Il sollevatore viene spedito smontato nei seguenti pezzi:

Il sollevatore viene inviato in una gabbia di legno (Figura 1) del peso
medio di circa 1800 Kg.
SOLLEVAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE
Le gabbie in legno possono essere sollevate e spostate sia con carrelli
elevatori (fig.1) che con gru o carriponte (fig.2). Nel caso di movimenta-
zione con gru o carriponte, le gabbie devono essere sempre imbragate
con minimo 2 fasce.

I mezzi scelti devono essere idonei al sollevamento e allo sposta-
mento in sicurezza, tenendo conto di dimensioni, peso, baricentro,
sporgenze e parti delicate da non danneggiare.
STOCCAGGIO
Gli imballi devono sempre essere conservati in luoghi coperti e protetti,
a temperature comprese fra -10°C e +40°C. e non devono essere espo-
sti ai raggi diretti del sole.
IMPILAMENTO DEI PACCHI
Il tipo di imballo previsto prevede la possibilità di impilare in magazzino
fino ad 8 gabbie una sull’altra, purchè vengano correttamente disposte
ed assicurate contro la caduta.
Nei cassoni dei camion o nei containers si possono impilare fino a 3
gabbie, purchè vengano reggiate bene ed assicurate contro la ca-
duta.

PACKING
The lift is shipped disassembled into the following parts:

The lift is dispatched in a wooden crate (Fig.1), weighing approx. 1800
kg.
LIFTING AND HANDLING
The wooden crates may be lifted and moved with a lift truck (Fig.1) cra-
ne or bridge crane (Fig.2). If either of the latter two are used, crates
must be harnessed with at least 2 slings.
The equipment chosen must be suitable for safe lifting and
moving, bearing in mind the dimensions and weight.
STORAGE
Packed machinery must always be kept in a covered, protected
place, at a temperature between -10° and +40°, and must not be
exposed to direct sunlight.
CRATE STACKING
The type of packing allows the possibility of stacking up to 8
crates.
Up to 3 crates may be stacked one upon the other on lorries or in conta-
iners if properly positioned and provided they are restrained to pre-
vent falling.

EMBALLAGE
L’élévateur est expédié démonté, et se compose des éléments suivants:

L’élévateur est livré dans une caisse en bois (figure 1) d’un poids mo-
yen de 1800 kg environ.
MANUTENTION
Les caisses en bois peuvent être soulevées et déplacées à l’aide d’un cha-
riot élévateur (Fig.1), d’une grue ou d’un pont roulant (fig. 2). Dans ces der-
niers cas, les caisses devront toujours être entourées d’au moins deux élin-
gues. Fig.2
Les moyens adoptés devront être adaptés à une manutention en toute
sécurité, en tenant compte des dimensions, du poids, du centre de
gravité, des parties en saillie et des éléments fragiles à ne pas détério-
rer.
STOCKAGE
Les emballages devront toujours être stockés dans des endroits couverts et
protégés, à des températures comprises entre -10°C et +40°C et à l’abri du
rayonnement direct du soleil.
EMPILAGE DES COLIS
Le type d’emballage adopté permet d’empiler en magasin jusqu’à 8 caisses
l’une sur l’autre, pourvu qu’elles soient correcte ment placées et assurées
contre tout risque de chute.Dans les camions ou les conteneurs, il est possi-
ble d’empiler jusqu’à 3 caisses, pourvu qu’elles soient sanglées et assurées
contre tout risque de chute

Die Hebebühne wird in folgende Teile zerlegt geliefert:

