y
su indicador luminoso permanecerá en color azul constante.
A continuación, los dos altavoces pueden reproducir la música
Bluetooth en el mismo tiempo.
Desconecte los dos altavoces de emparejamiento, presione
Dos altavoces. El altavoz le preguntará “Dispositivo desconectado”
Tenga en cuenta:
(1) Usando esta función necesita 2pcs en los altavoces VM-BS29.
(2) Antes del emparejamiento TWS, asegúrese que ambos altavoces
no se conectaron a otro dispositivo Bluetooth,
(1) Los botones están parpadeando en azul.
(2) Si estos dos altavoces VM-BS29 se aparean con un tercer VM-BS29
antes. Debe eliminar primero la memoria de emparejamiento, de lo
contrario estos dos altavoces no pueden emparejarse correctamente.
Por favor, presione tanto estos dos altavoces el botón para borrar
la memoria TWS de emparejamiento.

3. Micro Reproducción de música con tarjeta Micro SD
Inserción de la tarjeta Micro SD en el altavoz (véase imagen abajo),
pulse brevemente Para entrar en el modo de tarjeta de memoria,
el altavoz reproducirá directamente la música de la tarjeta Micro SD.
El altavoz le preguntará “modo de tarjeta de memoria”.
4. Reproducción de música USB
Conecte la ranura Micro USB y el disco flash USB a través del cable
OTG incluido, luego presione Hasta que el altavoz pida el “modo
USB”). Reproducirá la música en su disco flash USB (por favor, inserte
el disco flash USB primero, entonces el altavoz se puede cambiar al
modo USB).
5. Modo auxiliar
Utilice el cable de audio de 3,5 mm incluido para conectar el altavoz
a una fuente de audio (PC, MP3 / MP4, teléfono móvil). Presione
brevemente el Para entrar en el modo “AUX IN” (el altavoz activará
el modo “Aux in”). El altavoz reproducirá la música de la fuente de
audio.
Nota:
Cuando el altavoz se conecta al PC a través del cable Aux In para reproducir
música. Sugerimos utilizar el adaptador de marca (5V 1A) en lugar del puerto
USB de la PC para cargar el altavoz. Como la fuente de alimentación de la
computadora es semana.
Asegúrese de que el altavoz esté en el modo Aux In cuando use esta función.
Presione brevemente el La música se silenciará en el altavoz. Pero la
fuente de audio está reproduciendo la música.

6. FM Radio
Pulse boton de modo FM (El altavoz emitirá el “FM mode”);
Pulse / Para buscar el canal siguiente / anterior.
7. Lector de tarjetas
Inserte la tarjeta Micro SD en el altavoz y utilice el cable USB incluido
para conectar el altavoz al ordenador. Apague el altavoz. El altavoz
entrará en el modo de lector de tarjetas, entonces la tarjeta Micro SD
se puede leer y escribir en el ordenador directamente.
Nota: La primera vez que utilice esta función, la computadora
instalará automáticamente el controlador.
8. Funcion de ahorro de energia
El altavoz se apagará automáticamente en los siguientes casos:
(1) En modo Bluetooth, el altavoz está esperando para emparejar
durante más de 10 minutos
(2) En el modo Aux In, en el modo de tarjeta de memoria, en el modo
FM,
(1) Para detener / silenciar durante más de 10 minutos. (Tenga en
cuenta en el modo OTG USB Music, pulse el botón Más de 10
minutos, el altavoz no puede apagarse automáticamente).
Nota: Mantenga presionado para encender el altavoz

9. Cargar
Cuando este con la batería baja, el altavoz le pedirá “Batería baja”, por
favor, cargue la batería a través de un adaptador USB inmediatamente.
Cuando está completamente cargada, las cuatro luces indicadoras de
la batería se encenderán
Tenga en cuenta:
Utilice por favor el adaptador 5V 1A, y la carga se realizara en 4 horas.
Si el adaptador con 5V 500 mA solamente, costará más tiempo para
la carga completa.
Solución de problemas
1. ¿Qué debo hacer si el altavoz no puede emparejar con el
dispositivo Bluetooth y reproducir música en consecuencia?
(1) Compruebe la especificación / el manual del dispositivo Bluetooth
(su móvil o computadora) y compruebe si el dispositivo puede
soportar la transmisión de audio estéreo A2DP. En caso afirmativo,
active el modo estéreo A2DP.
(2) Asegúrese de que el altavoz en el estado de Bluetooth, si hay
muchos dispositivos bluetooth a su alrededor, puede ser difícil de
escanear, a continuación, por favor, apague otros dispositivos.
2. ¿Qué debo hacer si la tarjeta Micro SD / el disco flash USB no
funciona?
(1) Asegúrese de que la tarjeta Micro SD / disco flash USB está en
buenas condiciones. También compruebe que los archivos de audio
son los formatos correctos - MP3 / WMA / WAV / APE / FLAC.
(2) Además del caso anterior, el problema tal vez la compatibilidad de
la tarjeta Micro SD / disco flash USB.
Le recomendamos que formatee la tarjeta Micro SD a los formatos
de archivo FAT32.
3. ¿Qué debo hacer si el altavoz se atasca el botón y no puede
funcionar?
El sistema interior del altavoz puede estar inhabilitado con alguna
operación inapropiada. Intente usar una aguja en el orificio de reinicio
junto al puerto de carga.

