1 Allgemeines
Die in der Montageanleitung auftretenden Strukturelemente haben folgendes
Aussehen und nachfolgende Bedeutung:
2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Leitertyp 1-4: Sprossenanlegeleiter mit allgemeiner Verwendung. Bei Einsatz als Gru-
benabstiegsleiter ist das ZUBESET-B erforderlich. Die Schachtgrube darf max. 2,8m tief
sein.
Leitertyp 5: Grubenabstiegsleiter mit Überwachungskontakt.
Die Schachtgrube darf max. 2,8m tief sein.

Montagetätigkeiten im Bereich von Aufzugsanlagen sind nur durch
befähigte Personen nach TRBS 1203 durchzuführen.

ACHTUNG
Zur fachgerechten Nutzung der Leiter muss die auf jeder Leiter
angebrachte Betriebsanleitung beachtet werden.
ACHTUNG
Die Leitertypen 1-4 dürfen nur dann in der Schachtgrube eingesetzt
werden, wenn ein Notbremsschalter vorhanden ist.
ACHTUNG
Die Leiter muss nach §22 Abs.2 der AAA Leitern und Tritte mind. 1m
über die Austrittsstelle hinausragen, wenn nicht andere gleichwertige
Möglichkeiten zum Festhalten vorhanden sind.
ACHTUNG
Wenn Leitern in einem Aufzugschacht montiert werden, dürfen diese
und ihre Befestigungen während der Verwahrstellung nicht in die sich
bewegenden Teile der Aufzugsanlage hineinragen.

5 Montage
Prüfen Sie zunächst den Lieferumfang.
5.1 Wandaufhängung
5.1.1 Je nach Leiterlänge variiert die Höhe der Wandaufhängung.
5.1.2 Soll die Leiter dauerhaft im Schacht untergebracht werden, muss die Wandauf-
hängung in der entsprechenden Höhe und Seitenposition so befestigt werden, dass
diese nicht in die sich bewegenden Teile der Aufzugsanlage hineinragt.
5.1.3. Markieren Sie die beiden Bohrlöcher an der Wand.
5.1.4 Bohren Sie die beiden Löcher mit einem 14er Bohrer.
Wenn Sie die Wandaufhängung mit Dreikantschloss montieren, muss
das Blech mit dem Dreikantschloss unter die Wandaufhängung gelegt
werden, damit die Bohrlöcher übereinander liegen.
5.1.6 Wandaufhängung mit Kontaktüberwachung
Installieren Sie den Schalter zur Überwachung der Wandauf-
hängung fachgerecht in Reihe zum Notbremsschalter des
Sicherheitskreises der Aufzugsteuerung. Der Schalter hat
einen Bemessungsstrom von 3A bei AC15 250V/50Hz und 3A
bei DC13 24V.
5.1.7 Wandaufhängung mit Bügel- oder Dreikantschloss
Um die Leiter gegen unbefugte Nutzung zu sichern, hängen
Sie die Leiter in die Wandaufhängung.
Schieben Sie den Sicherungsbügel mit der längeren Seite
von oben in den dafür vorgesehen Schlitz auf der linken Sei-
te im Boden der Wandaufhängung.
Sichern Sie die Leiter mit dem Bügelschloss oder mit dem
Dreikant.
5.1.5 Schrauben Sie die Wandaufhängung an die Wand.
Wandunebenheiten bis max. 1cm können mit den beiligenden große
Unterlegscheiben ausgegliche werden.
Die Wandaufhängung muss so montiert werden, dass diese
von der Standfläche des Benutzers aus leicht erreichbar ist.

5.2.2 Montage bei einseitig schließenden Teleskopschiebetüren und Drehtüren
Befestigen Sie die Bodensicherung möglichst nah an die Schließseite. Der Abstand darf
max. 30cm betragen.
5.2.3 Montage bei zentral schließenden Schiebetüren
Befestigen Sie die Bodensicherung so, dass die Leiter möglichst mittig in der Türe auf-
gestellt wird.
5.2.4 Markieren Sie die beiden Bohrlöcher auf dem Boden.
5.2.5 Bohren Sie die beiden Löcher mit einem 14er Bohrer.
5.2.6 Bei Hydraulikaufzügen dichten Sie die Dübel mit der
beiliegenden Dichtungsmasse ab.
5.2.7 Schrauben Sie die Bodensicherung am Boden fest.
5.2 Bodensicherung ZUBESET-B Grubenabstiegsleiter
5.2.1 Entnehmen Sie die erforderlichen Bohrlochabstände aus dem Diagramm.

Die Leiter muss entsprechend der UVV mindestens 1m über die
Austrittsstelle hinausragen, wenn nicht andere gleichwertige
Möglichkeiten zum Festhalten vorhanden sind.

5.2.8 Ausgleich von Bodenunebenheiten
Damit die Leiter einen sicheren Stand hat, sind im ZUBESET-B Ausgleichsplatten für
den Grubenboden enthalten. Die Platten müssen angedübelt werden.
Unebenheiten grösser als 1cm sind kundenseitig auszugleichen.

