IMBALLAGGIO
Il sollevatore viene spedito montato, appoggiato su di un pianale in
legno e avvolto in un unico pacco confezionato con una lastra di
materiale termoretraibile e sigillato con due regge metalliche.
Il peso totale del pacco è di circa 460 Kg.
SOLLEVAMENTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE
I pianali in legno possono essere sollevati sia con carrelli elevatori che
con gru o carriponte . Nel caso di movimentazione con gru o carriponte,
i pacchi devono essere sempre imbracati con minimo 2 fasce.
NB. I mezzi scelti devono essere idonei al sollevamento e allo spo-
stamento in sicurezza, tenendo conto di dimensioni, peso, baricen-
tro, sporgenze e parti delicate da non danneggiare.
STOCCAGGIO
Gli imballi devono sempre essere conservati in luoghi coperti e protetti
a temperature comprese fra -10°C e +40°C e non devono essere
esposti ai raggi diretti del sole.
IMPILAMENTO DEI PACCHI
Il tipo di imballo previsto prevede la possibilità di impilare in magazzino
fino a 4 pacchi uno sull’altro, purchè vengano correttamente disposti ed
assicurati contro la caduta.
I pacchi possono essere impilati solamente a condizione che non siano
appoggiati direttamente uno sull’altro ma che vi siano poste nel mezzo
delle traversine in legno .
Nei cassoni dei camion o nei containers si possono impilare fino a 4
pacchi, purchè vengano reggiate bene e assicurate contro la caduta.

PACKING
The lift is shipped assembled, resting on a wooden platform and
shrink-wrapped in a single pack and sealed with two metal straps.
The total weight of the pack is approximately 460 kg.
LIFTING AND HANDLING
The wooden platforms can be lifted either with a fork-lift truck or with a
crane or an overhead travelling crane . In the case of handling with a
crane or overhead travelling crane, the packs must always be loaded
with at least 2 band.
NB. The chosen means must be suitable for lifting and moving in
safety, taking into account dimensions, weight, centre of gravity,
protrusions and fragile parts not to be damaged.
STORAGE
The packs must always be kept in a covered and sheltered place at a
temperature between -10°C and +40°C and must not be exposed to
direct sunlight.
STACKING THE PACKS
This type of packing makes it possible to stack up to 4 packs one on top
of another in a store, provided they are correctly arranged and secured
against falling.
The packs may be stacked only provided they are not resting one
directly on another, but wooden crosspieces are inserted .Up to 4 packs
can be stacked in the bodies of lorries or in containers, provided they
are well strapped down and secured against falling.

EMBALLAGE
L’élévateur est expédié monté, enveloppé en un seul colis sous film
thermorétractable, posé sur une palette en bois et cerclé au moyen de
deux feuillards métalliques.
Le poids total du colis est d’environ 460 kg.
MANUTENTION
Les palettes peuvent être déplacées soit à l’aide d’un chariot élévateur ,
soit avec une grue ou un pont roulant . Dans ces derniers cas, les
palettes devront toujours être sanglées au minimum par deux élingues.
NB. Les moyens utilisés devront permettre de garantir une manu-
tention en toute sécurité, en tenant compte des dimensions, du po-
ids, du centre de gravité, des parties en saillie et des éléments fra-
giles à ne pas détériorer.
STOCKAGE
Les colis devront toujours être conservés dans des endroits couverts et
protégés, à des températures comprises entre -10°C et +40°C et à l’abri
du rayonnement direct du soleil.
GERBAGE DES COLIS
Le type d’emballage utilisé permet d’empiler, dans les magasins,
jusqu’à 4 élévateurs l’un sur l’autre, pourvu qu’ils soient correctement
positionnés et assurés contre tout risque de chute.
Les colis ne peuvent être gerbés qu’à l’unique condition de ne pas être
posés directement les uns sur les autres, mais que soient intercalées des
traverses en bois.
Dans les camions ou les containers, il est possible d’empiler jusqu’à 4
élévateurs, pourvu qu’ils soient sanglés et assurés contre tout risque de
chute.