VIETA EUROPE S.A. guarantees its products for a period of 24 months. The
guarantee period starts on the date of purchase of brand new products that
have never been used by the first end user.
This guarantee covers any possible manufacturing flaws for any Vieta products
sold on Spanish territory by authorised distributors. Vieta products acquired in
other countries will be covered by the guarantee supplied by the local distributor.
This guarantee will only be valid when accompanied by an invoice for the
product that includes the client’s name, the distributor and the date of purchase.
VIETA EUROPE S.A. agrees to repair any product with a problem occurring
during normal use as detailed in the user’s manual and when being used for the
purpose for which it was designed.
The guarantee will not be extended because a component is changed or the
product is replaced.
1. The guarantee period exceeds the stipulated time.
2. When the product has been handled by centres or personnel that are not
authorised by VIETA EUROPE S.A.
3. When the product has been damaged by incorrect handling or use for
purposes other than those it is intended for and that are not contemplated in the
user’s manual, or when it has broken pieces, scratches,
cracks, wear and tear, damage produced by particles of paint, sand, water or
food within the unit..
4. This guarantee does not cover expenses or damages caused by transport.
5. Loss, robbery or accidents produced by fire, liquid, chemical substances,
excessive heat, inadequate ventilation, vandalism, electrical storms, incorrect or
excessive power supply, lightening, impact, other external forces, radiation. 6.
Any additional cost related to installing or uninstalling the product.
7. Products purchased outside Spanish territory or from distributors that are not
authorised.
8. The data contained on our products (photo files, music, digital support, etc.)
are not covered by the guarantee under any circumstance; it is the client’s
responsibility to make back-up files before giving us the product. Likewise, any
incorrect configuration or installation of software or incompatibility issues with
hardware belonging to other equipment, including drivers and controllers.
9. Maintenance, repairs or parts replacement due to use and wear and tear.
10. Rechargeable and/or disposable batteries (life cycle depends on usage
frequency).
11. Small faults or variations in the quality of the product that do not aect its
value or the purpose for which it was created.

ensure correct operation, please read this user manual carefully
before operation.
Important Safety Instructions
- Keep speaker away from any source of heat.
- If does not use this speaker for long time, please charge at least
once within one month, in order to prevent the lithium battery from
causing and damaging because of excessive consumption.
- Adjust the volume to a suitable level so as to avoid damaging your
hearing, or the unit itself.

2. Bluetooth Mode
1) Bluetooth Paired
The light indicator will twinkle when you power on,Now please
turn on the Bluetooth function of your mobile/other devices. And
start to search for Bluetooth devices, the “VM-BS29” will be found,
please connect it. When connected, the speaker will prompt “Device
paired” and the light indicator will stop twinkle in blue.
Short press the button can enter the Bluetooth mode directly.
2) Bluetooth Music
Please turn on the mobile or other devices’ music player, and speaker
will play the selected music.
3) Mobile Hands-free Communication
Answer the call
Short press button to answer the call
End the call
Short press button again to end the call
Redial the call
Double press button can dial back the last phone call(the calling
out one)
Private call
Short press or to switch the call between the speaker and
cellphone
4) Disconnect the Current Bluetooth Connection
Long press button to disconnect the current Bluetooth
connection.he speaker will prompt “Device disconnected”. Then other
Bluetooth devices can find and pair with the speaker.
5) TWS (True Wireless Stereo) function
Power on two VM-BS29 Speakers and switch both two speakers to
Bluetooth mode.