5.3 Türschwellenhalter ZUBESET-B Grubenabstiegsleiter
Wenn die Leiter an die Türschwelle angelegt wird, muss der Türschwellenhalter an
der Leiter montiert werden. Der Türschwellenhalter sichert die Leiter gegen seitliches
Kippen beim Abstieg.
5.3.1. Stellen Sie die Leiter in die vorher montierte Bodensicherung und legen Sie die
Leiter an der Türschwelle an.
5.3.2. Schieben Sie den Türschwellenhalter von oben zwischen Leiter und Türschwelle,
so dass er mit der kurzen abgewinkelten Seite auf der Türschwelle aufliegt.
5.3.3. Halten Sie den Türschwellenhalter fest gegen die Lei-
ter gedrückt und ziehen Sie die Leiter soweit nach hinten,
dass Sie die Bohrlöcher des Türschwellenhalters an der
Leiter markieren können.
5.3.4. Bohren Sie mit dem mitgelieferten 3,5mm Bohrer die Löcher in
die Leiter.
5.3.5. Schrauben Sie den Türschwellenhalter mit den mitgelie-
ferten Blechschrauben an.
5.3.5 Leitersicherung durch Arretierbolzen bei Schacht-
drehtüren
In dem abgewinkelten Teil des Türschwellenhalters
befindet sich eine Bohrung.
Hierdurch kann optional in die Türschwelle ein 6er Loch
gebohrt werden, in das man den an einer Kette befes-
tigten Bolzen stecken kann.
Damit kann die Leiter gegen unbeabsichtigtes Zurück-
fallen in den Schacht gesichert werden.

must jut out at least 1m beyond the place of exit, according to §22 pt 2
of AAA ladders and treads.

emergency brake switch.

5 Mounting
Check the scope of delivery.
5.1 Wall attachment
5.1.1 The fixing height for the attachment varies depending on the different ladder
lenghts.
5.1.2 If the ladder shall be placed permanently in the shaft, the attachment must be
fixed in corresponding height and position, so that it does not extend into the moving
parts of the lift.
5.1.3 Mark the two drilling holes at the wall.
5.1.4 Drill the holes with a 14“ drill.
5.1.6 Wall attachment with monitoring switch
Install the switch for monitoring the attachment professionally
in series to the emergency break switch in the safety circuit of
the lift control system. The rated current of the switch is 3A at
AC15 250V/50Hz and 3A at DC13 24V.
5.1.7 Wall attachment with U-lock or triangular lock
Hook the ladder into the attachment to make sure that no
unauthorized persons can use it.
Push the bracket with its longer side into the designated slot
on the left side in the bottom of the attachment.
Secure the ladder with the U-lock or the triangular lock.
5.1.5 Fix the attachment to the wall.
Unevenness of the wall up to max. 1cm can be compensated with the provided big
washers.
The attachment must be mounted so that it is
easily accessible from the user´s standing position.
If you are mounting the attachment with triangular lock, the
sheet including the triangular lock must be placed underneath the
attachment, so that the drilling holes are on top of each other.

5.2.2 Mounting in case of telescopic sliding doors, closing to one side and revolving
doors
Fix the floor attachment as near as possible to the closing side of the door. The distance
has to be max. 30cm.
5.2.3 Mounting in case of centrally closing sliding doors
Fix the floor attachment so that the ladder stands in the middle of the door.
5.2.4 Mark the two drilling holes on the bottom.
5.2.5 Drill the holes with a 14“ drill.
5.2.6 For hydraulic lifts seal the dowels with the provided
sealing compound.
5.2.7 Screw the floor attachment to the bottom.

5.2.8 Compensating unevenness
If there is an unevenness on the floor compensating plates must be fixed to make sure
that the ladder stands safely.
Unevenness bigger than 1cm must be compensated by the customer himself.

5.3 Door sill holder ZUBESET-B pit ladder
The door sill holder must be mounted to the ladder if the ladder is leaned against the
sill. The sill holder secures the ladder against tilting to one side while descending.
5.3.1. Put the ladder into the previously mounted floor attachment and lean the ladder
against the sill.
5.3.2. Slide the sill holder between the ladder and the sill, so that its shorter angled side
lies on the sill.
5.3.3. Push the sill holder firmly against the ladder and pull
the ladder aback, so that you can mark the drill holes for the
sill holder on the ladder.
5.3.4 Drill the holes into the ladder with the provided 3,5mm drill.
5.3.5. Fix the sill holder to the ladder with the provided tapping
screws.
5.3.5 Secure the ladder with the lock bolt at the revol-
ving doors
In the shorter angled part of the sill holder is a drilling.
Optionally a 6mm hole can be drilled through this into
the sill where the bolt affixed to the chain can be put in.
So the ladder is secure against unintended backsliding.
