Este difusor de aroma utiliza la Tecnología Sonic Cloud + para vaporizar
instantáneamente el agua y aceite esencial en el tanque produciendo una fresca
niebla fragante, que combinada con su parlante TrueSound y su luz True Color, brinda
una experiencia multisensorial única.

1. Descargue la aplicación "VortEssence Smart" desde el App Store de Apple o desde
el Play Store de Android.
2. Conecte el adaptador al conector DC atrás del VortEssence Smart.
3. Retire la tapa superior y la del tanque.
4. Añade agua al tanque, asegurándose de que no exceda la línea max (350 ml).
Agregue su aceite esencial VortEssence favorito. Recomendamos de 1 a 3 gotas de
aceite por 100 ml de agua. Puede aplicar gotas adicionales a su gusto.
5. Reemplazar ambas tapas y conectar el adaptador a un toma.
6. Encienda su VortEssence Smart presionando el interruptor de encendido ubicado al
lado del enchufe de alimentación en la parte trasera de la unidad.
7. Abra la aplicación en su smartphone y pulse el botón + para iniciar la
sincronización.
a) Si el emparejamiento no es exitoso asegúrese de que la conexión Bluetooth
del teléfono está encendida, reinicie VortEssence Smart apagando y
encendiéndolo de nuevo, y busque "VortEssence Smart" en el menú Bluetooth
de su teléfono. Una vez encontrado, conéctese a él y vuelva a abrir la
aplicación.
8. Desde la aplicación podrás controlar todas las funciones y programar
VortEssence Smart a su gusto. Para escuchar música a través de los parlantes

TrueSound simplemente abra su aplicación de música favorita y empieze la
reproducción. Todo el audio del teléfono pasará a través de los parlantes
TrueSound.
Nota: para usuarios de Apple iOS referirse a instrucciones que aparecen en el menú
de MUS CA de la aplicación.
9. Para desactivar los despertadores configurados a través de la aplicación sólo tiene
que tocar cualquier botón en la parte delantera del VortEssence excepto el de
Play/Pausa.
a) Nota: Cada vez que se interrumpa el abastecimiento de energía al equipo por
desconexión o por apagado del interruptor principal, el equipo reseteará toda
las funciones programadas incluyendo alarmas y programas de difusión.

● Play/Pausa Música: reproduce o detiene la música.
● Difusor Sonic Cloud: Pulse para cambiar entre modos: difusión continua,
intermitente 15 seg. ON y 15 seg. OFF, y apagado.
● Temporizador: Permite establecer el temporizador de apagado entre 30/60/120/180
min. Cuando no hay luces de temporizador encendidas esto indica que
VortEssence está en modo continuo.
● TrueColor Light: Alterna el color de la luz Truecolor entre: multi-color/color actual
continuo/calido alta luminosidad/calido baja luminosidad/off.

Mantenimiento
Derrame accidental
En caso de que durante su operación accidentalmente se produzca un derrame que
comprometa la parte electrónica del dispositivo VortEssence:
1. Desconecte la unidad y retire la tapa.
2. Elimine cualquier agua restante del tanque.
3. Agite la unidad gentilmente para drenar el agua residual y déjela secar por al menos
24 horas.
Para alargar la vida útil de su producto VortEssence, se recomienda limpiarlo
semanalmente como se indica:
1. Desconecte el adaptador AC del aprovisionamiento de corriente y retire la tapa.
2. Elimine cualquier agua restante en el tanque por el lado del drenaje.
3. Use un detergente de cocina diluido con un trapo para limpiar la placa del difusor
Sonic Cloud situado en la parte inferior del tanque.
4. Refiérase a las siguientes fotografías para evitar que el agua fluya a la salida del
aire. Siempre vacíe el agua por el lado derecho de la unidad.
5. No use ácidos o enzimas en el detergente. Esto puede causar gas venenoso o
mal funcionamiento.
6. Asegúrese de que no haya residuos de cabellos o polvo en el filtro de entrada de
aire en la parte inferior. Use su mano o un trapo suave para remover cualquier
residuo no deseado. Notar que la tapa del filtro no es removible.

