Safety instructions 安全说明
Explanation of pictograms on the robot 图标说明
Slippery floor after washing 清洗后地面湿滑。
Breathing apparatus must be fitted with a minimum of a P2 filter which protects
against both solid particles and liquid aerosols. 呼吸装置必须安装至少一个 P2 过
滤器,可以防止固体颗粒和液体气溶胶。
Use protective glasses in the pig house while it is being washed. 在猪舍清洗时佩戴
防护眼镜。
Water is highly electrically conductive.
水具有很强的导电性。
Electricity must be connected away from the wash area. 电源必须远离清洗区域。
General safety instructions 一般安全说明
Read the safety instructions and directions before use. Failure to comply with the safety instructions
and directions will result in the risk of serious injury.
Retain all safety instructions and directions for use later on.
You must stay behind the robot according to its direction of travel while it is in use. When the robot is
in operation all persons must vacate the cleaning area.
使用前请阅读安全说明和指示。不遵守安全说明和指示将导致严重受伤的风险。
保留所有安全说明和指示,供以后使用。
在使用时,您必须根据机器人的行驶方向留在机器人后面。当机器人运行时,所有人都必须离

The work area must be dimensioned so that the robot can operate unhindered in the entire
area you wish to clean.
In order to prevent the robot stopping unintentionally, the floor must be flat and all objects
must be removed.
When the robot is in use all persons must vacate the cleaning area.
The charger wall plug must fit the electrical socket.
The charger wall plug must not be changed under any circumstances.
Do not use adapter plugs together with grounded robots. Plugs that do not fit the wall socket
pose a risk of electric shocks.
必须对工作区域进行规整,以便机器人能够不受阻碍地在您希望清洁的整个区域运行。为
了防止机器人工作受阻,工作区域地面必须水平,障碍物被移除。当机器人使用时,所有

Setting up the Robot for operation 机器人使用前的设置
For manual transportation, use the included dolly.
Hook the dolly to the tow bar, and tilt it until the
front wheels lift from the ground. Now you can
easily move the robot.
手动运输时,使用已配好的推车。将推车钩到
牵引杆上,并倾斜直至前轮从地面抬起从而使
机器人可以轻松被移动。
You are able to both pull and push the robot with
the attached dolly, making it easy to move
between buildings.
您可以使用附加的推车拉动和推动机器人,便
于在建筑物之间移动。
Mount the arms by loosening the two locking
handles (1). Take the arm from the parking
position and push it inside the square tube on top
of the robot (2). Make sure the sensor lights up to
signal correct seating (3)
Arm should be turned as depicted, where the
nozzle is downward in relation to the handle.
安装清洗臂前先松开两个锁紧手柄(1)。将清洗
臂取出,将其推入机器人顶部的方形管内(2),
确保传感器信号灯亮起,以指示连接到位(3)。
清洗臂应按图示安装,使喷嘴朝向下方。
When both arms are mounted correctly, tighten
the two locking handles.

Setting up the Robot for operation 机器人使用前的设置
Release the handle for the floor connection pipe by turning it
outwards and letting it slide down, exposing the high pressure hose
connection.
解锁手柄,向外转动手柄并让供水管滑下,露出底部的高压水
管接口。
Connect the high pressure hose to the coupling. Make sure it is
seated and locked.
将高压水管接好。确保连接到位并锁定。
Lock the floor connection pipe handle using the locking bracket.
Now the pipe i fixed in bottom position.
将供水管手柄锁紧,使水管固定在机器底部。
Open the pressure releaf valve for 5-10 sec. to ensure no air
pockets are present in the system, and that water is flowing freely.
Make sure the high pressure pump is turned on before doing this.
打开减压阀 5-10 秒,确保系统内没有气泡,管道内的水能自
由流动。在此操作之前,请确保高压泵已打开。

Make sure the drive motor belt tensioner handle is
in locked position.
Unlock the drive motor belt tensioner handle When
you need to transport the robot manually (Page 6)

