LCC-305 Deep Seat Sofa
Step 1
Position seat (A) and back (B) as shown and fasten
from back with (4) 2” screws, (2) per end.
Step 2
Fasten all boards as shown with (22) 1 1/4” screws, (2)
per board. Note: Make sure they are tted nicely against
back.
- Tape Measure
- Cordless Drill
- 3” #2 Square drive bit

Required Tools: Hardware:
- (4) 2 1/2” screws
- (42) 1 1/4” screws
- (20) 2” Screws
- (8) 3/4” Screws
Step 3
Now put (2) 5”
wood blocks (C)
under the front of
seat as shown and
fasten legs (D) on
outside front of
seat and ush with
sides as shown,
and fasten from
the inside with
(6) 1 1/4” screws
(3) per leg. Note:
Be sure pocket
holes in legs are
in correct position.
Refer to step 5
picture.

Step 5
Fasten arm rests (F) to leg in position shown with (4)
1 1/4” screws through pocket holes, (2) per arm rest.
Now fasten arm angle iron to front leg with (8) 3/4”
screws, (4) per side.
Step 6
Now bring the back of arm rest (F) down on triangle
block in back (B) and fasten from back with (2) 2”
screws per arm,. Add (2) 1 1/4” screws per side through
pocket holes in triangle block. Note: Measure 3/4” as
shown where arm rests are wider than back.
Step 7
Turn upside down and fasten angle iron (G) in the very
center with (2) 2” screws.

Step 4
Now bring (1) 5” wood block (C) to position shown and
fasten the 1” x 5 1/2” x 6 1/2” leg (E) in center from
inside with (3) 1 1/4” screws.

Step 8
Fasten the brace block (H) on inside of center back leg
ush with bottom of leg with (4) 2 1/3” screws.
Step 9
Fasten the (2) braces (I) to the block that you have just
fastened in step 8. Fasten the 30° end to block (1) on
each side with (4) 2” screws, (2) per brace. Now fasten
2x4 brace to front center leg with (2) 1 1/4” screws
through pocket holes.
Step 10
Now set your assembly back on it’s legs and fasten the
braces from top through center board down into braces
with (6) 2” screws, (2) per brace.
