Installation and Maintenance Guide
Shower Fittings Kit
High quality, chrome finish shower fittings kit designed to be fitted
to the Saracen TMV3 Exposed or Concealed Lever Showers.

Installation
This installation guide is provided to give instruction on the installation
practices that should be observed to ensure the correct functioning
of the Saracen Shower Fittings kit. Failure to comply with these
instructions will result in the warranty becoming null and void.
In all cases before installing the shower kits it is imperative to ensure
that the system conditions i.e. pressures, temperatures and flow rates
are within the limits stated in the specifications section.
Prior to installation please ensure that the pipework is flushed out and
is free from any system debris, i.e. sealant, PTFE tape, flux, solder
or any other material that could become trapped in the hose/handset.
Failure to do this may result in very poor flow performance and/or
damage to the shower head.
Supplied with 5 mode handset, 9lpm flow regulator, and available in
either exposed or concealed version with various hose lengths.
Exposed
Temporarily assemble the riser by positioning the fixing brackets on
the end of the riser rail.
Position the assembly on the wall, ensuring the surface it will be
mounted to is secure.
Mark the positions on the upper and lower fixing bracket.

Remove the riser rail and drill
the marked holes.
Insert the rawl plugs provided
into the voids.
Properly assemble the riser rail with the two fixing
brackets on either end ensuring the handset holder
and hose retaining ring are also positioned on the rail.
Using the screws provided secure the riser rail to the
wall.
Place the circular covers on the end of the fixing
bracket to conceal the screws.
Connect the hose to the handset and position the
handset on the holder.
Finally connect the loose hose to the shower control.

Concealed
A concealed pipe should be fitted from
the shower to where the wall outlet will be
positioned.
The wall outlet requires a 1/2” MBSP
connection which should protrude no more
than 15mm from the finished wall surface.
The wall outlet has an internal o-ring to form
a seal around the wall outlet.
Screw the wall outlet to the
connection until a tight seal is
made.
Finally connect the loose hose from the
handset to the wall outlet.

Aftercare
This Shower Fittings Kit has a high quality finish and should be
treated with care.
An occasional wipe with a mild washing detergent on a damp cloth
followed by a thorough rinsing is all that is required. Do not use an
abrasive or chemical household cleaner as this may cause damage to
the finish