Short press the button of either speaker, this speaker will search
the another VM-BS29 speaker (During searching, this speaker’s
button, is under orange light and blue light flash alternatively). Then
the two speaker can pair automatically. After connecting successful,
the buttons of two VM-BS29 speakers, constant in blue is the
left channel, and its button is keep flashing in blue. The other
speaker button, constant in orange is the right channel, and
its button in constant blue .
Now please turn on the Bluetooth function of your mobile/other
devices. And start to search for Bluetooth devices, the “VM-BS29”
will be found, please connect it. When connected, the left channel
speaker will prompt “Device paired” and its light indicator will in
constant blue. Then the two speakers can play the Bluetooth music
in the same time.
Disconnect the two pairing speaker, short press the button of
either two speaker. The speaker will prompt “Device disconnected”
Please Note:
(1) Using this function need 2pcs power on VM-BS29 speakers
(2) Before the TWS pairing, both two speaker did not connect to other
Bluetooth device, the two speaker’s buttons all are flashing in blue
(3) If these two VM-BS29 speaker paired with a third VM-BS29 before.
You need to delete the pairing memory first otherwise these two
speaker can not pair successfully. Please long press both these two
speaker’s button to delete the TWS paring memory.

3. Micro SD Card Music Playing
Inserting the Micro SD Card into the speaker (See below picture),
short press the button to enter the memory card mode , the
speaker will play the Micro SD card music directly. Speaker will
prompt “memory card mode”.
4. USB Music Playing
Connect the Micro USB slot and the USB flash disk via the included
OTG cable, then short press the button until the speaker prompt
the”USB mode”). It will play the music on your USB flash disk (Please
insert a good status USB flash disk first, then the speaker can be
switched to the USB mode).
5. Aux in Mode
Use the 3.5mm audio cable included to connect the speaker to
an audio source (PC, MP3/MP4, mobile phone). Short press the
button to enter “AUX IN” mode (the speaker will prompt “Aux in”
mode). The speaker will play the music from the audio source.
Please Note:
When the speaker connect to the PC via the Aux In cable to play music.
We suggest use the branded adaptor (5V 1A) instead of the PC USB Port to
charge the speaker. As the computer’s power supply is week.
Make sure the speaker is under Aux In mode when using this function.
Short press the button, the music will be mute on the speaker. But the
audio source is playing the music.

6. FM Radio
Short press the button to the FM mode (the speaker will voice
“FM mode”);
Short press the / buttons for searching next/previous channel.
7. Card Reader
Please insert the Micro SD card into the speaker and use the USB
cable included to connect the speaker to the computer.Power o the
speaker.The speaker will enter the card reader mode,then the Micro
SD card can be read and written on the computer directly.
Note: The first time using this function, computer will install the driver
automatically.
8. Intelligent power saving function
The speaker will be automatically powered o in below cases:
(1) Under Bluetooth mode, the speaker is waiting to pair for more than
10 minutes
(2) Under Aux In mode, Memory card mode, FM mode, if press
the button to pause/mute for more than 10 minutes. (Please note
under the OTG USB Music mode, press the button more then 10
minutes , the speaker can not power o automatically).
Note: Please long press button again to power on the speaker

9.Charging
When speaker with low battery capacity, the speaker will prompt
“battery low”, please charge the battery via a USB adaptor
immediately. When fully charged, the four battery indicator lights lit up.
Please Note:
Please use the good quality adaptor at 5V 1A, And it will cost for
around 4 hours for the full charging. If adaptor with 5V 500 mA only,
it will cost longer time for the full charging.
Troubleshooting
1. What should I do if the speaker can not pair with the Bluetooth
device and play music accordingly?
(1) Please check the specification/ the manual of the Bluetooth device
(your mobile or computer), and check if the device can support the
A2DP stereo audio transmission. If yes, please turn on the A2DP
stereo mode.
(2) Ensure the speaker at the Bluetooth status, if there are many
bluetooth devices around you, it may be hard to scan, then please
turn o other devices.
2. What should I do if the Micro SD card /USB flash disk can not
work?
(1) Ensure that the Micro SD card/USB flash disk is in good condition.
Also check that the audio files are the correct formats - MP3/WMA/
WAV/APE/FLAC.
(2) Besides the above case, the problem maybe the compatibility of
the Micro SD card/USB flash disk.
We recommend you formatting the Micro SD Card to FAT32 file
formats.
3.What should I do if the speaker get stuck and all the button can
not working?
The speaker’s inner system may be wrong with some inappropriate
operation. Please try using a needle on the reset hole next to the
charging port.