Die Hebebühne wird in eine Holzkiste verpackt geliefert.
Durchschnittsgewicht ca. 1800 kg (Abb.1).
HUB UND BEWEGUNG
Die Holzkisten können sowohl mit Gabelstaplern (Abb.1), als mit
Kränen oder Laufkränen (Abb.2) gehoben werden. Beim Transport
mittels Kränen oder Laufkränen müssen die Kisten immer mit minde-
stens zwei Gurten gehoben werden.Abb.2
Die gewählten Hubmittel müssen für den Hub und die Verschie-
bung unter Sicherheitsbedingungen geeignet sein. Dabei ist den
Abmessungen, dem Gewicht, dem Schwerpunkt, den überstehen-
den Teilen und den empfindlichen Teilen große 1 Kit Ausdehnung
mit Säulen Hydraulikschläuche:Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken.
LAGERUNG
Das Verpackungsmaterial muß immer in überdachten Räumen bei
einer zwischen -10°C und +40°C liegenden Temperatur gelagert
werden. Das Verpackungsmaterial darf nicht dem direkten Sonnenlicht
ausgesetzt werden.
STAPELN DER PAKETE
Das vorgesehene Verpackungsmaterial sieht die Möglichkeit vor,
im Speicher bis zu 8 Kisten übereinander zu stapeln. In diesem
Fall sind die Kisten mit Gurten gegen ein Umstürzen abzusichern.
Auf LKW’s oder in Containern können bis zu drei Kisten aufeinanderge-
stellt werden. In diesem Fall sind die Kisten mit Bandeisen
gegen ein Umstürzen abzusichern.

APERTURA DEGLI IMBALLI
All’arrivo verificare che la macchina non abbia subito danni durante il
trasporto e che ci siano tutti i pezzi indicati nella lista di spedizione.
Le gabbie devono essere aperte adottando tutte le precauzioni per evi-
tare danni alle macchine e ai loro componenti (evitare cadute di pezzi
dalla gabbia durante l’apertura).
ELIMINAZIONE DELL’IMBALLO
Il legno della gabbia può essere riutilizzato o riciclato.
INTRODUZIONE
IATTENZIONE
Questo manuale è stato scritto per il personale di officina addetto
all’uso del sollevatore (operatore) e per il tecnico addetto alla ma-
nutenzione ordinaria (manutentore) pertanto, prima di effettuare
qualsiasi operazione sul sollevatore e/o sul suo imballaggio, oc-
corre leggere attentamente tutto il manuale, poichè esso contiene
informazioni importanti per:
- LA SICUREZZA DELLE PERSONE addette all’uso ed alla manu-
tenzione ordinaria,
- LA SICUREZZA DEL SOLLEVATORE,
- LA SICUREZZA DEI VEICOLI SOLLEVATI.
CONSERVAZIONE DEL MANUALE
Il manuale è parte integrante del sollevatore e deve sempre accom-
pagnarlo, anche in caso di vendita.
Esso deve sempre essere conservato in vicinanza del sollevatore, in lu-
ogo facilmente accessibile.
L’operatore ed il manutentore devono poterlo reperire e consultare rapi-
damente in qualsiasi momento.
SI RACCOMANDA, IN PARTICOLARE, UNA LETTURA ATTENTA E
RIPETUTA DEL CAPITOLO 3, CHE CONTIENE IMPORTANTI
INFORMAZIONI E AVVISI RELATIVI ALLA SICUREZZA.

OPENING THE CRATES
When the crates arrive, check that the machine has not been
damaged during transport and that all parts listed are present.
The crates must be opened using all possible precautionary
measures to avoid damaging the machine or its parts. Make sure that
parts do not fall from the crate during opening.
DISPOSAL OF CRATES
The wood of the crates may be re-used or recycled.

expert in the use of the lift (operator) and technicians
responsible for routine maintenance (maintenance fitter); read the
manual before carrying out any operation with the lift and/or the
packing. This manual contains important
information regarding:

LIFT SAFETY,
THE SAFETY OF LIFTED VEHICLES
CONSERVING THE MANUAL
The manual is an integral part of the lift , which it should
always accompany , even if the unit is sold.
The manual must be kept in the vicinity of the lift, in an easily
accessible place.
The operator and maintenance staff must be able to locate and consult
the manual quickly and at any time.
ATTENTIVE AND REPEATED READING OF CHAPTER 3, WHICH
CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND SAFETY WARNINGS,
IS PARTICULARLY RECOMMENDED.

A la réception, s’assurer que le matériel n’ait subi aucune avarie durant le
transport et que tous les éléments indiqués sur le bordereau de colisage so-
ient présents.
Les caisses devront être ouvertes en prenant toutes précautions afin d’éviter
d’endommager leur contenu (éviter de faire tomber des éléments de l’éléva-
teur en ouvrant la caisse).
ÉLIMINATION DE L’EMBALLAGE
Le bois de la caisse peut être réutilisé ou recyclé.

