carefully read this instruction book, and keep it available for future use, so that you
may take best advantage of the many useful features of the Wertheim Steam Mop.

When using your Steam Mop, basic safety precautions should always be observed,
including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using your steam mop.
2. Do not use outdoors.
3. Do not leave the appliance unattended when plugged in. Always unplug the power
cord from the electrical outlet when not in use and before servicing.
4. Do not allow the appliance to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when
used by or near children, pets or plants.
5. Use only as described in this manual.
6. Use only manufacturer’s recommended accessories.
7. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged plug or cord, or if the unit has been
dropped or damaged. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble or
attempt to repair the appliance on your own. Return the appliance to for examination and
repair. Incorrect re-assembly or repair can cause a risk of
electrical shock or injury to persons when the appliance is used.
8. To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not immerse the steam mop into water
or any other liquids.
9. Do not pull or carry by power cord, use power cord as handle, close a door on the
power cord, or pull the power cord around sharp edges or corners. Keep power
cord away from heated surfaces.
10. Do not handle plug or steam mop with wet hands or operate appliance without
shoes.
11. Do not put any objects into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked.
12. Do not put hands or feet under the steam mop. Unit gets very hot.
13. Do not add cleaning solutions, scented perfumes, oils or any other chemicals to the
water used in this appliance as this may damage the unit or make it unsafe for use and void
manufactures warranty. If you live in a hard water area, we recommend using distilled water
in your steam mop.
14. Do not use on unsealed timber floors.
15. Do not use the steamer in one spot, may cause damage to the floor.

HOW TO USE
When you connect the plug to outlet, the operation indicator LED blinks once and let you
know power is properly connected.
ASSEMBLY AND POWER
1. After aligning the floor cleaning nozzle with holes on the body, snap the nozzle until it is
completely attached to the body.
2. After filling the water tank turn the Ezcap to Closed then attach to the steamer.
3. When you set the power switch attached on the hand grip to ON and hold the hand grip,
steam will be sprayed. First steam spray takes place in 15 seconds and it takes more time
for the cleaning pad to be soaked enough to clean the surface.
• Please refill water before using the product.
4. If you need stronger steam, press the turbo spray button.
5. If you release the hand grip or set the power switch to OFF, steam spray will stop.

ATTACHING A REGULAR DUST CLOTH
When using regular dust cloth, you can attach it with the fixing holder for regular dust cloth.
Do not pile more than 3 layers of dust clothes. This may cause low cleaning performance or
damage to the fixing holder.
Using a regular dust cloth.
1. Please cut the edges of dust cloth.
2. After cutting the edges as same size as shown in the picture, fold them in direction of the
arrows and attach the dust cloth to the fixing holder.
ATTACH STEAM CLEANING PAD
Attach the cleaning pad to the floor cleaning nozzle.
• Set the power switch to OFF before attaching.

HOW TO REFILL WATER
IMPORTANT: Before refilling water, stop operation of the product and set the power switch
to OFF If the water tank is empty, the pump will be idling for 20~30 seconds.
The operation indicator lamp will flash rapidly and the unit will turn off.
1. Please set the power switch to OFF
2. Detach the water tank and open the Ezcap before refilling.
• When refilling water, please use the Ezcap. Only use the bottom cap when cleaning the
water tank - Do not open the bottom cap in regular use.
CLEANING THE WATER TANK
a. If the silicon is detached, please reattach it before using the product.
b. If the cap connector is detached, please reattach it before using the product.
• If the silicon or the cap connector is not properly attached, this may cause malfunction.
3. Please close the Ezcap in direction of the arrow as shown in the picture.
• If the Ezcap is not completely closed, water may leak when using the product.
• If the Ezcap is placed horizontally with ‘
- ’ shape, it means the cap is closed.
4. Please set the power switch to ON before operating the product.

CLEANING WITH TURBO SPRAYING STEAM
1) After setting the power switch to ON and holding the hand grip, please spray regular
steam for 20 seconds.
2) Spray strong steam to an object to be cleaned by pressing the turbo spray button.
• Strong steam will be sprayed while you are pressing the turbo button.
• When the turbo spray is used, steam temperature is maintained at little lower than the
highest temperature (100C°).
• Please use the turbo spray only for cleaning piled up dirt and wipe remained water in the
nozzle with dry dust cloth.
3) If you want to use regular steam, simply release the turbo button then, regular steam will
be sprayed again.
• Do not use on stained area for long periods of time as this may cause damage to the surface.
• If you use the product in turbo mode for longer than two minutes, it will automatically go
back to normal steam mode for user safety.