VERPACKUNG
Die Hebebühne wird bereits zusammengebaut in einem einzigen Paket
auf einer Holzpalette verpackt angeliefert. Sie ist mit
Thermoschrumpffolie umwickelt und mit zwei Metallbändern an der
Holzpalette befestigt.
Das Gesamtgewicht des Pakets beträgt zirka 460 kg.
HEBEN UND HANDLING
Die Holzpalette kann mit Hilfe eines Gabelstaplers oder mit einem Kran
oder Laufkran gehoben und bewegt werden.
Wenn die Holzpalette mit einem Kran oder Laufkran gehoben und
bewegt wird, müssen die Pakete immer mit mindestens zwei
Hubgurten gehoben werden.
Achtung: Die gewählten Hubmittel müssen für das sichere Heben und
Handling geeignet sein. Abmessungen, Gewicht, Schwerpunkt, über-
stehende Teile und empfindliche Teile sind zu berücksichtigen.
LAGERUNG
Die verpackten Güter müssen immer in überdachten Räumen bei einer
Temperatur zwischen -10°C und +40°C gelagert werden. Die Güter dürfen
nicht direktem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt werden.
STAPELN DER PALETTEN
Die Verpackung ist so ausgelegt, dass im Lager bis zu 4 Pakete
übereinander gestapelt werden können, wenn sie korrekt angeordnet und
mit Gurten gegen das Umstürzen gesichert werden.
Die Pakete dürfen nur unter der Voraussetzung gestapelt werden, dass sie
nicht direkt aufeinander liegen, und dargestellt Holzbalken zwischengelegt
werden.

APERTURA DEGLI IMBALLI
All’arrivo verificare che la macchina non abbia subito danni durante il
trasporto e che ci siano tutti i pezzi indicati nella lista di spedizio-ne. I
pacchi devono essere aperti adottando tutte le precauzioni per evitare
danni alle persone e ai pezzi del sollevatore (evitare cadute dei pezzi
durante l’apertura).
ELIMINAZIONE DELL’IMBALLO
Il legno del pianale può essere riutilizzato o riciclato, il termoretraibile
deve essere smaltito come rifiuto secondo la normativa vigente per il
riciclo dei materiali plastici nel paese di installazione del sollevatore.

Questo manuale è stato scritto per il personale di officina addetto
all’uso del sollevatore (operatore) e per il tecnico addetto alla ma-
nutenzione ordinaria (manutentore) pertanto, prima di effettuare
qualsiasi operazione sul sollevatore e/o sul suo imballaggio, oc-
corre leggere attentamente tutto il manuale, poichè esso contiene
informazioni importanti per:
·LA SICUREZZA DELLE PERSONE addette all’uso ed alla ma-
nutenzione ordinaria,
·LA SICUREZZA DEL SOLLEVATORE,
·LA SICUREZZA DEI VEICOLI sollevati.
CONSERVAZIONE DEL MANUALE
Il manuale è parte integrante del sollevatore e deve sempre accom-
pagnarlo, anche in caso di vendita.
Esso deve sempre essere conservato in vicinanza del sollevatore, in
luogo facilmente accessibile.
L’operatore ed il manutentore devono poterlo reperire e consultare
rapidamente in qualsiasi momento.
SI RACCOMANDA, IN PARTICOLARE, UNA LETTURA ATTENTA E

OPENING THE PACKING
On arrival, check that the machine has not been damaged during
transport and that there are all the parts indicated in the shipping list.
The packs have to be opened taking every precaution to avoid damage
to persons and to the parts of the lift (avoid parts falling when opening).
ELIMINATING THE PACKING
The wood of the platform can be used again or recycled, the
shrink-wrapping must be disposed of as waste according to the current
regulations on recycling plastics materials in the country where the lift is
being installed.

routine maintenance (maintenance engineer). Therefore, before do-
ing anything with the lift and/or its packing, it is necessary to read

CONSERVATION OF THE MANUAL
The manual is an integral part of the lift and must always accompa-
ny it, also in the case of sale.
It must always be kept close to the lift, in an easily accessible place.
The operator and the maintenance engineer must be able to find it and
refer to it rapidly at any time.
IN PARTICULAR, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO READ CHAPTER 3
CAREFULLY AND REPEATEDLY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT
INFORMATION AND NOTICES RELATIVE TO SAFETY.

