The
CK-Mini
Machine
is
an
entry
level
version
of
the
fluid
misting
machines
used
for
the
purpose
of
dispersing
disinfeaion
fluid
in
small
to
medium
size
environments.
This
machine
is
ideal
in
places
like:
vehicles,
small
offices,
living
spaces,
and
similar
size
areas.
The
CK-Mini
Machine
spr^s
water
based
fluids
and
can
be
operated
one
person
and
is
very
simple
to
use
and
maintain.
Please
refer
to
your
disinfection
solution
labels
for
all
warnings
and
precautions
with
regards
to
the
performance,
safety
and
ri
sks
associated
with
that
particular
fluid.

Warning:
You
must
read

operating
this

CK-Mini
Machine
is
an
elearical
product,
not
a
toy.
To
avoid
the
risk

machine

1.
Always
prepare
your
spray
area;
making
sure
it
is
dry
and
free
of
obstructions.
Note
that
the
spray
surface
area
may
become
slippery.
2.
Locate
the
CK-Mini
Machine
on
a
secure,
dry,
and
level
surface
then
utilize
the
spray
hose
to
disperse
the
fluids
in
the
area
you
are
attempting
to
disinfect.

water
based
solution
in
a
separate
container
beised
upon
the
fluid
manufacturers
instructions.

image
below.)

container
with
the

CK-Mini
Machine
simply
press
the
switch
on
the
side
of
the
unit
to
the
"I"
or
open
position
and
your
CK-Mini
Machine
will
start
(allow

second
for
the
pump

prime
and
for
spray
produaion.)
7.
If
the
solution
has
drained
out
of
the
clear
lube
during
a
rest
period
for
the
CK
Mini
Machine,
it
may
take
~l-2
minutes
for
the
pump
to
self-prime
the
solution
from
the
container
liquid.
8.
There
is
a
control
switch
above
the
power
switch
of
the
machine
that
allows
you
to
adjust
the
fluid
delivery
amount.
The
mist
should
come
out
in
a
fine
spray
in
order
to
coat
properly.
A
heavier
spray
will
can
accumulate
on
the
ground
causing
slippery
conditions
and
may
not
be
necessary
to
adequately
coat
surfaces.
9.
If
the
fluid
is
not
generating
properly
after
several
uses,
remove
the
hose
and
ensure
there
is
no
blockage.
Remember
do
not
let
the
machine
run
with
a
very
fow
or
empty
tank
as
this
can
damage
the
pump.
The
pump
does
not
shut
off automatically.

START
GUIDE
1
Unpack
machine
from
box.
Remove
ALL
packing
materials.
Do
NOT
run
the
machine
\with
plastic
shipping
bag
under
the
machine.
It
will
melt
the
bag
and
ruin
the
unit.
2.
Remove
round
tank
lid
and
fill
tank
with
approximately
1/2
gallon
of
fluid
3.
Attach
blower
hose
to
machine
blower
by
lining
up
hose
and
gently
turning
the
hose
collar
to
securely
fasten
the
hose
to
the
machine.
4.
Connect
small
clear
fluid
line
from
the
end
of
the
hose
to
the
machine.
Turn
clockwise
to
lock.
5.
Power
on
the
machine.
6.
NEVER
RUN
MACHINE
WITHOUT
FLUID