CLEANING CARPET/ SOFA/ STUFFED ANIMALS/ TOYS (Sterilization or Partial Cleaning)
1) Remove the floor cleaning nozzle by pressing the nozzle release button on back
of the body.
2) Please set the power switch to ON when cleaning.
• Steamed inner nozzle may cause to 3 to 4 drops of hot water.
• Do not use turbo mode.
SEALED TIMBER/ LAMINATED HARD FLOORS
1) Please attach Wertheim steam cleaner’s cleaning pad or regular cleaning cloth to the floor
cleaning nozzle.
• When attaching or detaching, make sure that the power switch is set to OFF .
• When detaching/attaching the cleaning pad or dust cloth the power switch must be set to
OFF.
2) Set the power switch to ON and hold the hand grip.
• If you release the hand grip, the product may not be operated even if the power switch
is set to ON
3) You can begin cleaning when steam starts spraying.
• When you clean 66m2 ~99m2or larger floor, please use two Wertheim steam cleaner
cleaning pads.
• After finishing cleaning, please wash the used cleaning pad and cloth.
NOTE:
• If you want to remove piled up dirt or stain, place the floor cleaning nozzle on it and gently
rub it to remove. If piled up dirt or stain is not removed, repeat the process several times.
• If you place the floor cleaning nozzle on one spot or clean one area for long time to remove
piled up dirt, oil dirt or stain, this may cause damage to floor.

SURFACE TYPE & OBJECT TO BE CLEANED
Laminated Floors
It is easier to clean the floor when slowly moving the floor cleaning nozzle. If you rub area
with piled up dirt or stain for two to three times, it will be removed. However, using the
product on a floor covered with laminate or vinyl for long time may cause deformation of the
floor due to its low heat-resistance characteristic.
Carpet/ Sofa
Please check cleaning instructions of your carpet before cleaning with steam. Clean the carpet
after removing the nozzle and set the power switch to ON . You can sterilize the carpet and
kill house dust mites just by steaming from a little distance.
Tile
Slowly move the nozzle to clean dirt on tiles. If you want to clean from edge to edge or
crevices, spray steam using the focused spray nozzle and gently swipe the area with a brush.
When cleaning in turbo mode, wipe remained water on the floor with dry dust cloth.
Stuffed Animals/ Toys, Etc
Please detach the nozzle and set the power switch to ON before using the product.
• Steamed inner nozzle may cause to 3 to 4 drops of hot water.
• Do not use turbo mode.
Hardwood Sealed Floor
Please do not steam on one spot since some woods cannot resist change in
temperature and humidity. Clean the floor with caution otherwise wood coating may be
removed as well.

HOW TO USE THE CLEANING PIN
• Clean the product once a week using automatic self-cleaning mode and cleaning pin. This
may prevent decrease in cleaning and performance.
1) Clean the steam jet nozzle with the cleaning pin after detaching the floor cleaning nozzle
from the body.
AUTOMATIC SELF-CLEANING MODE
After detaching the nozzle, set the power switch to OFF and hold the hand grip while pressing
the turbo spray button for longer than 5 seconds
• After pressing the turbo spray button for 5 seconds, the product will be in automatic self-
cleaning mode with strong steam and water. Please use the automatic self-cleaning mode in
a safe place such as bathroom since steam and water will be discharged.
• To maintain optimum performance level, please press the turbo spray button for longer than
one minute when cleaning the product.
• To stop cleaning, release the turbo spray button.

Before attaching Wertheim steam cleaner’s cleaning pad or regular cleaning cloth, make sure
it is dried. When replacing Wertheim steam cleaner s cleaning pad or regular cleaning cloth,
set the power switch to OFF
1. You can easily attach or detach Wertheim steam cleaner s cleaning pad using the Velcro
• Let the product cool down before replacing Wertheim steam cleaner s cleaning pad or
regular cleaning cloth since it may be hot right after being used with the product.
• Please add it by using affixed holders of floor cleaning nozzle when using a floorcloth.
2. Wash the cleaning pad with soap or detergent in clean water after use and dry it in the
shade before reuse.

Before attaching Wertheim steam cleaner’s cleaning pad or regular cleaning cloth, make sure
it is dried. When replacing Wertheim steam cleaner’s cleaning pad or regular cleaning cloth,
set the power switch to OFF
1. Please set the power switch to OFF and disconnect the plug from outlet.
2. Clean a pad or a floor cloth soon after using.
• Please detach and wash used cleaning cloth. If you place unwashed cloth for long time,
it may be rotted and cause odor.
3. Please do not store the floor cleaning nozzle on the floor
• If you place the hot nozzle on the floor, it may cause damage to the floor.
4. If you do not use the product for long period of time, please empty the water tank.
• You can easily detach the water tank from the body when you remove remained water
from the tank.

Though the product is not out of order, it may not work properly due to inexperienced use of
the product or other insignificant reasons. If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved
quite easily when the cause is found by using the check list below without being assisted by
the service center. If your problem continues to resist after checking the lists, please contact
your local service center.

been fully tested, inspected and adjusted,
carries in the case of domestic users, a two
year parts and labour guarantee against
defects. This product is warranted 90 days
for commercial usage.
This cleaner is intended for domestic
household use only.
Brushes and filters, unless actually
defective in manufacture are not subject
to this guarantee since their length of
life depends upon usage and care given.
Any transportation costs involved in the
repair of the appliance or the replacement
of a defective part shall be borne by the
claimant.
This guarantee commences from the date
of purchase of the cleaner.
When properly use and cared for, your new
cleaner will render excellent service, and
therefore, the purchaser should carefully
read the instruction book, as misuse or
failure to follow the instructions makes this
guarantee void.
It also becomes void if the product is used
on an electric voltage other than that
shown on the rating plate.
