Safety Instructions
Self and personnel protection
▸Persons less than 18 years old must not use the
device. Excepted from this are young persons of
16 and over who are working under supervision
within the scope of their vocational training.
▸Always remain alert and take the utmost care
when working.
▸Do not use the tool if you are tired or under the
inuence of drugs, alcohol or medicines.
▸Do not work with the tool without having been
instructed in its use.
Safety in the workplace
▸Keep the tool out of the reach of children and
never leave it unattended. When not in use,
keep the tool in a safe place out of the reach of
unauthorised persons.
Electrical safety
▸The tool must not be operated and/or stored in
a wet or damp environment. Do not expose the
device to rain.
ÂIf water penetrates into the electrical device, the
risk of an electric shock is increased.
▸If the device power cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer
service or a similarly qualied person to prevent
hazards.
General safety instructions
▸Always visually check the device for damage
before initial use and after transport. Ensure any
damage is repaired by trained service personnel
prior to initial use.

Intended use
The EVAPO® MAT is intended for disinfection of A/C
systems and the elimination of unpleasant odours in
cars, commercial vehicles and enclosed spaces.
Any other use or use outside this scope is considered
improper use.
Any liability is excluded if used improperly
or used with materials other than those
specied.
The user is solely responsible for damage
resulting from improper use.

Operation
Attention!
Condensation may form if the device is stored or
transported at temperatures below 5°C and then
used at higher temperatures.
ÂCondensation may damage the device or impair
work results.
¾Allow about 30 minutes for acclimatisation.

Disinfection of the A/C systems with
EVAPO® clean
▸Position the EVAPO® MAT on the passenger side
on the oor.
▸Make sure the outlet nozzle [10] points in the
direction of the ventilation openings.
▸Start the vehicle.
▸Set the automatic climate control to “O”.
▸Set “Economy” mode to “On”.
▸Set the temperature selection to the lowest setting
“Low”.
▸Set “Recirculation” mode to “On”.
▸Set the fan to the lowest level.
▸Open the air openings.
▸Switch on the EVAPO® MAT using the On/O
switch [12], check that a spray mist comes out of
the outlet nozzle [10].
▸Exit the vehicle; close vehicle doors and win-
dows.
3When the status indicator [5] changes from
green to red, the process is complete.
3The EVAPO® MAT switches o automatically.
▸Then open all vehicle doors and ventilate for
about 10 - 20 minutes.
Disinfecting interior spaces with
EVAPO®fresh
▸Place the EVAPO® MAT in the middle of the
interior space and switch on via the On/O
switch [12].
▸Close doors and windows and leave the interior
space.
3When the status indicator [5] changes from
green to red, the process is complete.
3The EVAPO® MAT switches o automatically.
▸Then open all doors and windows and ventilate
the interior space for about 10 - 20 minutes.
Maintenance and cleaning
WARNING!

work on the device only when the
mains plug has been removed.

¾Do not open the device.
¾The device must only be opened by
Würth masterService.
¾Observe the relevant safety and

during all maintenance and servicing
work.
▸Pull out the mains plug from the EVAPO® MAT.
▸Remove and dispose of empty can receptable.
▸Fill approx. 100 ml water into the can receptacle,
lightly shake the EVAPO® MAT, then drain out the
water.
▸Protect On/O switch [12] and connection
socket [1] against water splashes.
▸Clean the EVAPO® MAT, power cable, plug and
On/O switch with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.
▸Inspect the mains cable and plug for damage at
regular intervals.
Accessories and Spare Parts
If in spite of careful manufacturing and test proce-
dures, the EVAPO® MAT becomes faulty, a repair by
Würth masterService should be arranged.
With any enquiries or spare parts orders, always
quote the article number as given on the device type
plate.

Warranty
We provide a warranty for this Würth device from
the date of purchase and in accordance with the
through invoice or delivery note).
Damage that has occurred will be corrected either
by replacement or by repair. Damage caused by
improper handling is not covered by warranty.
Claims under warranty can only be accepted if
the device is returned fully assembled to a Würth
agency, your Würth sales representative or an
authorised Würth customer service workshop.
Subject to technical changes without prior notice.
We accept no liability for printing errors.
Disposal
Do not dispose of this device in house-
hold waste. According to European
Directive 2012/19/EU on waste
electrical and electronic equipment and
its implementation in national law,
broken and unserviceable electric tools must be
collected separately and submitted to an environ-
mentally sound recycling facility. Ensure that your
used device is returned to your dealer or obtain
information about a local authorised collection and

▸將溫度選擇設定為最低設定「低」。
▸將「再循環」模式設定為「開」。
▸將風扇設定為最低風量。
▸開啟空氣開口。
使用 EVAPO® 清新劑進行室內空間消毒
▸將 EVAPO® MAT 放置在內部空間的中間，然後透
過開啟/關閉開關來開啟 [12]。
▸關閉門窗，離開室內空間。
3狀態指示燈 [5] 從綠色變為紅色時，程序完成。
3EVAPO® MAT 會自動關閉。
▸然後開啟所有門窗，讓室內空間通風約 10 至 20
分鐘。

▸從 EVAPO® MAT 中拔出電源插頭。
▸取出並處置空瓶罐容器。
▸將約 100 毫升的水倒入瓶罐容器中，輕輕搖動
EVAPO® MAT，然後將水排出。
▸保護開啟/關閉開關 [12] 和連接插座 [1] 不受到
水噴濺。
▸使用乾燥的非研磨布清潔 EVAPO® MAT、電源
線、插頭和開啟/關閉開關。
▸定期檢查電源線和插頭是否損壞。

雖然製造和測試程序相當嚴謹，不過 EVAPO® MAT
仍會出現故障，應安排 Würth masterService 進行維
修。
