Specic Absorption Rate (SAR) of this device
The neckband-type computer (NBC) [model code: WL-03ANBZ] of this device complies
with the national technical standards for absorption of radio waves into the human body
and international guidelines for protection against radio waves.
This data communication terminal is designed to comply with the national technical stan-
dards (*) for absorption of radio waves into the human body and the allowable values for
protection against radio waves recommended by the equivalent international guidelines.
These international guidelines are dened by the International Commission on Non-Ion-
izing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), which cooperates with the World Health Organiza-
tion (WHO), and its allowable value includes a sucient safety factor regardless of the
age and health condition of the user.

15
The national technical standards and international guidelines dene the allowable value
of radio wave protection by the Specic Absorption Rate (SAR), which represents the
average amount of energy of radio waves absorbed by the human body. The allowable
value of SAR for the data communication terminal is 2.0 W/kg.
The data communication terminal is designed to have the minimum transmission power
required for communication with base stations such as mobile phones, so the SAR is
usually set at a smaller value during actual communication. Generally, the closer you are
to the base station, the smaller the output of the data communication terminal. During
communication, make sure that there is no metal (part) between the device and your
body. In view of the above, we conrm that this data communication terminal complies
with the national technical standards and international guidelines for protection against
radio waves.