Ce manuel a été rédigé pour le personnel d’atelier affecté à l’utilisation
de l’élévateur (opérateur) et pour l’agent affecté à l’entretien courant,

ÖFFNEN DER KISTEN
Bei der Ankuft der Kisten ist zu kontrollieren, daß die Maschine keine
Transportschäden aufweist und daß alle in den Versandunterlagen
aufgeführten Teile vorhanden sind.
Die Kisten müssen vorsichtig geöffnet werden, um Personenschäden
und eine Beschädigung der Maschinenteile zu vermeiden
(aufpassen, daß keine Teile aus der Kiste auf den Boden fallen).
ENTSORGUNG DES VERPACKUNGSMATERIALS
Das Kistenholz kann wiederverwendet werden und ist recyclefähig.

ACHTUNG
Dieses Handbuch wurde für das mit der Bedienung der Hebebühne
beauftragte Werkstattpersonal (Bediener) und für den mit der Wartung
beauftragten Techniker verfaßt. Daher ist vor jedem Eingriff an der He-
bebühne oder an dem Verpackungsmaterial aufmerksam dieses Han-
dbuch zu lesen, denn dieses enthält wichtige Informationen für:
- DIE SICHERHEIT DER MIT DER BEDIENUNG UND DER
WARTUNG beauftragten Personen
- DIE SICHERHEIT DER HEBEBÜHNE
- DIE SICHERHEIT DER GEHOBENEN FAHRZEUGE
AUFBEWAHRUNG DES HANDBUCHES
Das Handbuch stellt ein Teil der Hebebühne dar und muß diese
immer begleiten, auch wenn die Hebebühne verkauft wird.
Das Handbuch muß immer an einem leicht zugänglichen Ort in der
Nähe der Hebebühne aufbewahrt werden.
Der Bediener und die mit der Wartung beauftragte Person müssen
das Handbuch jederzeit zur Verfügung haben.

Il sollevamento, il trasporto, il disimballo, il montaggio, l’installazione e
la messa in servizio, la taratura e le registrazioni iniziali, la manutenzio-
ne STRAORDINARIA, la riparazione, la revisione, lo spostamento e lo
smantellamento del sollevatore devono essere eseguiti dai tecnici spe-
cializzati dei RIVENDITORI AUTORIZZATI o dei CENTRI
ASSISTENZA AUTORIZZATI dal Costruttore (vedere centro assisten-
za autorizzato indicato nel frontespizio):
Il costruttore non risponde di alcun danno a persone, veicoli od
oggetti causati dagli interventi sopracitati se effettuati da persona-
le non autorizzato o da un uso improprio o non consentito del sol-
levatore.
Per tutte queste attività vengono indicati, nel presente manuale, soltan-
to gli aspetti (operativi e di sicurezza) che possono essere utili anche
all’operatore ed al manutentore per comprendere meglio la struttura ed
il funzionamento del sollevatore e per un suo migliore utilizzo.
Per comprendere il linguaggio adottato nel presente manuale, l’operato-
re deve possedere esperienza specifica nelle attività di officina, di assi-
stenza, manutenzione e riparazione dei veicoli nonchè la capacità di in-
terpretare correttamente i disegni e le descrizioni riportate nel manuale
e la conoscenza delle norme antinfortunistiche generali e specifiche vi-
genti nel paese in cui viene installato il sollevatore.
Gli stessi criteri valgono per la scelta del tecnico manutentore che do-
vrà, inoltre, possedere le conoscenze tecniche specifiche e specialisti-
che (meccaniche, elettriche) necessarie per effettuare in sicurezza gli
interventi previsti nel manuale.
Nel testo del manuale troverete spesso le diciture “operatore” e “ma-
nutentore” il cui significato è il seguente:
OPERATORE: persona addetta all’uso del sollevatore.
MANUTENTORE: persona addetta alla manutenzione ordinaria del sol-
levatore.
The lifting, transport, unpacking, assembling, installation, starting up,
initial adjustment and testing, EXTRAORDINARY
maintenance, repair, overhauls, transport and dismantling of the lift
must be performed by specialised personnel from the LICENSED
DEALER or a SERVICE CENTRE authorised by the
manufacturer (see authorised dealer on frontispiece).
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for injury to persons
or damage to vehicles or objects when any of the above mentioned
operations has been performed by unauthorised personnel or
when the rack has been subject to improper use.
This manual indicates only the operative and safety aspects that may
prove useful to the operator and maintenance worker, in
better understanding the structure and operation of the lift and for best
use .
In order to understand the terminology used in this manual, the operator
must have specific experience in workshop, service,
maintenance and repair activities, the ability to interpret correctly the
drawings and descriptions contained in the manual and be
acquainted with the general and specific safety rules relevant to the co-
untry in which the machine has been installed.
The same applies to the maintenance fitter, who must also
possess specific and specialised knowledge (mechanical,
engineering) needed to perform the operations described in the manual
in complete safety.
The words “operator” and “maintenance fitter” used in this
manual are construed as follows:
OPERATOR: person authorised to use the lift
MAINTENANCE FITTER: person authorised for routine
maintenance of the lift.