OUVERTURE DES COLIS
A la réception, vérifier que l’appareil n’ait subit aucun dommage en
cours de transport et que tous les éléments indiqués sur le bordereau
de colisage soient bien présents. Les colis devront être ouverts en
prenant toutes les précautions nécessaires afin d’éviter tout dommage
aux personnes et à l’élévateur (éviter de faire tomber des éléments de
l’élévateur en ouvrant le colis).
ÉLIMINATION DE L’EMBALLAGE
Le bois de la palette peut être réutilisé ou recyclé, le film
thermorétractable doit être éliminé comme déchet conformément aux
normes relatives au recyclage des matières plastiques en vigueur dans
le pays où est installé l’élévateur.

CONSERVATION DU MANUEL
Ce manuel fait intégralement partie de l’élévateur et doit toujours
l’accompagner, même en cas de revente.
Il devra toujours être conservé à proximité de l’élévateur, dans un
endroit facilement accessible.
A tout moment, l’opérateur et l’agent d’entretien devront pouvoir le
consulter rapidement.

ENTSORGUNG DES VERPACKUNGSMATERIALS
Das Palettenholz und die Pappe können wieder verwendet oder
recycelt werden. Die Thermoschrumpffolie muss gemäß den Gesetzen
zum Kunststoffrecycling des jeweiligen Aufstelllands der Maschine
entsorgt werden.

Dieses Handbuch wurde für das mit der Bedienung der Hebebühne
beauftragte Werkstattpersonal (Bediener) und für den mit der or-
dentlichen Wartung beauftragten Techniker verfasst. Daher ist vor
jedem Eingriff an der Hebebühne und/oder an dem Verpac-
kungsmaterial aufmerksam dieses Handbuch zu lesen, denn es
enthält wichtige Informationen für:

É estremamente importante leggere questo capitolo attenta-mente
ed in ogni sua parte poichè contiene importanti informazioni sui ri-
schi che operatore e manutentore possono correre in caso di un
uso errato del sollevatore.
Nel testo che segue troverete chiare spiegazioni su alcune situa-
zioni di rischio o pericolo che si possono verificare duran-te l’uso
e la manutenzione del sollevatore, sui dispositivi di sicurezza adot-
tati e sul loro uso corretto, sui rischi residui e sui comportamenti
da tenere (precauzioni generali e specifiche per eliminarli o neutra-
lizzarli).
IATTENZIONE:
I sollevatori sono stati progettati e costruiti per il sollevamento e
lo stazionamento in quota dei veicoli in ambiente chiuso.
Ogni altro uso non è consentito ed in particolare non sono
idonei per operazioni di:
- ponteggio o sollevamento di persone;
- pressa per schiacciare;
- montacarichi;
Il costruttore non risponde di alcun danno a persone, veicoli o
oggetti causati dall’uso improprio dei sollevatori.
E’ estremamente importante che in fase di salita o discesa l’operatore
agisca soltanto dalla postazione di comando indicata in figura 5.
E’ vietato a chiunque sostare entro la zona a rischio indicata in figura 5.

