MACHINE PREPARATION
BATTERIES

Install
the
batteries
and
connect
the
cables
as
shown.
WARNING;
PROVIDE PROPERVENTILATION, LEAVE
DOOR
OPEN WHEN CHARQING BATrERIES.

Chargethe batteries before using the machine. (See
batterycharging procedure).

raising control lever to

Reachunder scrubdeck
and
rotatedriveplate until a
lughole is visible through the scrubdecksighthole.

lock

securely.

Positionbruswpad driverunder plate and
lift
up
to
engagebrush lugs
in
plate. A quick countedockwise
motion will lockbxush/pad driver
in
position.
Lower scrubdeck by pulling control lever rearward.
Adjust splash
skirt
to floor.

CLEANINGSOLUTION
1.
Fill
machine with hot water
and
addcleaningchemical
at theproportion noted
on
the
container.

CHEMICALS
The
internal
parts
of
the
pump used
in
the
scrubber
(on
modelsequippedwith awriliarypump)
are
suitableforuse
withmost cleaning chemicals. But it is susceptible to
chemicalattach fromsomecleaningsubstances,such
as
hydrocarbonsolventsand chlorinatedbleaches. These
non-
compatiblematerials arenot of the type normallyused for
cleaning.
