Sicherheitshinweise
Bei der Montage sind alle entsprechenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
und die erforderlichen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für die Aufzugmontage
zu beachten.
Montagetätigkeiten im Bereich von Aufzugsanlagen sind nur durch
befähigte Personen nach TRBS 1203 durchzuführen.
Wenn Leitern in einem Aufzugschacht montiert werden, dürfen diese
und ihre Befestigungen nicht in die sich bewegenden Teile der Auf-
zugsanlage hineinragen.
Zur fachgerechten Nutzung der Leiter achten Sie auf die an jeder Lei-
ter angebrachte Betriebsanleitung.
Die Leiter muss nach EN 81-20:2014 mind. 1,10m über die Schachttür-
schwelle hinausragen, wenn nicht andere gleichwertige Möglichkeiten
zum Festhalten vorhanden sind.
Der Abstand zwischen Türschwelle und der Leiter darf in ihrer Abstell-
position nicht größer als 800mm sein.
Der Abstand zwischen der Türschwelle und der Mitte der Sprosse darf
zur Sicherstellung einer einfachen Erreichbarkeit höchstens 600mm
betragen.

Allgemeines
Die Montageanleitung enthält wichtige Hinweise, um die Leiter
sicher und sachgerecht zu montieren.
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Grubenabstiegsleiter mit dauerhafter Unterbringung im
Aufzugschacht. Die Schachtgrube darf max. 2,5m tief sein.

Dübeln Sie die Leiter an die
Wand. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Leiter senkrecht
hängt.
Entfernen Sie die Arretierung
der Leiter.
Stellen Sie die Leiter an der
Montagestelle mit dem mit-
gelieferten Montageholz auf
den Boden.Zwischen
Leiterende und Boden muss
eine Distanz von 60mm
liegen.
Die Montage des Schalterblechs
erfolgt je nach Einbauort der
Leiter an der Seite, die der
Schachttür abgewandten
abgewandt ist.
a. Befestigen Sie den Schalter am Schalterblech (hier exemplarisch rechts). Setzen Sie den
Betätiger so ein, dass dessen Befestigungswinkel nach hinten zeigt (Richtung Schachtwand).
b. Bringen Sie die Leiter in die Ablageposition und fixieren Sie somit den Betätiger mit Hilfe des
doppelseitigen Klebebands an der Sprosse.
c. Nehmen Sie die Leiter vorsichtig aus der Halterung, so dass der mit Klebeband fixierte Betä-
tiger unverändert an der Sprosse bleibt. Bohren Sie mit dem mitgelieferten Bohrer (3,5mm) zwei
Löcher von unten in die Sprosse (durch die Befestigungslöcher des Betätigers). Dieser kann
jetzt mit den beiden Blechschrauben sicher befestigt werden.

Safety advice
All safety instructions and all safety measures for lift mounting have
to be considered while mounting.
Assembly operations at lift systems have to be accomplished only by
qualified persons according to TRBS 1203.
If ladders are mounted in lift shafts, the ladder and its attachments
must not extend into the moving parts of the lift.
For professional use of the ladder see the instructions
affixed to every ladder.
If there are no other equal possibilities of holding on to, the ladder
must jut out at least min. 1,10m beyond the exit, according to
EN 81-20:2014
The distance between the edge of the landing entrance and the ladder
in its stored position shall not be more than 800 mm
The distance between the edge of the landing entrance and the middle
of the rung shall be at most 600 mm for an easy accessibility.

Fix the ladder to the wall.
Pay attention that the ladder
hangs vertically.
Remove the arresting screw.
Put the ladder onto the
provided mounting wood at
the place where it should be
mounted.There must be a
distance of 60mm
between the bottom of the
ladder and the floor.
The switch plate has to be fixed
according to the position of the
ladder, on the far side of the shaft
door.
a. Fasten the switch to the switch plate (here exemplarily on the right). Insert the actuator so
that its fixing bracket points to the back (in the direction of the shaft wall).
b. Put the ladder in the storage position and fix the actuator with the double-sided adhesive tape
to the rung.
c. Remove the ladder carefully from the fixture, so that the actuator fixed with adhesive tape
remains unchanged at the rung. Drill two holes from below into the rung (through the connexion
holes of the actuator) with the provided drill (3.5 mm). Now it can be fastened safely with both
sheet metal screws.