It is extremely important to read this chapter carefully and tho-
roughly as it contains important information on the risks the ope-
rator and maintenance engineer may run in the case of using the
lift wrongly.
The following text gives clear explanations of some risky or dange-
rous situations that may occur while using and carrying out main-
tenance on the lift, of the safety devices adopted and their correct
use, of residual risks and of conduct to be followed (general and
specific precautions to eliminate or neutralize them).
ICAUTION:
The lifts have been designed and manufactured to lift cars and
park them at a height in a closed room.
Any other use is not allowed and in particular they are not
suitable for operations of:
- scaffolding or lifting people;
- press for crushing;
- elevator;
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage to
persons, cars or objects caused by improper use of the lifts.
It is extremely important that in the lifting or lowering phases the
operator only operates from the control position shown in figure 5.
It is forbidden for anyone to remain within the danger area shown in
figure 5.
In the working phase, the presence of people under the vehicle is
admitted only when the car has already been lifted.

CHAP.3 SÉCURITÉ
Il est extrêmement important de lire ce chapitre attentivement et
entièrement car celui-ci contient des informations importantes sur
les risques que l’opérateur et l’agent d’entretien peuvent encourir
en cas d’utilisation incorrecte de l’élévateur.
Dans les textes qui suivent, vous trouverez des explications clai-
res sur un certain nombre de situations dangereuses qui peuvent
se présenter au cours de l’utilisation et de l’entretien de l’élévate-
ur, sur les dispositifs de sécurité adoptés et leur correcte utilisa-
tion, sur les risques résiduels et sur les comportements à adopter
(précautions générales ou spécifiques pour les éliminer ou les
neutraliser).
IATTENTION:
Les élévateurs ont été conçus et réalisés pour le levage de
véhicules et leur stationnement en hauteur, dans un local
fermé.
Toute autre utilisation est interdite et en particulier ces
élévateurs ne sont pas prévus pour les opérations de:
- échafaudage et élévation de personnes;
- pressage (pour écraser);
- monte-charge;
Le constructeur dégage toute responsabilité quant aux
dommages survenus aux personnes ou aux biens à la suite
d’un usage incorrect de l’élévateur.
Il est extrêmement important qu’en phase de montée ou de descente,
l’opérateur agisse seulement depuis l’emplacement de commande
indiqué à la fig.5.
Il est interdit à quiconque de pénétrer dans la zone à risque indiquée à
la fig.5.
En phase de travail, la présence de personnes sous le véhicule n’est
admise que si celui-ci est déjà soulevé.

Lesen Sie dieses Kapitel sehr sorgfältig und vollständig, da es wichtige
Informationen bezüglich der Gefahren enthält, denen der Bediener und das
Wartungspersonal bei falschem Gebrauch der Hebebühne ausgesetzt sind.
Im folgenden Text sind einige Risiko- oder Gefahrsituationen, die beim
Gebrauch und bei der Wartung der Hebebühne auftreten können klar
und deutlich beschrieben. Ferner sind die angewandten Sicherheit-
svorrichtungen und deren korrekter Gebrauch sowie die Restgefahren
und das korrekte Verhalten des Personals (allgemeine Vorsichtsmaß-
nahmen und Anweisungen zum Eliminieren oder Neutralisieren der Ge-
fahren) angegeben.
IACHTUNG
Die Hebebühnen wurden zum Heben von Fahrzeugen auf eine
gewisse Höhe in geschlossenen Räumen entwickelt und
gebaut.
Jeder andere Einsatz ist verboten, insbesondere darf die
Hebebühne nicht für folgende Zwecke verwendet werden:
- Als Gerüst oder zum Heben von Personen;
- Als Presse zum Quetschen
- Als Hubmittel für Lasten
Der hersteller haftet für keinerlei personen- und sachschäden wenn
die oben angegebenen tätigkeiten von nicht autorisiertem personal
durchgeführt werden oder die bühne nicht sachgemäss bedient wird.
Es ist außerordentlich wichtig, dass sich der Bediener während der
Aufstieg- und Absenkphase ausschließlich an dem auf der Abbildung
dargestellten Steuerposten aufhält.
Es ist allgemein verboten, sich innerhalb des durch den Pfeil auf
Abbildung 5 gekennzeichneten Risikobereichs aufzuhalten.
Personen dürfen sich nur unter dem bereits gehobenen Fahrzeug
aufhalten.