TECHNIQUES AGRÉÉS par le constructeur (voir l’adresse indiquée en
première page).
Le constructeur dégage toute responsabilité concernant les dom-
mages aux personnes, véhicules et biens causés par les interven-
tions citées ci-dessus si elles sont effectuées par un personnel
non autorisé ou par une utilisation de l’élévateur inadaptée et non
prévue.
Pour toutes ces opérations, ne sont seulement indiqués dans ce manuel que
les aspects (méthode et sécurité) qui peuvent être utiles à l’opérateur et à
l’agent d’entretien pour mieux comprendre la structure et le fonctionnement
de l’élévateur et pour une meilleure utilisation.
Pour comprendre les termes utilisés dans le présent manuel, l’opérateur doit
posséder un expérience spécifique dans le domaine de l’atelier, le dépanna-
ge, l’entretien et la réparation des véhicules, ainsi que la capacité à interpré-
ter les dessins et descriptions présents dans ce manuel, et la connaissance
des normes de prévention des accidents du travail et des règlements spécifi-
ques en vigueur dans le pays où est installé l’élévateur.
Les mêmes critères sont à prendre en considération pour le choix de l’agent
d’entretien qui devra, en plus, posséder les connaissances spécifiques et
spécialisées (mécanique, électricité) nécessaires pour effectuer en toute sé-
curité les interventions prévues dans ce manuel.
Dans le texte de ce manuel, vous trouverez souvent les mots “opérate-
ur” et “agent d’entretien” dont la signification est la suivante:
OPÉRATEUR: personne affectée à l’utilisation de l’élévateur
AGENT D’ENTRETIEN: personne affectée à l’entretien courant de l’é-
lévateur.

nahme, Eichung und Ersteinstellungen,
AUSSERGEWÖHNLICHE Wartung, Reparatur, Überholung, firmenin-
terner
Transport und Abrüstung der Hebebühne müssen von
Fachmännern der vom Hersteller ZUGELASSENEN
KUNDENDIENSTSTELLEN ausgeführt werden (siehe auf der Titelseite
angegebenes Kundendienstzentrum).
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Personen- und Sachschäden, die auf
die o.g. Eingriffe zurückzuführen sind, falls diese von nicht zuge-
lassenem Personal ausgeführt wurden oder auf einen unsachgem-
äßen Gebrauch der Hebebühne beruhen.
Für all diese Eingriffe wird im vorliegenden Handbuch nur auf die
Aspekte (Bedienung und Sicherheit) eingegangen, die auch für
den Bediener und den Wartungsfachmann nützlich sind, damit
diese besser über den Betrieb und die Wartung der Hebebühne
unterrichtet sind.
Zum Verständnis der in diesem Handbuch verwendeten Fachbegriffe
muß der Bediener über eine spezifische Werkstatt-Fachkenntnis
sowie über eine Fachkenntnis bei der Wartung und der Reparatur der Fah-
rzeuge verfügen. Er muß ferner in der Lage sein, die in diesem Handbuch
enthaltenen Zeichnungen und Beschreibungen korrekt auslegen zu können
und über die allgemeinen und spezifischen Unfallverhütungs maßnahmen
des jeweiligen Landes, in dem die Hebebühne aufgestellt wird, unterrichtet
sein. Die gleichen Kriterien gelten auch für den Wartungsfachmann, der
ferner auch über die technischen Spezifikationen und fachbezogenen
Kenntnisse (mechanische, elektrische Fachkenntnisse) verfügen muß, die
für die Ausführung der in diesem Handbuch vorgesehenen Eingriffe unter
Sicherheitsbedingungen erforderlich sind.
Im Text dieses Handbuches werden oft die Begriffe “Bediener”
und “Wartungsfachmann” verwendet. Diese Begriffe besitzen folgende
Bedeutung:
BEDIENER: Person, die mit dem Bedienen der Hebebühne
beschäftigt ist.
WARTUNGSFACHMANN: Person, die mit der Wartung der Hebebühne be-
auftragt ist.

