OPTION A: Clamp Installation
Install Clamp (B) to desktop. Insert post on Arm (A) into Clamp (B).

OPTION B: Grommet Installation
Disassemble the Clamp (B) using a Phillips Screwdriver. Slide Clamp Bracket (B2) out from Clamp
Base (B1). Then Remove the Clamp Plate (B3) from the Clamp Screw (B4).

Install Grommet Plate (C) into the Clamp Base (B1) as shown below. If your desktop does not already
have an existing grommet hole, use a 1/4” (6.5mm) drill bit to make one in the desired location. Then
install the Grommet Bolt (S-A) into the base assembly. Insert the Grommet Bolt (S-A) through the
hole on desktop, then install the Clamp Plate (B3) and then tighten the Grommet Wingnut (S-B).
Insert post on Arm (A) into Clamp Base (B1).

STEP 2
To adjust the arm tension, tighten or loosen the adjustment screw located on the base of the Arm (A).
If your microphone uses 3/8” threading, remove the 5/8” to 3/8” threaded adatper. When using the
adapter, be sure to leave about 2mm gap between the lock knob and the base of the threading.