PRECAUZIONI GENERALI
L’operatore ed il manutentore sono tenuti al rispetto delle prescrizioni
contenute in leggi e norme antinfortunistiche vigenti nel paese in cui è
installato il sollevatore.
Devono inoltre:
·operare sempre dalle postazioni di lavoro previste ed indicate nel
manuale;
·non rimuovere nè disattivare le protezioni meccaniche, pneumatiche,
o di altra natura;
·prestare attenzione agli avvisi di sicurezza riportati nelle targhette
applicate sulla macchina e nel manuale.
Nel testo del manuale gli avvisi di sicurezza saranno avidenziati nelle
forme seguenti:
PERICOLO: Indica un pericolo imminente che può causare danno alle
persone (gravi lesioni o anche la morte).
ATTENZIONE: Indica situazioni e/o comportamenti rischiosi che
possono causare danni alle persone (lesioni più o meno gravi e/o
anche la morte).
CAUTELA: Indica situazioni e/o comportamenti rischiosi che possono
causare danni di minore gravità alle persone e/o danni al sollevatore, al
veicolo o ad altre cose.
RISCHI E PROTEZIONI: Vediamo ora quali rischi possono correre gli
operatori o il manutentore in fase di stazionamento del veicolo sul
sollevatore e quali protezioni sono adottate dal costruttore per ridurre al
minimo tali rischi:
SPOSTAMENTI LONGITUDINALI E LATERALI
Gli spostamenti longitudinali sono movimenti in avanti o all’indietro del
carico.
Gli spostamenti laterali sono i movimenti verso destra o sinistra che il
veicolo può avere, specialmente durante la fase di salita del
sollevatore.
IATTENZIONE
NON TENTARE DI SPOSTARE IL VEICOLO QUANDO É BLOCCATO
SUL PONTE.
Per la sicurezza delle persone e dei mezzi è importante che:
·si rispetti la zona di sicurezza durante il sollevamento (fig8).
·il motore sia spento,la marcia innestata
·il veicolo sia posizionato in maniera corretta
·vengano sollevati soltanto i veicoli ammessi senza superare portata
ed ingombri previsti.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REGULATIONS MAY
CASE SERIOUS DAMAGE TO PEOPLE, THE LIFT AND THE
CARS LIFTED.
GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
The operator and the maintenance engineer are obliged to observe the
regulations contained in the accident prevention laws and standards in
force in the country where the lift is installed.
In addition, they must:
·always operate from the foreseen work positions shown in the
manual;
·not remove or deactivate the mechanical, pneumatic or other
protections;
·pay attention to the safety notices given on the plates affixed on the
machine and in the manual.
In the text of the manual the safety notes are highlighted in the following
manner:
DANGER: Indicates imminent danger that may cause harm to people
(serious injury or even death).
CAUTION: Indicates risky situations and/or behaviour that may cause
harm to people (more or less serious injuries and/or even death).
CARE: Indicates risky situations and/or behaviour that may cause harm
of a lesser extent to people and/or damage to the lift, vehicle or other
things.
RISKS AND PROTECTIONS: We are now going to see what risks
operators and maintenance engineers can run while parking a vehicle
on the lift and what protections the manufacturer has adopted to reduce
such risks to a minimum:
LONGITUDINAL AND LATERAL MOVEMENTS
Longitudinal movements are the forward or backward movements of the
load.
Lateral movements are the movements to the right or left that a car may
make, especially while the lift is lifting.
ICAUTION
DO NOT TRY TO MOVE THE VEHICLE WHEN IT IS LOCKED IN THE
CLAMP
For the safety of people and facilities it is important that:
·the safety area is observed while lifting (Fig. 8);
·the vehicle engine is switched off, and gear inserted;
·the vehicle is correctly positioned;
·only admitted vehicles are lifted without exceeding the foreseen
capacity and overall dimensions.