Preca ciones
Por favor chequee los consejos abajo para evitar el mal funcionamiento de la unidad:
• No intente reparar, o desarmar el producto. Esto anulará la garantía. Si usted tiene
alguna pregunta, por favor contacte a nuestro servicio post venta.
• No toque la placa de atomización del Sonic Cloud.
• Solo se debe usar aceites esenciales naturales al 100%. Aquellos conteniendo
químicos, especies o impurezas, acortarán la vida útil de su VortEssence Smart.
Para mejores resultados, se recomienda el uso de Aceites Esenciales VortCare,
100% extractos naturales. Para obtener más información sobre los aromas VortCare
y dónde conseguirlos por favor visite vortcare.com.
• Limpie regularmente según las instrucciones de mantenimiento para evitar mal
funcionamiento.
• Desconecte siempre para dar mantenimiento.
• Por razones de higiene, elimine el agua restante del tanque y seque con un trapo
limpio al terminar de usar.
• Mantenga la unidad lejos de la luz directa del sol y fuentes de calor.
• Mantenga la unidad sobre superficies estables. No la coloque sobre alfombras,
edredones o áreas inestables.
• Se recomienda el uso de agua del tubo o destilada.
• No mover la unidad mientras esté en uso.
• No perfore, tuerza ni estire el cordón. Mantenga el adaptador AC lejos de las fuentes
de calor.

• No enciende
o ¿Hay suficiente agua en el tanque?
- Agregue agua al tanque.
o ¿Está la unidad recibiendo corriente eléctrica?
- Desconecte, revise los cables y vuelva a conectarlos cuidadosamente.
o ¿Su smartphone está conectado correctamente?
- Repita los pasos de conexión para asegurar una configuración correcta.
• Nebulización baja
o Trate de ajustar una intensidad más alta desde la aplicación.
o ¿No hay agua suficiente/demasiada agua?
- Añada una cantidad adecuada de agua al tanque; el agua nunca debe
llenarse sobre la marca de 350 ml (máx.).
o ¿Placa Sonic Cloud sucia?
- Limpie la placa Sonic Cloud según las instrucciones de mantenimiento.
o ¿Filtro de aire sucio?
- Limpie el filtro de aire con un paño suave en la parte inferior de la unidad.
• Fuga de agua
o Es posible que la cubierta superior y la cubierta interior no estén bien
aseguradas. Por favor, compruebe y vuelva a instalarlos.
o ¿Baja temperatura o alta humedad?
- En estas condiciones, la niebla puede condensarse rápidamente en
gotas de agua.

This aroma diffuser uses Sonic Cloud + Technology to instantly vaporize water and
Essential oil in the tank producing a fresh fragrant mist, which combined with its
TrueSound speaker and True Color light, provides a unique multi-sensory experience.

Getting Started

1. Download the “VortEssence Smart” App from the Apple App Store or the Android
Play Store.
2. Connect the AC adapter to the DC jack on the back of the unit.
3. Remove the upper cover and the water tank cover
4. Add water to the tank, making sure it does not exceed the max line (350 ml). Add
your favorite VortEssence Essential oil, we recommend 1 to 3 drops of oil per 100 ml
of water. You can apply additional drops to fit your tastes.
5. Replace both covers and connect the unit to its AC adapter and to a power outlet.
6. Power on your VortEssence Smart by pushing the power toggle located next to the
power plug in the back of the unit.
7. Open the app on your smartphone and hit the + button to start pairing.
a) Please note, if pairing is unsuccessful, make sure your phone’s Bluetooth
connection is on, restart VortEssence Smart by turning it off and on again with
its power toggle, and search for “VortEssence Smart” in your phone’s Bluetooth
menu. Once found, connect to it and open the application again.
8. Once connected you can control all the functions and program your VortEssence
Smart through the application. To listen to music through the TrueSound speakers
simply open your favorite music app and it will directly stream to the VortEssence
Smart.

Please note: Apple iOS users please refer to instructions in the MUS C section of the
app.
9. To deactivate any alarm configured through the application, simply touch any button
on the front of the VortEssence except the Play / Pause button.
a) Note: Each time the power supply to the equipment is interrupted due to
disconnection or switching off the main switch, the unit will reset all the
programmed functions, including alarms and diffuser programs.

Operating the Unit via the Front Panel
● Play/Pause Music: Plays or pauses the music.
● Sonic Cloud Diffuser: Press to toggle between modes: continuous diffusion,
intermittent 15 sec. on and 15 sec. off, and off.
● Timer: Allows to set the shut off timer between 30/60/120/180min. Please note
when no timer lights are on this indicates VortEssence is in continuous mode.
● TrueColor Light: Toggles the color of the TrueColor light between: multi-color/lock
current color/bright warm light/dim warm light/off.

