OperationoftheCanisterVacuum
*Read operatorsmanualthoroughly
priortooperatingorservicingthis
machine. DRYPICKUP
1] RemoveThe vachead ofmachine and
confirmthatthereiseitheraclothof
paperfilterinplace.
2] Replace&thelatchvachead.
*Besurethemachineisnotplugged
intoanoutlet.
3]Connectvacuumhosetoinletonthe
machine body.
4]Removetoolstoragelidontopof
machine and unwind powercord..
5]Chooseappropriatetool,andattachit
tothefree end ofthe hose.
6] Plugpowercordintogrounded
outlet.
*Donot useanextensioncordin
conjunction withthe standardpower
cord.
7]Tostartthe machine,pushonthe
red powerbutton located abovethe
left rearwheel.
8]Check the filterbagperiodicallytosee
ifitisfull.Foroptimalperformance,
replacethe bagwhen it is3/4full.
9]Thismachine isdesignedtobepulled
aroundbythevacuumhose,sopull the
hose, and the vacuumwillfollow.
10]Tostopthe machine atanytime,
simplypress the red powerswitch&
the machine will stopautomatically.
MAINTENANCE
Tokeepthe machine performingwellfor
manyyears,pleasefollowthe following
maintenanceprocedures.
*Always confirmthatthemachineis
unpluggedpriortoperforming any
maintenance orrepairs.
1]Unplugmachine assoonasyou are
done usingit.
2]Rewind the powercordintothe tool
storagearea..
3]Replacethe toolintothetoolstorage
area.
4]Check powercordforanydamage.If
anydamageisdetected,replacethe
cordimmediately.
5] Lubricatewheels&casterswitha
waterresistant lubricant everymonth.
6]Check machine forlooseormissing
nutsandbolts,andreplaceas
necessary.
7]Checkthemotorcover/filter,and
clean it aftereachuse.
8] Removethe vacuumhoseandcheck it
foranyholesandclogs.
9]Clean the outsideofthe machine with
amildcleaner.
STORAGE
1] Unplugmachine frompowersource.
2]Properlystorepowercordand toolsin
the on-boardstoragecompartment.
3] Storeinupright position inadryarea.