PRÉCAUTIONS GÉNÉRALES
L’opérateur et l’agent d’entretien sont tenus au respect des
prescriptions définies par la législation du travail en vigueur dans le
pays où est installé l’élévateur.
Ils doivent en outre:
·opérer toujours depuis les emplacements de travail indiqués dans le
manuel.
·ne pas enlever ou neutraliser les carters et les protections
mécaniques, pneumatiques ou de toute autre nature.
·respecter les consignées de sécurité affichées sur l’appareil ou
inscrites dans le manuel.
Dans ce manuel, les avertissements de sécurité seront mis en évidence
sous les formes suivantes:
DANGER: indique un danger imminent qui peut avoir de graves
conséquences sur les personnes (lésions graves , voire mort)
ATTENTION: indique des situations et/ou des comportements à risque
qui peuvent avoir des conséquences sur les personnes (lésions plus ou
moins graves, voire mort).
PRÉCAUTION: indique des situations ou des comportements qui
risquent de causer des lésions mineures aux personnes ou des
dommages à l’élévateur, au véhicule ou autres objets.
RISQUES ET PROTECTIONS
Nous allons maintenant étudier les risques que l’opérateur et l’agent
d’entretien peuvent rencontrer pendant la phase de stationnement du
véhicule en hauteur et les dispositifs adoptés par le constructeur pour
diminuer ces risques au maximum.
DÉPLACEMENTS LONGITUDINAUX
Les déplacements longitudinaux sont des mouvements de la charge en
avant ou en arrière.
Les déplacements latéraux sont des mouvements vers la droite ou vers
la gauche que peut effectuer le véhicule, surtout pendant la phase de
montée de l’élévateur.
IATTENTION
NE PAS TENTER DE DÉPLACER LE VÉHICULE LORSQUE
CELUI-CI EST BLOQUÉ SUR L’ÉLÉVATEUR.
Pour la sécurité des personnes et des biens, il est important de:
·respecter la zone de sécurité pendant l’élévation (fig. 8)
·arrêter le moteur et engager une vitesse
·positionner correctement le véhicule
·ne soulever que les types de véhicules prévus sans dépasser la
charge et les dimensions maximales.

ALLGEMEINE VORSICHTMASSNAHMEN
Bediener und Wartungspersonal haben die im jeweiligen Aufstellland
der Maschine geltenden Gesetze udn Vorschriften zur Unfallverhütung
zu befolgen.
Ferner müssen sie:
·Ihre Arbeit immer von den in diesem Handbuch beschriebenen und
angegebenen Arbeitsposten aus durchführen.
·Mechanische und pneumatische Schutzvorrichtungen sowie
Schutzvorrichtungen anderer Art dürfen nicht entfernt oder unwirksam
gemacht werden.
·Die auf den an der Maschine angebrachten und im Handbuch enthaltenen
Sicherheitshinweise sind strikt zu befolgen.
Im Handbuch sind die Sicherheitshinweise folgendermaßen hervorgehoben:
GEFAHR: Weist auf eine unmittelbare Gefahr hin, die zu Personenschäden
(mehr oder weniger schwere Verletzungen und/oder auch Tod) führen
können.
ACHTUNG: Weist auf Situationen und/oder Verhaltensweisen hin, die zu
Personenschäden (mehr oder weniger schwere Verletzungen und/oder auch
Tod) führen können.
VORSICHT: Weist auf Situationen und/oder Verhaltensweisen hin, die zu
weniger schweren Personenschäden udn/oder zur Beschädigung der
Hebebühne, des Fahrzeugs und anderer Gegenstände führen können.
GEFAHREN UND SCHUTZVORRICHTUNGEN: Sehen wir nun, welchen
Gefahren der Bediener und das Wartungspersonal bei gehobenem
Fahrzeug ausgesetzt sein können und welche Schutzmaßmaßnahmen der
Hersteller getroffen hat, um diese Gefahren auf ein Minimum zu begrenzen:
LÄNGS- UND SEITENVERSCHIEBUNGEN
Die Längsverschiebungen sind Vor- und Zurückbewegungen der gehobenen
Last.
Die Seitenverschiebungen sind Bewegungen nach links oder nach rechts,
die das Fahrzeug insbesondere beim Hochfahren der Hebebühne aufweisen
kann. IACHTUNG
NICHT VERSUCHEN DAS AUF DER HEBEBÜHNE BLOCKIERTE
FAHRZEUG ZU VERSCHIEBEN.
Zur Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von Personen und Mittel ist es wichtig:
·Den Sicherheitsabstand während des Hebens einzuhalten (Abb. 8)
·Den Motor vor dem Heben abzustellen und einen Gang einzulegen
·Das Fahrzeug korrekt zu positionieren.
·Nur zulässige Fahrzeuge zu heben, ohne die Hubkraft und die
vorgeschriebenen Gesamtabmessungen zu überschreiten.