CAP.1. DESCRIZIONE DELLA
MACCHINA
Il sollevatore elettroidraulico a 2 colonne è fisso, cioè ancorato al suolo
ed è progettato e costruito per il sollevamento e lo stazionamento in
quota di autoveicoli e furgoni.
Il sollevatore è composto, principalmente da :
·gruppo struttura fissa (colonne e trave superiore)
·gruppi mobili ( carrelli + bracci )
·gruppi di sollevamento (2 cilindri idraulici + centralina);
·quadro comando
·sicurezze.
Nelle figure 3 e 4 sono indicate le varie parti che compongono il solle-
vatore e le zone di lavoro consentite e riservate al personale addetto,
attorno al sollevatore stesso.
Lato comando: è il lato del sollevatore che comprende la zona riserva-
ta all’operatore in cui si accede al quadro comandi
Lato servizio: è il lato opposto a quello comando.
GRUPPO STRUTTURA FISSA (Vedere Fig.4)
E’ costituito da :
·2 Colonne, una lato comando (1) e una lato servizio (2), in lamiera di
acciaio piegata, alla cui base è saldata una piastra con fori per il fis-
saggio al pavimento mediante tasselli di ancoraggio.
All’interno di ogni colonna si trovano i gruppi mobili di sollevamento
dell’automezzo.
Alla colonna comando sono fissati il quadro elettrico
di azionamento e la centralina idraulica.
·Una trave superiore (3) in lamiera piegata che, me-
diante bullonatura,collega le colonne nella loro
estremità superiore.
CHAPTER 1 DESCRIPTION OF THE
MACHINE
The 2-post electro-hydraulic lift is a fixed installation. This means that it
is anchored to the ground and designed and built for lifting and positio-
ning automobiles and vans at a certain height off the ground.
The lift consists of the following main parts:
·fixed structure (posts + upper beam);
·mobile units (carriage + arms);
·lift units (2 hydraulic cylinders + power unit);
·control box;
·safety devices.
Figures 3 and 4 illustrate the various parts of the lift and the work areas
reserved for use by operators around the lift.
Command side: this side of the lift includes the area reserved for the
operator to access the control box.
Service side: this is the opposite side to the command side.
FIXED STRUCTURE (Fig.4)
This structure consists of:
·2 Posts, (service and command side post) built with bent steel plate.
The base is welded to a drilled
plate to be anchored to the floor. The electric control box and the
hydraulic power unit are attached to the command post.
Inside each post are the moving parts to lift the vehicles.
The control panel and the hydraulic unit are fixed to the command
post.
·An upper beam (3) built with bent steel plate, connecting the upper
posts with bolts.