Indications de sécurité
Il faut respecter toutes les prescriptions et les mesures de sécurité
requises pour l’assemblage d’ascenseurs.
Seulement des personnes qualifiées conformément à TRBS 1203
peuvent effectuer l’assemblage.
Si des échelles sont montées dans la gaine d‘un ascenseur, l‘échelle
et les éléments de fixation ne doivent pas avancer jusqu‘aux pièces
mobiles de l‘ascenseur.
Pour l‘usage professionnel de l‘échelle payez attention aux
instructions attachées à chaque échelle.
Conformément à EN 81-20:2014 l‘échelle doit dépasser le seuil de la
porte palière au moins 1,10m, si il n‘ya pas d‘autres possibilités de se
tenir.
La distance entre le seuil de porte et l‘échelle ne doit pas être plus
grande que 800mm dans sa position de repos.
La distance entre le seuil de porte et le milieu de l‘échelon doit être au
maximum 600mm pour pouvoir garantir l‘accessibilité.

Chevillez l‘échelle au mur.
Veillez à ce que l‘échelle soit
suspendue verticalement.
Enlevez la fixation de
l‘échelle.
Posez l‘échelle sur la
planche en bois livrée à
la place où elle doit être
montée. Entre la fin de
l‘échelle et le sol il doit y
avoir une distance de 60mm.
Montez la tôle de l‘interrupteur
selon la position de l‘échelle, sur
le côté qui est plus loin de la porte
palière.
a. Fixez l‘interrupteur à la tôle (à droite dans l‘exemple). Montez l‘actionneur de façon que
l‘équerre de fixation se trouve en arrière (face à la paroi de la gaine).
b. Mettez l‘échelle à la position de repos et ainsi fixez l‘actionneur avec le ruban adhésif à
double face à l‘échelon
c. Enlevez l‘échelle du crochet avec précaution, de sorte que l‘actionneur fixé à l‘échelon avec
le ruban adhésif reste inchangé à l‘echelon. Perforez deux trous d‘en bas dans l‘échelon (par
les trous de fixation de l‘actionneur) avec le foret livré (3,5mm). Donc l‘acctionneur peut être fixé
de manière sûre avec les deux vis à tôle.

Indicaciones de seguridad
En el montaje hay que observar todas las precauciones de seguridad
correspondientes y las medidas de seguridad necesarias para el en-
samblaje de ascensores.
Sólo personas calificadas según TRBS pueden efectuar trabajos de
montaje en instalaciones de ascensores.
Si escaleras están montadas en el hueco de un ascensor, ésta y sus
fijaciones no deben sobresalir en las piezas móviles del ascensor.
Para asegurar el uso profesional de la escalera preste atención a las
instrucciones de manejo colgadas en cada escalera.
Conforme a EN 81-20:2014 la escalera debe sobresalir al menos 1,10m
del umbral de la puerta de piso, si no hay otras posibilidades de
sujetarse.
La distancia entre el umbral de puerta y la escalera en su posición de
reposo no debe ser más grande que 800mm.
La distancia entre el umbral de puerta y el medio del peldaño no debe
exceder los 600mm para poder garantizar una buena accesibilidad.

En general
Las instrucciones de montaje contienen indicaciones importantes
para montar la escalera de manera segura y apropiada.
Utilización correcta
Escalera de foso para el alojamiento permanente en el hueco del
ascensor. El foso debe tener una profundidad máxima de 2,5m.

Fije la escalera con
clavijas a la pared. Cuide
que la escalera esté
colgada verticalmente.
Quite el dispositivo de
retención de la escalera.
Coloque la escalera en la
placa de madera entregada
en la posición deseada.
Entre el extremo de la
escalera y el suelo hay que
estar una distancia de 60mm.
Monte la chapa del interruptor
según la posición de la escalera,
en el lado que está más lejos de
la puerta de piso.
a. Fije el interruptor en la chapa (en el ejemplo a la derecha). Insierte el actuador de manera
que la escuadra de fijación esté atrás (frente a la pared del hueco).
b. Ponga la escalera en su posición de reposo y fije el actuador con la cinta adhesiva de doble
cara en el peldaño.
c. Tome la escalera con cuidado del soporte, de forma que el actuador fijado con la cinta
adhesiva permanezca en el peldaño. Con el taladro suministrado (3,5mm) perfore dos
agujeros desde abajo en el peldaño (à través de los agujeros de fijación del actuador). Ahora se
puede fijar el actuador de manera segura con los dos tornillos para chapa.
