ATTENTION
For attention of the Installer
It is necessary to make installation of the product in accordance with
the Assembly and Installation Guide. After installation is complete, you
should transfer the Data Sheet to the owner of the product. Please
remind the owner of the need to study the instruction for safe opera-
tion.

Read the Data Sheet carefully for acquaintance with the rules of assembly, safe operation, maintenance, transport,
and storage of Transformer 7D, hereinafter –the SET.
Assembly, disassembly, and installation works of the SET should be carried out by at least 2 persons after studying
the Data Sheet.
It is recommended to keep this Data Sheet during the whole operation period of the SET.
The manufacturer has the right to make changes in the design, the packaging arrangement, as well as in the
product specifications during improvement of its products without prior notice about these changes.
In order to avoid injuries the following is prohibited:
- presence of children by the SET installation and participation of children in the SET installation;
- carrying out the SET adjustment by children;
- carrying out children training using the SET without adult supervision;
- carrying out training without soft rugs;
- carrying out children training using the SET by more than one child.
The COMPLEX safety is confirmed by Data Sheets of conformance:
•TÜV NORD, Data Sheet № 44 780 13122111 dated 05.04.2016.
TEACH YOUR CHILD TO PLAY SAFELY:
Do not go close to moving parts, in front of moving parts, behind or between moving parts.
Do not twist cords holding the swing set, do not swing the empty swing set, do not loop the swing ropes over the upper crossbar.
Do not swing sideward on swings in relation to the adjacent swing.
Do not twist the ropes holding any other attached equipment.
Use the equipment only for its intended use.
Do not leave the equipment while it is in motion.
Do not climb the equipment and do not swing with wet hands, do not use the wet equipment (after cleaning, for example).
Do not stand in the rings.
Do not use hammers, saws, nails, and wrenches on the equipment.
Do not climb up the upper support of the swing set;
Do not adapt to the play hardware elements that are not designed specifically for use with this equipment, such as (the list is not
limited to): jump ropes, clotheslines, leads, cables and chains. They can become the reason of suffocation.
Watch for other children while going on swings or playing close to the equipment.
ADULTS ARE ALSO OBLIGED TO:
Set the maximum height of climbing and swinging according to physical abilities of each child.
Provide children with the appropriate clothes for playing. Use comfortable shoes with slip-proof soles, sensible clothes without
chains, scarves, hoods, cords, ties, ponchos, etc. Any child's clothes part stuck in the equipment may cause serious injuries.
Make sure that the attached equipment is firmly mounted;
Remember about children’s creativity. Be ready to “change the rules” of unsafe games created by children.

1. GENERAL DATA
The Set is designed to be used inside living spaces for
sports and playing exercises.

CHILDREN USING THE SET MUST BE SUPERVISED BY
ADULTS
Due to the ongoing work on the products improvement changes may be made, which are not mentioned in the Da-
ta Sheet. These changes do not impair the consumer properties of products.

3. Product composition
3.1. Basic structure of the SET
3.1.1. The SET is a demountable frame structure made out of metal pipes; it is fastened between floor and ceiling by “thrust apart” meth-
od.
3.1.2. The basic components of the SET are:
•Vertical gym ladder;
•Movable pull-up frame;
3.1.3. Accessories may be installed on the SET parts for the purpose of performing sporting exercises and gaming.
3.2 Information about the materials used
All the materials applied for production of the SET are authorized for use in products intended for children. All the materials have the nec-
essary Sanitary, Safety and Health Certificates.

5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
5.1 The SET is transported in its original package by any kind of transport which provides its safety.
5.2 Before the SET is installed it should be stored in its original package in a dry building with natural ventilation.
5.3 The original package of the SET should be used for transportation of the previously installed SET to another place.
6. DISPOSAL
6.1 The following operations should be performed before the SET is disposed:
•dismantle of the SET;
•disassemble the SET. The sequence of disassembling process of the SET is contrary to its assembling sequence;
•sort the parts by the types of materials used for production of the parts.
6.2 The SET does not contain any hazardous substances.
6.3 Waste disposal is performed according to the requirements of the local Sanitary Regulations and Norms
7. WARRANTY
7.1 Product warranty period is 12 months .
7.2 The warranty does not cover the following defects:
•damages acquired during transportation;
•damages caused by storage, assembling and operation conditions which don’t correspond to the requirements of this Operation
Manual. 8. MOUNTING GUIDE
8.1 Operating restrictions.
8.1.1 Wooden ceilings cannot be used for the SET mounting.
8.1.2 Suspended ceilings cannot be used for the SET mounting.
8.1.3 The SET cannot be installed in corners.
8.2 Installation of the SET indoors.
8.2.1 Maximum ceiling and floor unevenness level is 8 mm.
8.2.2 When the SET is installed on wooden or parquet floors, etc., it is recommended to use a 16 –20 mm thick additional
layer of plywood; the dimensions of the plywood sheet are determined on the spot (the sheet should be placed at least on two floor
beams).
8.2.3 Free access to the SET should be provided.
8.3 Preparation for assembling, tools and facilities.
8.3.1 Unpack the SET.
8.3.2 Place the component parts onto the previously prepared surface (table, floor).
8.3.3 Make sure that the delivery completeness corresponds to the Data Sheet for your SET.
8.3.4 The tools used for assembling of the SET are indicated in Table 7:

8.4 Safety measures.
8.4.1 All the SET assembling/disassembling and installation works should be performed by at least 2 persons.
8.4.2 The presence of children during the SET mounting and children’s partaking in the SET mounting are prohibited.
8.4.3 The SET assembling should be performed in steps according to the mounting instructions.