Chap.1 DESCRIPTION DE
L’APPAREIL
L’élévateur électro-hydraulique à 2 colonnes est fixe, c’est à dire ancré au
sol. Il a été conçu et construit pour l’élévation et le maintient en hauteur de
véhicules automobiles et de fourgonnettes. Les principaux éléments qui
composent l’élévateur sont les suivants
·la structure fixe (colonne et poutre supérieure)
·les unités mobiles ( chariots + bras )
·les unités de levage (2 vérins hydrauliques + centrale)
·le tableau de commande
·les dispositifs de sécurité.
Sur la figure 3 et 4 sont indiquées les différentes parties qui composent l’élé-
vateur ainsi que les zones réservées à l’évolution du personnel autour de l’é-
lévateur même.
Côté commandes: côté de l’élévateur qui comprend la zone réservée à l’o-
pérateur et de laquelle on accède au coffret de commande.
Côté service: côté opposé à celui des commandes.
GROUPE STRUCTURE FIXE (Fig. 4)
Il est constitué de:
·Colonnes, une côté commande (1) et une côté service (2), en tôle
d’acier ondulée, avec une plaque soudée à la base pour l’ancrage au
sol avec des chevilles.
Chaque colonne loge les unités mobiles de levage du véhicule.Le
coffret électrique d’actionnement et la centrale hydrauliquesont fixés
à la colonne de commande.
·Une poutre supérieure (3) en tôle ondulée, fixée par des boulons, relie les
colonnes à leur extrémité supérieure.
KAP.1 MASCHINENBESCHREIBUNG
Die elektrohydraulische Hebebühne mit 2 Säulen ist feststehend,
d.h. sie ist am Boden verankert und wurde für das Heben und
Anhalten von PKW’s und Lieferwagen in gehobener Position entwickelt
und hergestellt.
Die Hebebühne besteht hauptächlich aus:
·Feststehende Struktur (Säulen+obener Balken)
·Gruppe (Arme + Schlitten)
·Hubaggregat (2 hydraulische Zylinder+hydraulische Einheit)
·Steuertafel
·Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
Auf Abbildungen 3 und 4 sind die verschiedenen, die Hebebühne
bildenden Teile sowie die zulässigen, dem zuständigen Personal
vorbehaltenen Arbeitsbereiche um die Hebebühne dargestellt.
Steuerseite: Ist die Seite der Hebebühne, die den dem Bediener
vorbehaltenen Bereich, über den man Zugang zur Steuertafel
erhält, umfaßt.
Betriebsseite: Ist die der Steuerseite gegenüberliegende Seite. Abb. 3
FESTSTEHENDE STRUKTUR (Abb. 4)
Die feststehende Struktur besteht aus
:
·2 Säulen (Steuerseite -1- und Betriebseite -2-) aus gebogenem
Stahlblech, an deren Sockel eine Platte mit Bohrungen geschweißt ist,
die zur Befestigung mittels Abspanndübel am Boden dient. An der Ste-
uersäule sind die Schalttafel und die
Hydraulikeinheit angebracht. In jeder Säule sind die beweglichen
Hubaggregate des Fahrzeugs untergebracht.
·Ein obener Balken (3) aus gebogenem Blech, der, durch Muttern,
die obene Säulenenden verbindet.