RISCHIO DI SCHIACCIAMENTO DEL PERSONALE IN
GENERE
Durante la fase di discesa del piano di sollevamento e del veicolo il
personale non deve sostare in zone interessate dalle traiettorie di
discesa (Fig.6).
L’operatore deve manovrare solo dopo essersi accertato che nessuna
persona sia in posizioni pericolose.
RISCHIO DI SPOSTAMENTO DEL VEICOLO
Dovuto ad operazioni da compiere e che generano spinte sul veicolo.
Se il veicolo è di dimensioni o pesi ragguardevoli uno spostamento può
rappresentare una situazione di sovraccarico o sbilanciamento non
previsto pertanto evitare in maniera assoluta tali manovre.
RISCHIO DI CADUTA DEL VEICOLO DAL SOLLEVATORE
Può essere causato dal posizionamento non corretto del veicolo sul
piano di sollevamento del sollevatore, dal suo non corretto bloccaggio o
da dimensioni del veicolo non compatibili con lo stesso sollevatore
(Fig.7-Fig.8).
E’ VIETATO SALIRE SUL VEICOLO
E/O METTERLO IN MOTO CON
IL SOLLEVATORE INNALZATO
NON LASCIARE OGGETTI APPOGGIATI NELLA ZONA DI DISCESA
DELLE PARTI MOBILI, in quanto si può avere il blocco della discesa, o
la caduta del veicolo.
RISK OF CRUSHING PERSONNEL IN GENERAL
While the lifting platform and vehicle are being lowered, personnel must
not be in the areas of the descent path (Fig. 6).
The operator must operate the lift only after checking no one is in a
dangerous position.
RISK OF MOVING THE VEHICLE
Due to operations to be carried out and that generate forces on the
vehicle. If the car is of considerable dimensions or weight, a movement
may produce unexpected overloading or unbalancing. Therefore
definitely avoid all such movements.
RISK OF THE VHEICLE FALLING OFF THE LIFT
It may be caused by incorrect positioning of the car on the lifting
platform of the lift, by its incorrect locking, or by the dimensions of the
car not being compatible with the lift.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CLIMB ONTO
THE VEHICLE AND/OR SWITCH IT
ON WITH THE LIFT RAISED
DO NOT LEAVE OBJECTS IN THE DESCENT AREA OF THE
MOBILE PARTS, as descent may be blocked, or the vehicle fall.

RISQUE DE DÉPLACEMENT DU VÉHICULE
Causé par des opérations à effectuer qui peuvent engendrer des
poussées sur le véhicule.
Si le véhicule est de taille et de poids notables, un déplacement peut
provoquer une situation de surcharge ou de déséquilibre non prévue, il
est donc important d’éviter de manière absolue ce type de manœuvre.
RISQUE DE CHUTE DU VÉHICULE DE L’ÉLÉVATEUR
Peut être provoqué par une position incorrecte du véhicule sur la
plate-forme de l’élévateur, par un blocage incorrect ou par des
dimensions du véhicule non compatibles avec l’élévateur même
(Fig.7-Fig.8).
IL EST INTERDIT DE MONTER SUR LE VÉHICULE
ET/OU DE LE METTRE EN MARCHE SUR
L’ÉLÉVATEUR EN HAUTEUR !
NE PAS LAISSER D’OBJETS DANS LA ZONE DE DESCENTE DE
L’ÉLÉVATEUR, ceux-ci pouvant provoquer le blocage de la descente ,
ou la chute du véhicule.
ALLGEMEINE QUETSCHGEFAHR FÜR DAS PERSONAL

