STEP 2:Attach the seat frame (D) to stem
bracket (F) with hex head screws (M),
attach the lock washer (O) to nuts (N),
then tighten all screws and nuts using open
wrench (R), cover with plastic screw
covers (P). Initial Swivel Function will be
tight but it will loosen up.

base(G). Do not insert with excessive
force when assembling.