GRUPPI MOBILI (Vedere Fig.4)
Ciascuno è costituito da :
·Un carrello (4) in lamiera di acciaio saldata, collegato nella parte su-
periore ad un cilindro idraulico e nella parte inferiore, mediante perni,
ai bracci di sollevamento.
Il carrello scorre lungo la colonna, guidato, all’ interno di essa, da pattini
in materiale plastico.
·Due bracci telescopici (5) e (6), costruiti in tubolare di acciaio, recanti
ad una estremità il piattello regolabile in altezza (7) per la presa della
macchina e dalla parte opposta gli attacchi con il foro di collegamen-
to con il carrello.
GRUPPO SOLLEVAMENTO (Vedere Fig.4)
E’ costituito da:
·2 cilindri idraulici (8), per il sollevamento dei carrelli, ancorati alle pia-
stre di base delle colonne.
·1 centralina idraulica (vedi fig.5), posta sulla colonna comando, per l’
azionamento dei cilindri.
CENTRALINA IDRAULICA (Fig.5)
La centralina é composta da:
·Un motore elettrico di comando (1).
·Una pompa idraulica ad ingranaggi (2).
·Un’ elettrovalvola di discesa (3) dotata di un dispositivo di scarico
manuale dell’ olio (vedi cap. Uso e Manutenzione).
·Una valvola di massima pressione (4).
·Un serbatoio olio (5).
·Un tubo flessibile (6) di mandata (e recupero) olio al circuito di distri-
buzione ai cilindri.
N.B: il tubo di mandata olio può trovarsi in pressione.
QUADRO DI COMANDO (Fig.6)
Sul pannello del quadro elettrico di comando sono installati :
·L’interrutore generale (QS).
·Il pulsante di salita (SB1).
·Il pulsante di stazionamento (SB3).
·Il pulsante di discesa (SB2).
SICUREZZE
Le sicurezze sono costituite da :
·Un dispositivo di sicurezza meccanica per il carrello.
·Un sistema di bloccaggio bracci.
·Un dispositivo di sincronismo per la corsa dei carrelli costituito da un
sistema di 4 funi (rif.9 Fig.4) e 12 carrucole di rinvio (rif.10 Fig.4).
·Sirena acustica.
·Le sicurezze elettriche
·Le sicurezze sull’ impianto idraulico.
·Un sensore per la differenza di livello fra i carrelli e l’allentamento e/o
la rottura delle funi di sincronismo.
Queste sicurezze saranno sviluppate in maggior dettaglio nei capitoli
seguenti.
MOVING UNITS (see fig.4)
Each unit consists of:
·one carriage (4) built with welded steel plate, connected at the top to a
hydraulic cylinder, and at the bottom, to the lift arms by means of pins.
The carriage moves along the post, guided by plastic sliding pads, loca-
ted inside the post itself.
·Two telescopic arm (5) and (6), built with tubular steel with a pad (7)
at each end that can be height adjusted to hold the car and on the
opposite side the carriage connection hole.
LIFT UNIT(see fig.4)
it consists of:
·2 hydraulic cylinders (8), to lift the carriages anchored to the post ba-
sis pads.
·1 hydraulic unit (see. fig. 5), on the command side, to set the cylin-
ders run.
HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT (Fig.5)
The hydraulic power unit consists of:
·an electric motor (1),
·a geared hydraulic pump (2)
·descent electro-valve (3) equipped with a manual oil drain valve (see
the Use and Maintenance chapter),
·a maximum pressure valve (4),
·oil tank (5)
·an oil delivery and return flexible pipe (6) to the cylinders feeding circuit
Note: The oil delivery pipe may be under pressure.
CONTROL BOX (Fig.6)
The panel that houses the electric control box contains the following:
·Main switch (QS) -
·Rise push button (SB1)
·Parking push button (SB3)

SAFETY DEVICES
The safety devices include:
·Mechanical safety device for carriage.
·Arms locking system.
·A synchronous device to control the carriages movement. The system
consists of 4cables (ref. 9, fig.4) and 12 return pulleys (ref.10, fig.4)
·Buzzer warning system
·General electric safety devices.
·General hydraulic safety devices.
·A sensor for the level difference between the carriage and the
synchronized cables loosening and/or breaking.
These safety devices will be described in further detail in the following
chapters.