BEWEGUNGSGEFAHR DES FAHRZEUGS
Infolge der am Fahrzeug vorzunehmenden Arbeiten, bei denen es zur
Druckeinwirkung auf dasselbe kommt. Wenn das Fahrzeug groß oder
besonders schwer ist, kann eine Verschiebung des Fahrzeugs zu einer
nicht vorgesehenen Überlastung und zum Verlust des Gleichgewichts
führen. Daher sind derartige Arbeiten und Vorgänge strikt zu
vermeiden.
ABSTURZGEFAHR DES FAHRZEUGS VON DER
HEBEBÜHNE
Kann durch die falsche Positionierung des Fahrzeugs auf der
Hebebühnenplattform, durch das nicht korrekte Blockieren des
Fahrzeugs oder durch nicht mit der Hebebühne kompatible
Fahrzeugabmessungen verursacht werden (Abb.7-Abb.8).
ES IST VERBOTEN, DAS FAHRZEUG AUF DER
HOCHGEFAHRENEN HEBEBÜHNE ANZULASSEN:
KEINE GEGENSTÄNDE IM ABSENKBEREICH DER BEWEGLICHEN
HEBEBÜHNENTEILE LASSEN, da der Absenkvorgang blockiert
werden und das Fahrzeug von der Hebebühne stürzen könnte.

RISCHIO DA ILLUMINAZIONE NON IDONEA
L’operatore ed il manutentore devono verificare che tutte le zone del
sollevatore siano sempre illuminate in maniera uniforme ed in
conformità a quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente nel luogo di
installazione.
RISCHIO DI ROTTURE DI COMPONENTI DURANTE IL
FUNZIONAMENTO (Fig.9).
Il costruttore ha utilizzato materiali e procedure progettuali e costruttive
idonee all’uso previsto e atte a creare un’apparecchiatura affidabile e
sicura ma è necessario rispettare l’uso per cui è stato progettato il
sollevatore nonchè le frequenze delle ispezioni e delle manutenzioni
consigliate nel capitolo 6 “MANUTENZIONE”.
RISCHI PER USI NON CONSENTITI.
Non è ammessa la presenza di persone sul piano di sollevamento nè
durante il sollevamento nè quando il veicolo è già sollevato .
Ogni uso del sollevatore,diverso da quello per cui è stato progettato
può creare incidenti, anche molto gravi, alle persone che stanno lavo-
rando nelle immediate vicinanze.
E’ pertanto estremamente importante attenersi scrupolosamente a tut-
te le regole riguardanti l’uso, la manutenzione e la sicurezza riportate in
questo manuale.
RISK OF SLIPPING

In order to prevent the risk of slipping, use the individual means of
protection provided (safety shoes).
RISK OF UNSUITABLE LIGHTING
The operator and the maintenance engineer must check that all the
areas of the lift are always lighted uniformly and in conformity with the
provisions of the current regulations in the place of installation.
RISK OF COMPONENTS BREAKING DURING OPERATION
(Fig.9)
The manufacturer has used materials and planning and manufacturing
procedures suitable for the foreseen use and designed to create a safe
and reliable machine, but it is necessary to respect the use the lift has
been designed for, as well as the frequency of the inspections and
maintenance advised in chapter 6 “MAINTENANCE”.
RISKS FOR NOT ALLOWED USES
Persons are not admitted on the lifting platform neither during lifting nor
when the vheicle has already been lifted.
Any other use of the lift from that which it has been designed for may
cause accidents, even very serious ones, for the people working in the
immediate vicinity.
It is therefore extremely important to keep meticulously to all the rules
concerning use, maintenance and safety given in this manual.