Open the lid to operate the HMI panel.
2.
Turn the robot ’ON’ by twisting the ON/OFF
button to ’ON’ position
3.
Choose the program you want the robot to
perform from the dropdown list.
4. Press ’play’ to start the chosen program. Further
instructions on operating the HMI panel can be
found in next chapter (page 9)

have chosen

Charging the robot 给机器人充电
Pull the charging cable out from the cable
compartment and plug it into a suitable wall
outlet.
将充电电缆从电缆仓中拉出,并插入合适
的插座。
When connected check that the charge lights
are lit as follows:
当连接充电电缆时充电指
示灯含义如下:
Green: Connected to power (constant lighting)
绿灯:电源指示灯,常亮代表电源已连接
Yellow:STATUS
When the LED is blinking slowly, the battery
will be approximately 80% charged and may
be returned into operation if required.
When the LED is illuminated, the battery will
be fully (100%) charged and is ready to be re-
turned into operation.
When LED is off the battery is fully charged.
黄灯:状态指示灯
黄灯缓慢闪烁时,电池电量即将达到 80%。
黄灯亮起时,电池即将完全充满。
黄灯熄灭时,充电完成。
The battery can be left on continuous charge
for an extended duration.
电池可以长时间持续充电。
Disconnect the AC power cable from the mains
power outlet at any time to stop charging.
可随时断开电源停止充电。

Using alternative bracket for hose 使用清洗臂上的支架固定高压水管
If you need to place the hose on the wash
arms, we have prepared a bracket on each
arm for easy connection.
The typical use of this position is when the
floor slates are in same direction as the
robot. The hose in bottom position, can get
stuck in the ribs. You can freely use either left
or right side.
当地板缝隙与机器人运行方向相同时,地
面上的水管可能卡在缝隙中。此时可将高
压水管通过支架固定在清洗臂上。左侧或
右侧清洗臂均可使用。
Hose bracket locks the connector (dark blue)
in to position.
支架将水管接头(深蓝色)锁定。
Hose is lifted clear of the floor.
高压水管被架起。

From here you can choose: Program/ Start selected
program / Stop selected program / Pause selected
program / Select active wash arms

From here you can select the program you
want the robot to perform. Mark the program
and press √. For more details about the
programs please read page 13
从这里您可以选择您希望机器人执行的清
洗程序。选中程序代号并按下”√”按钮。有

Start selected program 启动所选程序
Pressing the ’Play’ button will start the robot,
the chosen program, shown at the top.
Play button turns green, stop and pau- se
becomes active.
按下"开始"按钮将启动机器人,所选定的程
序显示在顶部。开始按钮变成绿色,停止
和暂停按钮被激活。
Select active wash arm(s) 选择启动清洗臂
By tapping on the robot pictogram, you can
choose to activate only one wash arm. One
tap is left, two taps is right and a third tap will
activate both again.
通过点击机器人图标您可以选择只激活一
个洗臂。点击 1 次激活左清洗臂,点击 2
次激活右清洗臂,点击 3 次激活两侧的清
洗臂。

Storing the robot 机器人的存放
1. Wash the robot to remove all dirt from surface,
wheels, fittings etc.
2. Store the robot in an ammoniac free environment
3. Grease the robot every 3 months or 250 hrs operation
4. Use spray lube on connection parts
5. Follow the maintenance schedule
1. 清洗机器人以清除表面、车轮、配件等的所有污垢。
2. 将机器人存放时避免接触

Extension arms 扩展臂
If your robot have extension arms, they are
placed in brackets on the side of the robot.
如果您的机器人有扩展臂,则它们被放
置在机器人的侧面。
Lift the extension arm from the bracket. Mount
the extension arm by sliding it into the profile on
the robot, until it is seated at the bottom of the
profile.
将扩展臂从支架上取下,将其滑
入位于机器人上方的底座,直到它位于
底座的底部
Loosen the rubber band that fixes the washarm
cables to accomodate the extended reach of the
washarms.
松开固定清洗臂电缆的橡胶