Maintenance
Accidental leakage
f during normal use your VortEssence gets knocked over and water enters the
electronics compartment at the bottom of the unit please:
1. Unplug the unit and remove the cover.
2. Pour out any remaining water from the water tank.
3. Shake the unit gently to drain residual water and let it dry for at least 24 hours.
To ensure longevity of your VortEssence product, we recommend cleaning it weekly as
follows:
1. Unplug the AC adapter from the power supply and remove the cover.
2.Pour out any remaining water in the tank from the drain side.
3.Use a gentle diluted kitchen detergent on a damp cloth to clean the Sonic Cloud +
diffuser plate at the bottom of the tank. Make sure to not apply too much pressure on
the plate as this could damage it.
4.Refer to the following pictures to avoid water flowing into the air outlet. Always pour
water out towards the left side of the unit.
5. Make sure that no hair or dust is on the air intake filter at the bottom. Use your hand
or a cotton swab to remove any hair or dust. Please note: the filter cover cannot be
removed.
6. Do not use other acids or enzymes in the detergent as this may give off poisonous
gas or cause malfunction.

Please check below tips to avoid malfunction of the unit:
• Do not attempt to repair or disassemble the machine as it will void warranty. f you
have any questions please contact our after-sales service.
• Do not touch the Sonic Cloud + atomization plate.
• Only 100% natural essential oils should be used. Those containing chemicals, spices
or impurities will shorten your VortEssence’s lifespan. For best results, we
recommend use of VortCare essential oils, made with 100% natural ingredients. For
more information on VortCare aromas and where to find them please visit
vortcare.com
• Clean regularly as per Maintenance instructions to avoid malfunction.
• Always unplug before maintenance.
• For hygiene reasons pour out remaining water from the tank, and wipe
with a clean dry cloth when done using.
• Keep away from direct sunshine heat sources and air conditioners or fans.
• Always keep on stable flat surface. Do not place on carpet, duvet or unstable areas.
• Designed for use with tap water.
• Avoid moving the unit while in use.
• Do not stab, twist or stretch the cord. Keep the AC adapter away from sources of
extreme heat.

Tro bleshooting
• Won’t turn on
o s there enough water in the tank?
- Add water in the tank.
o s the unit getting power?
- Disconnect, check cables and re-connect carefully.
o s your smartphone correctly paired?
- Go through the pairing process again to ensure proper connection.
• Low or no mist output
o Try setting the mist output higher from the App.
o Not enough/too much water?
- Add a suitable amount of water to the tank; water must never be filled
over the 350 ml (Max) mark.
o Dirty Sonic Cloud + plate?
- Clean the Sonic Cloud + plate according to the maintenance instructions.
o Dirty air filter?
- Clean the air filter with a soft cloth on the underside of the unit.
• Water leaking
o The top cover and inner cover may not be secured properly. Please check and
re-install them.
o Low temperature or high humidity?
- n these conditions the mist may condense quickly into water droplets.

1. Scaricare l'app "VortEssence Smart" dall'Apple App Store o dall'Android Play Store.
2. Collegare l’adattatore al VortEssence Smart.
3. Rimuovere il coperchio superiore ed il coperchio del serbatoio.
4. Versare acqua nel serbatoio assicurandosi di non superare il livello massimo (350
ml). Raccomandiamo da 1 a 3 gocce di olio essenziale VortCare per ogni 100 ml di
acqua. É possibile aggiungere gocce addizionali in funzione del gusto personale.
5. Riposizionare entrambi i coperchi e collegare l'unità ad una presa.
6. Accendere il VortEssence Smart premendo l'interruttore di alimentazione, situato
nella parte posteriore dell'unità: accanto alla presa di alimentazione.
7. Aprire l'app e premere il pulsante + per iniziare la connessione del dispositivo.
a) Nota: se la connessione fallisce, assicurarsi che la rete Bluetooth del telefono
sia accesa; riavviare VortEssence Smart spegnendolo e riaccendendolo con il
suo interruttore di alimentazione; infine cercare "VortEssence Smart" nel menu
Bluetooth del telefono. Dopo aver trovato il dispositivo, connettersi ed aprire
nuovamente l'applicazione.
8. Una volta collegato, è possibile controllare tutte le funzioni e programmare il vostro
VortEssence Smart attraverso l'applicazione. Per ascoltare la musica con gli
altoparlanti TrueSound, basta semplicemente aprire la vostra applicazione di musica
preferita: questa sarà riprodotta direttamente in streaming dal VortEssence Smart.
