PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USING
Dear customers, thank you for purchasing our company's access control products. Before
using this product, please read the operation manual carefully, which will help to improve
your efficiency of using this product.

S. 4
Product Introduction
System Introduction
Dynamic face attendance access control machine with face, card and password recognition,
temperature detection and other door functions, can provide enterprises with safe access
control, attendance, health monitoring and other management. The face access control
management system is composed of face access control machine (hereinafter referred to as
face machine), electric lock controller, electric lock, door magnetic, alarm, door button,
doorbell, access control power, computer and management software.
The face machine is mainly responsible for the registration of user information and the
verification and identification of daily access for employees as well as visiting guests. When
used as access control, users do not need to use the key, only through identity
authentication can they achieve the door opening action. If the company already uses an
access control, employees only need to verify their access.
The body temperature detection function USES a medical high precision sensor, the
recognition distance will affect the detected temperature value.
The management system is mainly used for the parameter setting, data backup and
downloading of the access record of the equipment.
The face machine can also be run separately offline, without connection management
software, when not connected to the management software it will not be able to use the user
expiration date and real-time monitoring function.
Face machine and management software communication connection:
TCP/IP, WIFI communication.

Installation Steps
The face machine is mounted (if mounted on the brake machine, additional mounting bracket
is required). The detailed installation steps are as follows:
1. Positioning: according to the standard fixed plate screw hole.
2. Drilling: use standard screws to position the hole into a suitable hole.
3. Fixed hanging plate: put the fixed hanging plate in the proper position of the punching
area, and then screw into the hole position and tighten respectively.
4. Hang: hang the face machine on a fixed hanging board (the bottom of the machine is
about 1.4 meters above the ground).
5. Boot: refer to the wiring diagram to connect the equipment, the final power can be
automatically started.
6. Connect to the computer: this product connects to the computer in the ways of TCP/IP
and WIFI network communication. Firstly, select the communication mode between the
face machine and the management computer, and set the communication parameters on
the face machine. Install the management software on the management computer and
set the parameters related to the face machine communication. The parameters set must
be consistent with the parameters set on the face machine (please refer to the software
manual for the specific operation).
Installation Matters Needing Attention
1. the access control machine is recommended to be installed indoors. If it is used outdoors,
it must not be exposed to direct sunlight camera and rain. At the same time, it is
recommended to use sunshade and cooling equipment in summer.
2. the exit button should not be wound too long. The closer it is to the machine, the better.
3. the lock power supply should be as close as possible to the machine and the electric
lock.
4. the relay in the machine can directly control the electric lock, and the maximum bearing
current is 30VDC/2A.