LES UNITÉS MOBILES (Cf. Fig. 4)
Chaque unité se compose de :
·Un chariot (4) en tôle d’acier soudée reliée, dans la partie supérieure
à un vérin hydraulique et dans la partie inférieure aux bras de levage
à travers des chevilles.
Le chariot glisse le long de la colonne, guidé par des patins en plasti-
que qui sont logés dans la colonne.
·Deux bras télescopiques, (5) et (6), en tubulaire d’acier, dont une extrémi-
té est équipée d’un tampon réglable en hauteur (7) pour la prise du véhi-
cule et l’autre extrémité est dotée des fixations et trou pour l’accouple-
ment du chariot.
L’UNITÉ DE LEVAGE (Cf. Fig. 4)
Elle se compose de :
·2 vérins hydrauliques (8), pour le levage des chariots, ancrés aux
plaques de base des colonnes.
·centrale hydraulique (cf. fig. 5), montée sur la colonne de commande,pour
l’actionnement des vérins.
CENTRALE HYDRAULIQUE (Fig. 5)
La centrale hydraulique est constituée:
·d’un moteur électrique (1)
·d’une pompe hydraulique à engrenages (2)
·d’une électrovanne de descente (3) munie d’un dispositif manuel d’o-
uverture (voir chapitre UTILISATION et ENTRETIEN)
·d’une soupape de surpression (4)
·d’un tuyau de récupération d’huile (5).
·d’un flexible de refoulement (6)
N.B.:Le flexible de refoulement peut se trouver sous pression.
COFFRET DE COMMANDE (Fig. 6)
Sur l’avant du coffret sont installés:
·L’interrupteur général (QS)
·Le boutons-poussoirs: de montée (SB1)
·Le boutons-poussoirs: de stationnement (SB3)
·Le boutons-poussoirs: de descente (SB2).
DISPOSITIFS DE SECURITE
Les dispositifs de sécurité sont les suivants :
·Un dispositif de sécurité mécanique pour le chariot.
·Un système de blocage des bras protège-pieds sur les bras
·Un dispositif de synchronisation de la course des chariots composé de 4
filins (rep. 9 Fig. 4) et de 12 poulies de renvoi (rep. 10 Fig. 4).
·Sierèn acoustique
·Des dispositifs de sécurité électriques.
·Des dispositifs de sécurité sur le circuit hydraulique.
·Un capteur pour détecter la différence de niveau entre les chariots dû au
desserrage et/ou la rupture des filins de synchronisation.
Les sécurités électriques générales. Ces sécurités seront décrites en
détail dans les chapitres suivants.
BEWEGUNGSAGGREGATE (Abb. 4)
Jedes Aggregat besteht aus:
·Einem Schlitten (1) aus geschweißtem Stahlblech, dessen
Obenteil an einen hydraulischen Zylinder, und dessen Unterteil
mittels Flansch und Zapfen an den Hubarmen befestigt ist. Der
Schlitten bewegt entlang die Säule, und ist, in der Säule, bei
Gleitschuhen aus Kunstharz führt.
·Zwei Teleskop-Armen, d.h. einem langen (5) und einem kurzen
Arm (6) aus Stahlrohr. Diese Arme sind an einer Seite mit dem
höheneinstellbaren Teller (7) zum Greifen des Fahrzeugs und
an der anderen Seite mit der Anschlussbohrung für den Schlitten
versehen.
HUBAGGREGAT (Abb. 4)
Jedes Aggregat besteht aus:
·2 hydraulische Zylinder (8), für das Aufheben des Zylinders, die
an den SäulenGrundplatten festgestellt sind.
·1 hydraulische Einheit (Vgl. Abb.5), in der Steuerseitesäule, um
die Zylinder in Bewegung zu setzen.
HYDRAULIKEINHEIT (Abb. 5)
Die Hydraulikeinheit besteht aus
·einem Elektro-Motor (1),
·einer Hydraulik-Zahnradpumpe (2),
·einem Abstiegs-Elektroventil (3) mit manueller Ölablassvorrichtung
(Vgl. Kap. Gebrauch und Wartung),
·einem Überdruckventil (4),
·einem nachgiebigen Ölzufuhr (5) und-Rücklaufrohr (6) zu der
Zylindersteuerungrunde.
Anmerkung: das Ölzufürrohr kann unter Druck stehen.
STEUERTAFEL (Abb. 6)
Auf der Steuertafel sind installiert:
·Hauptschalter (QS)

SICHERHEITSVORRICHTUNGEN

·Eine Syncronismusvorrichtung für den Schlittenlauf, die besteht
aus ein 2-Seilen (Vgl.nr. 9, Abb.4) und 6-Vorgelege System
(Vgl.nr. 10, Abb.4)
·2 Endschalter am Säulenende.
·Elektrische Sicherheitsvorrichtungen.
·Sicherheitsvorrichtungen in der elektrische Anlage.

Il serbatoio dell’ olio contiene olio idraulico a base minerale secondo la
normativa ISO/DIN 6743/4 con grado di contaminazione non superiore
alla classe 18/15 secondo la normativa ISO 4406 come IP HYDRUS
OIL 32, SHELL TELLUS OIL T32 od equivalenti.
