Installation Instruction
1. Connect the power cable to the
powersupplyunit.
2. Connect the cable to the payment
terminal.
3.SwitchthedeviceonwiththeOn/
Offbuttonatthetopofthedevice.
4.InserttheSIMcardintotheslotpro-
videdforthispurpose.Ensurethatthe
contactsarefacingdownandthatthe
bevelled corner of the SIM card is po-
sitionedasshown.Youcanthenclose
thecoveragain.*
* SIM card is already inserted in some
terminals.

YournewPAXterminalrunsbydefaultwiththeSIMcardinserted.
Should this fail, the device will automatically search for a WiFi or
aBluetoothconnection,whichmustbeactivatedinadvance.
Activate WiFi
»Pressthe«Menu»button.
» Select Setup>DeviceSettingandconrmwithOK.
» Enter the merchant password 2005.
» Select Connectioncong.>Connectionsettings>WiFisettings.
» Select ScannearbyAPstondthedesiredconnection
»Selecttheconnection.
»EntertheWiFipasswordandconrmwithOK.

Transactions
and Postings
Contactless cards will be issued on
demand. The payment terminal is held
at a distance of less than 4 cm above the
display.
Chip cards are inserted with the chip
forwardpointingintothechipcardreader.
The card must remain in the reader until the
paymentprocessiscompleted.
Magnetic stripe cards are pulled through
quicklyfrombacktofrontwiththemagnetic
stripepointingdowntotheleft.