I. Install the inserts with supports into the ladder, put on caps item No. 14. Install supports item No. 24, sealings item No. 7.
II. Pull the inserts up to the ceiling level, insert shafts item No. 2, then pull the inserts down. (Pic.5).

8.5.4. Installation of the set
I- Install the set in thrust between the floor and ceiling by means of unscrewing bolts item No. 67. After the upper supports touch
the ceiling make 1-3 rotations of bolt item No. 67 and fix it by nut item No. 77.
II-Move the caps No. 14 down. Insert plugs item No. 87(Pic.6).

8. 7 Mounting quality control.
8.7.1 Using the plummet make sure that the ladder is placed vertically in relation to the floor. In case of deviations, loosen the
bolts item No.67, make sure the ladder is placed vertically (using the plummet) and fix the uprights between the floor and the ceil-
ing by means of bolts.
8.7.2 Test the SET by means of applying loads (75 kg min.) to the bar of the pull-up frame.
Make sure that the SET is steadily installed. When there are gaps between the ceiling and the upper supports item No. 17 you
should additionally thrust the SET apart by screwing out the bolts item No.67 and followed lock in with the nuts item No.77.
9. SAFE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
9.1. THE SET is intended for use by children of 3 years and above.
9.2. Attention! Children using the SET must be supervised by adults.
9.3. User maximum weight is up to 100 kg.
9.4. The SET is intended for use by only one child at the same time.
9.5. Soft covers (mats) should be placed under and around the SET to prevent injuries. The covers should be capable of preventing
injuries considering the maximum height of falling (minimum dimensions: 1,0 x 1,0 x 0,1 m).
9.6 Only one piece of attached equipment may be used at the same time at the SET. The attached equipment (rope, gymnastic rings) are
used for exercises only. Other applications are prohibited (self-fastening and fas-
tening of other children; swinging by the attached equipment, its twisting and un-
twisting).
9.7. Do not attach to the SET the parts and items that are not intended for use with
the SET, such as jumping ropes, washing lines, leads, cables, chains, etc., as they may
lead to a child injuries.
9.8. When making exercises on the SET, children's clothes and shoes must be suitable
for the size. Avoid wearing chains, scarves, hoods, clothes with cords, etc. Serious
injury may be caused by any part of the children’s clothing becoming entangled in the
equipment.
ATTENTION
USING THE SET WITHOUT SHOCK-
ABSORBING COVERS MAY LEAD TO
SERIOUS INJURIES WHEN FALLING.

EXERCISE AND PLAYING TIPS:
Regular playing and exercising on the SET lead to improvement of general physical conditions of a child (posture, appetite,
sleep).
•To develop strength and physical dexterity the following exercises are recommended:
oon the vertical ladder –climbing up and down the ladder, abdominal press exercises;
oon the climbing rope - pulling up on hands, climbing up along the rope;
oon the rings –pull-ups, front (back) handspring, abdominal press exercises.
•Exact types of exercises, volume and intensity of workload must be determined by adults upon consulting with the specialists (doctors,
sport trainers, etc.).
In case of non-compliance with the safety measures and guidelines for the operation of the SET a child can be injured!
10. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECKS AND INSPECTIONS ON BEFORE OPERATION
The following procedures should be done before using the SET:
•Visual inspection of the SET;
•Structural integrity check: make sure that all the components are installed and attached properly.
Failing to perform inspection and examination of the SET may lead to falling or turning over!
11. INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
11.1 Perform visual inspection of the SET each time before using the SET:
•Check the attachment points. If the attachment points are loose, tighten those using standard tools.
Attention! It is strongly prohibited to unscrew the crossbar bolts.
•Check the stability of the joints and supports of the attached equipment made on base of ropes, and cords. Check the integ-
rity of ropes and cords, the absence of wear and damage of fibers of ropes and cords.
•Check the integrity of wooden parts of the attached equipment.
•Make sure that the plastic protection caps are installed onto the fastenings.
•Make sure that the SET and the ladder are installed steadily and firmly.
11.2 Perform functional inspection of the SET once a month. Make sure that the SET is installed steadily and the attachment points are
fastened firmly. Check for displacement of the SET elements: compare the initial position and the current position. Tighten all the screws.
11.3 Perform annual basic inspection.
Replace all the broken component elements with the equivalent original parts produced by the SET Manufacturer.
Replacement of the broken parts by non-original components is dangerous and therefore prohibited.
